The F30 hand-push floor scrubber is a green and environmentally friendly product powered by a maintenance-free battery.
It is suitable for various commercial environments, such as office buildings, supermarkets, hospitals, schools, restaurants an
d other places where smooth and hard floors are laid for cleaning. A high-efficiency cleaning equipment that integrates floor
washing and water absorption functions. The floor scrubbing brush combined with high-efficiency cleaning agents can
quickly decompose oil or other stains on the ground. It is especially suitable for places with a work area of 1000-5000
square meters.
The F30 hand-push floor scrubber can make your cleaning work easier, faster and more efficient. It can quickly remove
dirt from the ground, and at the same time can completely remove the dirt from the site, ensuring that your ground can be

5.1 At the end of each work, check the capacity of the battery and decide whether to charge, so as not to affect the next day's work.
5.2 After the work is finished, empty the sewage and clean the sewage tank. Do not leave the sewage in the sewage tank,otherwise
it will breed bacteria, produce peculiar smell, and dirt deposits will block the drain pipe.
5.3 At the end of daily work, it is best to use up the cleaning agent in the clean water tank, and do not leave the liquid in the tank for
a long time.
5.4 It is best to rinse the parts of the machine in contact with the detergent with clean water after working every day, and wipe it with
a dry cloth.
5.5 After the work is completed, the squeegee must be lifted to maintain the elasticity and life of the rubber strip;
5.6 After finishing the work, remove the brush/needle holder, clean it and dry it. The steps for removing the brush are as follows:
Lift the suction rake, adjust the angle of the handle to a proper position, press the start button, tilt the front of the machine, and
continue to close the handle switch for about 8 seconds, release the handle switch, the brush/needle holder falls off, and the
machine pulls back.
1) It is strictly forbidden to add corrosive liquids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid or other strong corrosive agents) into the
clean water tank. This will cause serious damage to the machine. The use of cleaning agents must be implemented in
accordance with local environmental protection requirements.
2) When the machine is charging, just press the start button to turn off the machine. The charging must be completed at one time.
Do not interrupt the charging randomly.
3) The charger and the battery are matched. Please use the original charger for charging to avoid damage to the battery.
4) It is strictly prohibited to turn on when charging.
5) When using ordinary lead-acid batteries, check the battery liquid level every week, and add distilled water in time for lack of liquid.
6) It is strictly forbidden to add any water other than distilled water to the battery, as this will cause damage to the battery.
7) Keep the clean water tank clean, if sundries fall into it, it may block the drainage pipe.
8) The adjustment of the squeegee strip will directly affect the suction effect of the squeegee. Keep the squeegee 90° perpendicular
to the ground. When the squeegee is worn out, adjust the height of the squeegee universal wheel as shown in the right picture
to make the squeegee Keep the rubber strip in place with the ground.
Precautions:
9) Keep the adhesive strips clean during the work, prepare a towel and pocket, and clean them up when the adhesive strips get
stuck in debris.
If the squeegee and the ground are not in the 90°position,
it may cause bad wiping at the center position of the squeegee, and cause the rubber strips at both ends to be too
close to the ground, excessive wear of the rubber strips, and even dislocation of the front rubber strips.

6．Trouble Shooting Form
6.1 Classification and exclusion of water absorption effect

squeegee has suction power, whether it is blocked, whether the recovery tank is full, whether the recovery tank sealing strip is not

Remedy: Check whether the temperature control switch is disconnected, whether the motor power connector is loose or has poor contact

When charging, open the cover of the charging socket, adjust the direction of the charger plug and insert it into the charging socket.
