SPECIFICATIONS
Cabinet - Stainless steel top, front and exterior ends. All
metal, welded construction. All joints and seams closed
and sealed. Enclosed rear with removable machine com-
partment panel, Zinc coated steel exterior bottom and
rear with coved, sanitary aluminum interior
(S/S interior available if specified.). The unit is
supported by 6" minimum height adjustable legs
with non-marring feet.
Doors - Self-closing, hinged glass doors. Gaskets are re-
movable without tools for cleaning. All door openings
have full perimeter minimum-wattage anti-condensate
heaters behind the S/S facia to retard condensation. One
piece door pull with concealed self-closing hinge mech-
anism and stay open feature.
Insulation - Entire cabinet and door insulated with spe-
cial, extra rigid one-shot, high pressure, foamed-in-place,
closed cell polyurethane, average thickness 2".
Interior Shelves - Two heavy-duty, adjustable, removable
epoxy coated shelves are furnished for each door sec-
tion.
Self-Contained Refrigeration - The system is a forced-
air, automatic defrost, hermetic design with R-134a re-
frigerant, capillary-metering device, and automatic,
adjustable thermostat. It is self-contained with air-
cooled, condensing unit and a high-efficiency, space-
saver evaporator with high-humidity, fin coil for extra
long life. This system is capable of maintaining a cabinet
temperature of 38°F average internal air temperature. All
models are complete with a removable, energy free auto-
matic condensate evaporator. o floor drain or plumbing
connections required.
Tops - All refrigerator models are available with full size
S/S counter tops and matching integral S/S back splash
and receptacle cutout complete with chrome plated
cover plate. S/S counter top models are available with
full size, removable, reversible, removable/reversible syn-
thetic cutting board. All refrigerator models are available
with S/S flat tops for undercounter and
built-in applications.
All units are performance tested on the production line
prior to shipping.
