Backsplash x 1
Coutertop with sink x 1
Vanity base x 1
NOTICE: Do not change or modify the product in any way. Doing so may compromise the
products structural integrity and will void the warranty.
NOTICE: Installation instructions must be followed. Any diversions from the installation
instructions may risk property damage and will void the warranty.
NOTICE: When moving your vanity be sure to lift, never slide or pull, doing so may result in
damage to the product.

Step 1: Determine the ideal location where you would like to install your vanity.
Step 2-3: Place the vanity in the installation location. Verify that the vanity cabinet is level.
If the vanity is not level, adjust the feet.
To lower the cabinet, turn feet clockwise. To raise the cabinet, turn feet counter clockwise.
Step 1: Apply a small bead of silicone sealant around
the top edge of the vanity cabinet (see Fig 1).
Step 2: With assistance from another person, slowly
and carefully set the vanity top onto the vanity
cabinet. Once positioned, press firmly into place.
Wipe away any excess sealant using a damp cloth.
Step 3: Apply a generous amount of silicone sealant
on the back and bottom of the back-splash. Press
firmly the back-splash into place against your
bathroom wall (see Fig 2).
Fill any gaps that are left with silicone sealant. Wipe
away any excess sealant with a damp cloth.
Step 4: Let the assembled vanity sit for 24 hours to
allow all the silicone sealant to fully dry. Once dry,
proceed to the installation of your faucet and drain.

IMPORTANT:
The vanity top is pre-installed with the sink.
The vanity top is very fragile. Take caution when handling, and have someone assist you.

Vitreous China
Care: Rinse thoroughly and use a soft cloth to wipe the product dry after each use to
prevent hard water stains.
Cleaning: Soft abrasive cleaners may be used when necessary.
Granite or Marble Tops
Care: Natural stone is a porous material; and may stain if not properly cared for. Stone tops
should be sealed before using. Follow the instructions on the sealer label.
Cleaning: For best results use a natural stone cleaner and follow the directions on the label.
Bamboo Vanity
Care: A thorough rinsing and wipe-down with a soft cloth is recommended after each use.
Cleaning: Clean with a gentle soap, such as dishwashing liquid or an all-purpose cleaner.
Avoid abrasive cleaners which can damage your vanity.
Test cleaning product on small, discrete area prior to applying to entire surface.
Do not allow liquids and moisture to accumulate on the surface of products.
