DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
Refrigeratori d’acqua condensati ad acqua per installazione
interna. La gamma comprende 14 modelli che coprono poten-
zialità frigorifere da 4 a 49 kW.
VERSIONI:
HWW-A - solo raffreddamento
HWW-A/SP -
solo raffreddamento con serbatoio e pompa
HWW-A/WP - pompa di calore reversibile
HWW-A/WP/SP - pompa di calore reversibile con serbatoio e
pompa
CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVE:
Struttura. A telaio portante, è realizzata in lamiera zincata
preverniciata. Viteria in acciaio inox.
Compressori. Rotativo ermetico monofase (15÷25), Scroll
ermetico monofase (31-41) e Scroll ermetico trifase (51÷151)
completi di protezione interna (klixon) e resistenza carter, ove
il costruttore lo preveda, montati su supporti antivibranti in
gomma.
Condensatore. Del tipo a piastre saldobrasate in acciaio inox
AISI 316.
Evaporatore. Del tipo a piastre saldobrasate in acciaio inox
AISI 316, isolato con materiale espanso a celle chiuse.
Quadro elettrico. Include: sezionatore generale con disposi-
tivo bloccoporta, fusibili, teleruttore compressore e teleruttore
pompa (51÷151).
Microprocessore per la gestione automatica delle seguenti
funzioni: regolazione della temperatura dell’acqua, protezio-
ne antigelo, temporizzazione del compressore, reset allarmi,
contatto cumulativo d’allarme per segnalazione remota, com-
mutazione locale o remota del ciclo raffreddamento/riscalda-
mento nelle pompe di calore, visualizzazione su display per:
ciclo di funzionamento (raffreddamento o riscaldamento),
compressore richiesto/attivato, temperatura dell’acqua di
ritorno dell’impianto, set temperatura e differenziali impostati,
codice allarmi.
Versione HWW-A
Circuito frigorifero. Il circuito, realizzato in tubo di rame
include: filtro disidratatore, valvola d’espansione, pressostato
di alta a riarmo manuale, pressostato di bassa a riarmo auto-
matico (91÷151) e indicatore di liquido ed umidità (91÷151).
Circuito idraulico. Il circuito, realizzato in tubo di rame
include: pressostato differenziale acqua e valvola di sfiato
aria manuale.
Versione HWW-A/SP
Circuito frigorifero. Il circuito, realizzato in tubo di rame,
include: filtro disidratatore, valvola d’espansione, pressostato
di alta a riarmo manuale, pressostato di bassa a riarmo auto-
matico (91÷151) e indicatore di liquido ed umidità (91÷151).
Circuito idraulico. Il circuito, realizzato in tubo di rame,
include: pressostato differenziale acqua, valvola di sfiato
aria manuale, serbatoio coibentato, circolatore (15÷41) o
pompa (51÷151), valvola di sicurezza (300 kPa), manometro,
rubinetto di carico e scarico impianto e vaso di espansione
inserito all’interno del serbatoio.
Versione HWW-A/WP
Circuito frigorifero. Il circuito, realizzato in tubo di rame,
include: filtro disidratatore bidirezionale, valvole d’espan-
sione, valvole di ritegno, valvola di inversione a quattro vie,
pressostato di alta a riarmo manuale, pressostato di bassa a
riarmo automatico (91÷151) e indicatore di liquido ed umidità
(91÷151).
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Water cooled liquid chiller units for indoor installation. The
range consists of 14 models covering a cooling capacity from
4 to 49 kW.
VERSIONS:
HWW-A - cooling only
HWW-A/SP - cooling only with storage tank and pump
HWW-A/WP - reversible heat pump
HWW-A/WP/SP - reversible heat pump with storage tank and
pump
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Structure. With pre-painted self-supporting frame, in galvanized
sheet. Stainless-steel screws.
Compressor. Rotary 1-phase (15÷25), 1-phase Scroll ermetic
compressor (31-41) and 3-phase Scroll ermetic compressor
(51÷151), complete with overload protection (klixon) embedded
in the motor and crankcase, if needed, installed on rubber vibra-
tions absorbing.
Condenser. In AISI 316 stainless steel brazewelded plates type.
Evaporator. In AISI 316 stainless steel brazewelded plates
type. The evaporator is insulated with flexible closed cells
material.
Electrical panel. Includes: main switch with door lock device,
fuses, compressor and pump remote control switch (51÷151).
Microprocessor to control following functions: regulation
of the water temperature, antifreeze protection, compressor
timing, alarm reset, potential free contact for remote general
alarm, local or remote cooling / heating changeover (operat-
ing in heat pump), visual system with digital display: running
cycle (cooling or heating), compressor delay relay/on, inlet
water temperature, set point and differential setting, alarm
decodification.
HWW-A Version
Refrigerant circuit. The circuit, in copper tubing, includes:
dryer filter, expansion valve, manual reset high pressure
switch, automatic reset low pressure switch (91÷151), liquid
and humidity indicator (91÷151).
Water circuit. The circuit, in copper tubing, includes: water
differential pressure switch and manual air release valve.
HWW-A/SP Version
Refrigerant circuit. The circuit, in copper tubing, includes:
dryer filter, expansion valve, manual reset high pressure
switch, automatic reset low pressure switch (91÷151), liquid
and humidity indicator (91÷151).
Water circuit. The circuit, in copper tubing, includes: water
differential pressure switch, manual air release valve, insulated
tank, circulator (15÷41) or pump (51÷151), safety valve (300
kPa), gauge, plant charge and discharge shut off valve and
expansion vessel directly built in the storage tank.
HWW-A/WP Version
Refrigerant circuit. The circuit, in copper tubing, includes:
2-ways dryer filter, expansion valves, check valves, 4-ways
reverse valve, manual reset high pressure switch, automatic
reset low pressure switch (91÷151), liquid and humidity indica-
tor (91÷151).

