LimitationsofWarranty:
Warrantyperiodshallbeoneyearfromthedateof delivery(ex-factory).

Alsoanylossinducedbyfailureormalfunctionoftheequipmentisnotcoveredbythiswarranty.
Failureormalfunctioncausedbyfollowing arenotcoveredbythiswarranty:
a. ModificationorrepairbyapartyotherthanMATSUSHIMA’sauthorizedpersonnel,orreplacement of
parts notrecommendedby MATSUSHIMA.
b. Inadequatestorage,installation,use, inspectionormaintenancethatdoes notcomplywithspecifications.
c. Causeforanyperipheralequipmentordevice.
d. Accidentbeyond control andforcemajeure (fire, earthquake,flood, riots,etc.).
LackofinstructionstoMATSUSHIMAforinformationorsafetyrequirementsthatcanbepredictedonly
bycustomers’side.
Thiswarrantyconditionsdonotlimitcustomers’legal right.
Pricefortheequipment doesnotincludeanycharge forservicessuchas commissioning,supervising, etc..
