TESTING
PROCEDURES
Prior to shipping, every Quickstart ball
machine is tested with approximately 100
balls. NOTE: There might be some residual
ball fuzz in the machine and/or wear marks on
the pitching wheels as a result of testing.
ELEVATION
SPACERS
The elevation spacers add 10 degrees of ball
elevation. The spacers are recommended
when using the lowest ball speed settings. To
install, slide the spacers into the center holes
on the front rubber feet.

Operation
POWER: The power switch turns the unit on
and enables the other functions.
SPEED: The ball speed control knob
regulates the ball velocity from a soft 15-
mph toss to a 30-mph drive.
FEED: The feed control knob regulates the
time interval between shots. The range is 4-
18 seconds. There is a 10-second delay after
the main power switch is turned on before the
ball feed activates.
CHARGER: The battery charger plugs into
the charger receptacle. Charging time for a
fully drained battery is 10 hours. DO NOT
OPERATE THE MACHINEWITH THE
BATTERY CHARGER PLUGGED INTO THE
CHARGING RECEPTACLE.
RESET: The reset switch protects the
electronics and motors. In the event the reset
is activated, turn off the main power, depress
the reset switch, turn on the main power, and
resume operation. If the switch is activated
shortly thereafter, check for balls jammed
inside the machine.
BATT: The battery indicator light will
illuminate when the battery is drained and
unable to power the machine.