ALLGEMEINE EIGENSCHAFTEN
Flüssigkeitskühler Wassergekühlt für Innenaufstellung. Die Pro-
duktpalette besteht aus 14 Modellen, die Kälteleistungsbereich
von 4 bis 49 kW abdecken.
BAUVARIANTEN:
HWW-A - nur zur Kühlung
HWW-A/SP - nur zur Kühlung mit Speicher und Pumpe
HWW-A/WP - reversibler Wärmepumpe
HWW-A/WP/SP - reversibler Wärmepumpe mit Speicher und
Pumpe
KONSTRUKTIONSMERKMALE:
Struktur. Selbsttragend, bestehend aus vorbeschichtet verzink-
tem Stahlblech. Alle Schrauben sind aus rostfreiem Stahl.
Verdichter. Einphasischer Umlaufender (15÷25), 1-phasisch
Scroll hermetischer (31-41) und 3-phasisch Scroll hermeti-
scher (51÷151), komplett mit innerem Thermoschutzschalter
(klixon) und Ölwannenheizung, wenn nötig; auf Dampfungshal-
terungen aus Gummi.
Kondensator. Plattenverdampfer aus rostfreiem Stahl AISI
316.
Verdampfer. Plattenverdampfer aus rostfreiem Stahl AISI 316.
Die Isolierung ist aus dampfdichtem PU-Schaumstoff.
Schaltschrank. Einschliesslich Hauptschalter mit Türverrie-
gelung, Sicherungen, sowie Fernschalter für Kompressor und
Pumpe (51÷151).
Mikroprozessor Mikroprozessor für die automatische Steue-
rung der folgenden Funktionen: Wassertemperaturregelung,
Frostschutz, Taktsteuerungen der Kompressoren, Alarm-Reset,
Alarmsammelkontakt für Fernmeldung, Lokal- oder Fernum-
schaltung Kühlung/Heizung der Wärmepumpe Versionen, Dis-
playanzeige für: Betriebsart (Kühlung oder Heizung), Verdichter
Freigabe / Einschaltung, Wasser Rücklauf Temperatur, Tempe-
ratur Sollwert und eingestellte Differenzialwerte, Alarmkoden.
HWW-A Bauvariante
Kältekreislauf. Kreislauf aus Kupferrohren mit Entfeuch-
tungsfilter, Expansionsventil, Hochdruckschalter mit manueller
Rückstellung Niederdruckschalter mit automatische Rück-
stellung (91÷151) und Flüssigkeit- und Feuchtigkeitsanzeiger
(91÷151).
Wasserkreislauf.WasserkreislaufausKupferrohrenmitdifferen-
tialem Wasserdruckschalter und manuellem Entlüfungsventil.
HWW-A/SP Bauvariante
Kältekreislauf. Kreislauf aus Kupferrohren mit Entfeuchtungs-
filter, Expansionsventil, Hochdruckschalter mit manueller Rück-
stellung, Niederdruckschalter mit automatische Rückstellung
(91÷151) und Flüssigkeit- und Feuchtigkeitsanzeiger (91÷151).
Wasserkreislauf. Wasserkreislauf aus Kupferrohren mit diffe-
rentialem Wasserdruckschalter, manuellem Entlüfungsventil,
Behälter mit Isolierung, Umwälzpumpe (15÷41) oder Pumpe
(51÷151), Sicherheitsventil (300 kPa), Manometer, Anlage Druck
und Abfluss mit Absperventile und Ausdehnungsgefäß in dem
Speicher eingebaut.

