Using the 30 Day Detergent Dispenser ..........

l) Unscrew the dispenser fill cap (figure 1).
2) Pour in your favorite liquid detergent, up to 100
fluid ounces at one time.
3) Replace the dispenser fill cap.
4) Close the washer lid.
5) Open the washer lid.
6) Move the slide indicator all the way to the top (fig-
ure 1). Next, follow steps 7 and 8 to set the amount Figure 1
of detergent used for the average load.
Note: Steps 7 and 8 only need to be done ONCE when
first filling the dispenser or changing brands of ,
detergent.
7) Place the cap of your detergentbottle under the
"PUSH" button. Fill the cap with detergent from
the dispenser as full as you would for most of your
loads by pressing and holding the "PUSH" button
(figure 2). Placethe detergent from the cap either _:?F:k.L
in the tub or back in the dispenser by removing the
: dispenser fill cap.

To Remove the Dispenser for
Cleaning
1)Support the bottomof the dispenser with
one hand. Use a quarter and turn four slot-
ted screws counter clockwise 1/4 turn (fig-
ure 1).
2) Pull the dispenser out from the bottom of
the lid.
3) Remove fill cap.
4) Fill with water about half way. Move the
dispenser from side to side to wash out
detergent. Figure 1
5) With the dispenser over a large sink or bath
tub, turn it upside down to empty the
water/detergent out of the dispenser fill
area.
To Replace the Dispenser
1)Place the top of the dispenser in the top lip of the lid.
2) Push the bottom of the dispenser into the bottom of
the lid.
3) While supporting the bottom, use a quarter and turn
each of the four screws 1/4 turn clockwise to lock the
dispenser into place•
4) Close the washer lid.
5) Open the washer lid.
6) Press the "PUSH" button to release any remaining
water/detergent. Repeatsteps 4-6 untilno more
water can be drained from the dispenser. It is normal
for a small amount of water to remaininthe dis-
penser after cleaning.
7) Refill the dispenser with your favorite detergent (see
page 8).
