Your refrigerator has Maytag's Dual CoolTM freshness design to control fresh and frozen food temperatures. Tt
controls are located at the top front of the refrigerator compartment.

The Twin Expandable Freezer Shelf (select models)
improves freezer storage organization by adding another
shelf. Toaccommodate varying frozen food loads, the
height of the shelves can be adjusted. The lower shelf has
expandable width capabilities (as described on the
previous page) to create an area for taller items.
The Pick-Off DoorBins (select models) are roomy !
enough to handle gallon-plus sized containers. They are
adjustable and can be easily removed.
To remove, lift the bin front up until it clears the
retainers on the door liner then pull the bin straight out

one of the spill-proof refrigerator shelves. Ithooks over
the wires found in the framework under the shelf. The
sloped design allowsfor cans to roll forward as one is
removed. (This rack cannotbe positioned under an
Elevator TM shelf.)
The Multi-Use Rack (select models) provides a place
for horizontally storing wine. The rack also can hold
canned beverages or an egg carton.
Position the rack to rest on the left hand side of a
refrigerator shelf (this rack cannot be positioned on an
Elevator TM shelf).

Cradle (style may vary) which holds a "dozen-plus"
eggs. It can be removed to be washed or carried to a
work area.

To use the Dairy Compartment, raise the cover. The
dairy compartment may be equipped with a Keeper to
secure food items in place. If your model has the dairy
keeper, simply slide it from side to side for desired
placement.
In some models, the dairy compartment can be removed
(see page 7, pick-off door bins).

The SafeKeeper (select models) is a combination pick-
off bin and utility drawer. Positioning the lever (located
on the top right side of the bin) forward, allows the
opening of the drawer. The drawer provides aconvenient
covered storage area for items such as film, batteries and
medicine.

The Tilt OutRefrigerator Door Bins (select models)
are ideal for storing awkward containers such as liter
bottles and bagged items. By tilting the bins outward,
space is opened up toconveniently load or retrieve
