DISMANTLING AND DISPOSAL OF MATERIALS
The correct disposal of outdated equipment contributes to preventing possible negative impacts
for human health and the environment.
The components of the machine that must undergo a differentiated disposal are:
-Stainless steel
-Iron
-Copper
-Aluminum
-Rubber
-Plastic
-Electrical and electronic WEEE components
The disposal of the aforementioned materials must be carried out in compliance with the legal
provisions in force in each Country.
RESIDUAL RISKS
Being an electrical appliance, the potential risks are the following: electrocution.
- Possibility of contact with lamps, live parts, with limited risk of lightning because the poles are
completely protected and isolated.
- Possible failures in case of contact or electric discharge towards the metal structure. The
occurrence of this event is very low as the whole structure is connected to the equipotential
earth conductor. Moreover, the system is equipped with a differential switch, with an intervention
threshold of 30 mA. which, upon exceeding the same, interrupts power to the apparatus.
DANGEROUS ZONES
The "dangerous zones" of the machine include the areas where the lamps and the relative
electrical contacts are installed; the lamps are positioned on the ceiling inside the trolley
introduction compartment box.
The associated risk is: injuries due to to their fragility (glass material)
electrocution due to live parts.
The machine is completely made of metal, resistant to the impact of the trolleys and is equipped
with movable guards on the front (striped curtain in PVC plastic material)