Groupe d’eau glacée a condensation à eau pour installation
à l’intérieur. La gamme est composée de 14 modèles d’une
puissance de 4 iusqu’à 49 kW.
DIFFÉRENTES VERSIONS:
HWW-A - froid seul
HWW-A/SP - froid seul avec ballon tampon et pompe
HWW-A/WP - pompe à chaleur réversible
HWW-A/WP/SP -
pompe à chaleur réversible avec ballon
tampon et pompe
CARACTERISTIQUES:
Structure. Structure autoportante en tôle galvanisée pre-peinte.
Vis en acier inox.
Compresseur. Du type rotatif hermétique monophase (15÷25),
Scroll monophase (31-41) et Scroll triphase (51÷151) avec pro-
tection thermique interne par klixon, si nécessaire réchauffeur
de carter et montés sur supports antivibrants en caoutchouc.
Condenseur. À plaques soudo-brasées en acier inox AISI 316.
Evaporateur. À plaques soudo-brasées en acier inox AISI
316. L’isolation est réalisée avec un matériau expansé à cel-
lules fermées.
Tableau électrique. Inclus: sectionneur général avec dispo-
sitif de blocage de porte, fusibles, télérupteur compresseur et
télérupteur pompe (51÷151).
Microprocesseur pour la gestion automatique des fonctions
suivantes: régulation de la température de l’eau, protec-
tion antigel, temporisation du compresseur, reset alarmes,
contacte sèches pour signalisation des alarmes à distance,
commutation locale ou à distance du cycle refroidissement/
chauffage dans les pompes a chaleur, visualisation sur écran
de: cycle de fonctionnement (refroidissement/chauffage),
compresseur demandé/activé, température de l’eau d’entrée,
consigne température et différentiel établi, désignation des
alarmes.
Version HWW-A

filtre déshydrateur, soupape d’expansion, pressostat de haute
pression à réarmement manuel, pressostat de basse pression
à réarmement automatique (91÷151) et indicateur de liquide et

Circuit hydraulique. Le circuit, réalisé en tuyau de cuivre,
inclut: pressostat différentiel eau et purge d’air manuel.
Version HWW-A/SP
Circuit frigorifique. Le circuit, réalisé en tuyau de cuivre, inclut:
filtre déshydrateur, soupape d’expansion, pressostat de haute
pression à réarmement manuel, pressostat de basse pression
à réarmement automatique (91÷151) et indicateur de liquide et
d’humidité (91÷151).
Circuit hydraulique. Le circuit, réalisé en tuyau de cuivre,
inclut: pressostat différentiel eau, purge d’air manuel, réservoir
calorifugé,circulateur (15÷41)ou pompe (51÷151), soupape de
sûreté(300kPa), manomètre,robinet de chargeet décharge ins-
tallation et vase d’expansion inserée à l’interieur de l’unité.
Version HWW-A/WP
Circuit frigorifique. Le circuit, réalisé en tuyau de cuivre, inclut:
filtredéshydrateurbi-directionnel,soupaped’expansion,soupape
de retenue, soupape d’inversion à quatre voies, pressostat de

DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL
Refrigeradores de agua condensados a agua para instalación
interna. La gama incluye 14 modelos desde 4 kW hasta 49 kW de
potencia frigorifica.
VERSIONES:
HWW-A - sólo refrigeración
HWW-A/SP - sólo refrigeración
con tanque y bomba
HWW-A/WP - bomba de calor reversible
HWW-A/WP/SP - bomba de calor reversible con tanque y
bomba
CARACTERISTICAS CONSTRUCTIVAS:
Estructura. De tipo autoportante, realizada en chapa galvanizada
pre-pintada. Tornillos en acero inoxidable.
Compresores. Rotativos hérmeticos monofásicos (15÷25), Scroll
hérmeticos monofásicos (31÷41) y Scroll hérmeticos trifásicos
(51÷151), equipados con protección interna (klixon) y resisten-
cia cárter (cuando previsto por el fabricante) instalados sobre
suportes antivibrantes de goma.
Condensador. Realizado con placas soldadas por aleación en
acero inoxidable AISI 316.
Evaporador. Realizado con placas soldadas por aleación en acero
inoxidable AISI 316, aislado con material expandido con celulas
cerradas.
Cuadro eléctrico.Incluye:interruptorgeneral con cierredelaporta;
fusibles, telerruptor compresor y telerruptor bomba (51÷151).
Microprocesador para la gestión automatica de las siguientes
funciones: ajuste de la temperatura del agua, protección antihielo,
temporización del compresor, reinicialización alarmas, contacto
acumulativoalarmasparasiñalización remoda, conmutaciónlocalo
remodadelcicloderefrigeración/calefacciónenlasbombasdecalor,
visualización en la pantalla en cuanto a: ciclo de funcionamiento
(refrigeración o calefacción), compresor requerido/activado,
temperatura del agua de vuelta desde la instalación, selección
temperatura y differenciales seleccionados, codigos alarmas.
Versión HWW-A
Circuito frigorífico. Realizado en tubos de cobre, incluye: filtro
deshidratator, válvula de expansión, presostato de alta con
rearme manual, presostato de baja con rearme automático
(91÷151) y indicador de líquido y humedad (91÷151).
Circuito hidráulico. Realizado en tubos de cobre, incluye: pre-
sostato diferencial agua y válvula de escape aire manual.
Versión HWW-A/SP
Circuito frigorífico. Realizado en tubos de cobre, incluye: filtro
deshidratator, válvula de expansión, presostato de alta con
rearme manual, presostato de baja con rearme automático
(91÷151) y indicador de líquido y humedad (91÷151).
Circuito hidráulico. Realizado en tubos de cobre, incluye: pre-
sostato diferencial agua, válvula de escape aire manual, tanque
termoestable, circulador (15÷41) o bomba (51÷151), válvula de
seguridad (300 kPa), manómetro, grifo de carga y descarga
instalación y vaso de expansión instalado en el interior del
tanque.
Versión HWW-A/WP
Circuito frigorífico. Realizado en tubos de cobre, incluye: filtro

