Precautions when it is used for the first time
◆ The water tank may have some water stains left after testing the steam iron, which
does not mean that you have bought a second-hand product.
◆ The garment steamer generates steam only at 180-200 degrees.
◆ It's normal to have a small amount of water droplets or steam and a small amount
of unpleasant odor when you just start to use the garment steamer.
◆ Clothes cannot be used before fully cleaned and dried; your clothes may discolor if
used with dirt and detergent residues.
◆ Keep buttons, collars, zippers, badges, etc. away from direct contact with the steamer.
◆ Do not use the ironing table or rack where there is no countertop available.
◆ When steam is ejected, there may be white particles, indicating mineral substances in
water, which is normal.
◆ If there are white particles left on your clothes, pat gently and the particles will fall off.

For a garment steamer, after long-term use of tap water, scale will accumulate in the
steam chamber. To reduce scale formation , you can use filtered water, mineral water or
distilled water. As recommended, you should remove the water scale at least twice a
year as follows:
1. For maintenance, unplug the power supply, let it cooled completely and then add
vinegar diluted with water into the water tank (according to the proportion - white
vinegar: water = 1:2);
2. Connect the power supply, turn on the steam switch after the garment steamer has
been heated enough, let it jet steam for about 5 minutes continuously and then turn off
the steam switch;
3. Pour out the vinegar water remaining in the tank. Rinse the tank with clean water until
there is no smell of vinegar. 1 hour later, you can fill it with clean water for reuse.
1. When cleaning the garment steamer brush/electric steamer, please make sure that it
has cooled completely. Clean it with a wet cloth. If necessary, use a neutral detergent.
Never use any strong detergent.
2. If a paste or other residue forms on the baseplate, it can be easily wiped clean with a
wet cloth. Do not use metal sheets to clean it to avoid scratching the smooth surface.
Also, avoid placing the electric steamer on any rough surface. If you steam synthetic
fabric at high temperature, it may not only damage the fabric, but also stain the baseplate
with fabric residues. In this case, it is best to place an old cloth over your clothes before
ironing.
3. Store this product on a dry horizontal surface. When not in use, disconnect its power
supply, drain the water in the water tank and assure no water drops are left on or in the
iron.
