Cutting
Tiles:
1.
Placethe markedtile an the table
and
brace
it
againstthe rear
of
the table. Turn an laserguide and alignthe cut markwith the laser beam.
2.
Once
the tile
saw
has
been
turned on, allow the bladeto
speed
up
to
full speed.
Make
sure
that
the
pump issupplying
a
continuous flow of
water
to
the blade.
3.
Keepingyour handsclear of the blade,
slfde
the table and the tile towardsthe blade.Feedthe tile intothe
blade
very
slowly.
Do
notforce
it.
If the rotationalfeed of
the
bladeslows down significantly,then you are forcing the tile.
4. While cutting, make sure the blade remainswet. If
tt
runsdry, check the action of the pump
and
water
levelof
the
water tray.
5.
If the motor stops suddenly, flip the power switch to the "off" position. Check power supply includingthe circuit breaker, wait approximately
15
minutes and pushthe reset button.

1.
Mark
the first tile to the correct dimensions,allowing space tor grout.
2.
W~th
the
motor turned off, place
the
marked tile on the table against the fence.
Turn on laser guide and align
the
cut
mark
with the laser beam.
3.
Loasenthe lockingknob
(B)
on
the
90Q
rip
guide.
Placethe hooked portion
of
the
rip guide over the upturned
edge
of
the table, on the side
of
the cutting groove
where you haveplaced
the
part
of the markedtile that you intendto
keep
and use
after cutting.
The
90Q
rip
g~ide
will
be
parallel
to
the tile
and
perpendicularto the
fence.
4. Slidethe rip guide alongthefence untilit abuts thetile, makingsurethat the mark
on
your tile remains in linewith the laser
beam
and blade.
5.
Tightenthe rip guide knob.
6.
When you are satisfiedthat the tile is alignedwith the laser
beam
and
the blade,
and the rip guide is in place,
and
it is safe to
do
so,
turn on the tile
saw.
Cut the
tile
as
describedin previous instructions.
7.
Make
sure
that
the rile
has
been cut to proper dimensions before
using
the rip
guide
to cut
your
other tiles. Periodicallytest the fit of
each
tile
as
you continue
cutting,to
be
sure the rip guide has not
moved.

For the longest lifeandbest perlormance,clean

saw

every
use. Wipe
off
all exteriorsurfaces

keep

bars and the rollers on the cutting table. Always check
the
bladefor cracks or signs of fatigue.

shaft.

sure

is
mounted with the rotation arrow in the
proper direction and is securely tightened with the combination
wrench.

the
proper safety equipment at all times when
operating

cracks
or bondfatigue.
Always
have
a
continuousflow of water on both
sides
of
the
blade
beforecutting material.
DON'TS
Do
notoperate the
saw
without
all
safetyguards in position.

not cut
dry
with the suplied blade.

not force the material into the blade. Letthe blade cut
at
its own
speed.

not cut material not recommended
by
the blade manufacturer.