retención, válvula de inversión de 4 vías, presostato de alta

PB - Pressostato bassa pressione a riarmo manuale (15÷81).
CR - Pannello comandi remoto da inserire in ambiente per il
comando a distanza dell’unità, con funzioni identiche a quello
inserito in macchina.
IS - Interfaccia seriale RS 485 per collegamento a sistemi
di controllo e di supervisione centralizzati.
AG - Antivibranti in gomma da inserire alla base dell’unità
per smorzare eventuali vibrazioni dovute al tipo di pavimento
ove la macchina è installata.
PV - Valvolapressostatica, per versione solo raffreddamen-
to, per il controllo della condensazione.
VV - Valvola pressostatica evalvolasolenoide, per versione
a pompa di calore, per il controllo della condensazione.
Water circuit. The circuit, in copper tubing, includes: water

bi-directional dryer filter, expansion valves, check valves,
4-ways reverse valve, manual reset high pressure switch,
automatic reset low pressure switch (91÷151) and liquid and
humidity indicator (91÷151).
Water circuit. The circuit, in copper tubing, includes: water
differential pressure switch, manual air release valve, insulated
tank, circulator (15÷41) or pump (51÷151), safety valve (300
kPa), gauge, plant charge and discharge shut off valve and
expansion vessel directly built in the storage tank.
SEPARATELY SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES:
PS - Circulating pump to be inserted inside the unit in
versions without tank and pump.
PB -Manual reset low pressure switch
(15÷81) .
CR - Remote control panel to be inserted in the room for
remote control of the unit, with the same functions as that
inserted in the machine.
IS - RS 485 serial interface for connection to controls and
centralized supervision systems.
AG - Rubber vibration dampers to be inserted at the bottom
of the unit to dampen possible vibrations due to the type of floor
where the machine is installed.

CR - Fernbedienung, die am Standort installiert wird und von
der aus eine Fernsteuerung der Einheit möglich ist. Mit den
gleichen Funktionen wie das Gerät.
IS - Serielle Schnittstelle RS 485 für den Anschluss an
Kontrolllsysteme oder zentrale Supervisor.
AG - Gummidämpfer, die unten in die Einheit eingesetzt
werden und eventuelle Vibrationen dämpfen, die durch den
Fussbodentyp am Maschinenstandort bedingt sind.
PV - Pressostatisches Ventil, zur Regelung der Kondensa-
tion.

Circuito hidráulico. Realizado en tubos de cobre, incluye:
presostato diferencial agua, válvula de escape aire manual,
tanque termoestable, circulador (15÷41) o bomba (51÷151),
válvula de seguridad (300 kPa), manómetro, grifo de carga
y descarga instalación y vaso de expansión instalado en el
interior del tanque.
ACCESORIOS SUMINISTRADOS SEPARADAMENTE:
PS - Bomba circulación a instalar en el interior de la unidad
en las versiones sin tanque y bomba.
PB - Presostato baja presión con rearme manual (15÷81).
CR - Panel mandos remodos a instalar en el ambiente
para el mando a distancia de la unidad, con funciones iguales
a aquellas del mando instalado en la unidad.
IS - Interfaz serial RS 485 para conexión con sistemas de

AG - Antivibrantes en goma a instalar en la base de la uni-
