IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using your steam generator iron, basic safety precautions should always be followed. Please read the following instructions carefully
as they provide important information concerning how to install, use and care for this steam generator iron.
• THE FILLING APERTURE OF THE BOILER UNDER PRESSURE
MUST NOT BE OPENED DURING USE.FOR INSTRUCTIONS
ON HOW TO SAFELY OPEN DE BOILER CAP, PLEASE REFER
TO PAGE 8. DO NOT OPEN THE BOILER IF UNDER PRESSURE.
• Use the steam generator iron only for its intended use.
• To protect against a risk of electric shock, do not immerse in
water or any other liquids.
• The steam generator iron should always be turned o before
plugging it into or unplugging it from a wall outlet. Never pull
the power cord to disconnect from the outlet; instead grasp
the plug and pull to disconnect.
• Do not let the power cord touch hot surfaces.
• Let the steam generator iron cool down completely before
putting it away.
• Keep ventilation slots free from dust.
• Never drop or insert any object into the ventilation slots.
• Do not operate with a damaged cord, hose, plug, safety device or
if the ironing system has been dropped or damaged. This will void
any and all warranties. Please contact Dupray at +44 333 011 2660
for repair procedure.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use steam on electrical components.
• Do not use this unit in the presence of explosive and/or
flammable fumes.
• To prevent overheating, unravel the electrical cord completely.
• Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being
used or where oxygen is being administered.
• Do not leave the steam generator iron on while unattended.
• To disconnect, turn the iron activation button and the boiler
activation button o, then remove plug from the main power.
• Never put away your steam generator iron while it is still hot.
There is no need for emptying the tank unless you intend to
leave it unused for a long period of time.
• This product is intended for household use only. Follow all
user instructions in this manual.
• Always follow the manufacturer’s ironing recommendations
for the fabric.
• The iron shall always be placed over the provided rubber
mat, and on a stable surface.
• Avoid all contact between the hot soleplate and other parts,
such as electrical cable, steam hose, and other parts of the
iron to avoid any possible dammage.
• The iron shall never be used if it fell or if there are signs
of dammages or water and/or steam leakages.
WARNING: Do not use this machine in the presence of
flammable liquids, dust or dusts that are hazardous to health.
WARNING: Operators shall be adequately instructed
on the use of this steam cleaner.
CAUTION: This machine is for indoor use only.
CAUTION: RISK OF BURNS
This appliance produces steam at a very high temperature. The steam iron can get very
hot always use appropriate precautions. Avoid direct skin contact.

ELECTRICAL INSTRUCTIONS
To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate another high-wattage appliance on the same circuit simultaneously with the
steam generator iron. If an extension cord is necessary, a 13-amp rated cord should be used. Cords rated for less may
overheat and cause damage.
WATER INSTRUCTIONS
Your steam generator iron has been designed for use with normal tap water. In order to extend the life of this product,
if the water is very hard where you live, we recommend using 50% normal tap water combined with 50% distilled water.
IMPORTANT: Never put anything else other than water in the boiler.

HOW TO USE YOUR STEAM GENERATOR IRON
FILLING WITH WATER
Remove the boiler cap (6) and fill with 1L (34 oz) of water. Securely replace the boiler cap.
IMPORTANT: Never put anything else than clean water inside the boiler.
IMPORTANT: Do not overfill with water. Leave space for steam!
PLUGGING THE MACHINE
Unravel completely the electrical cord. Connect the electrical cord to a 13 amp 230V power outlet
(make sure the circuit is not already used by another high wattage appliance).
TURNING THE MACHINE ON
STEAM IRONING: Press the iron activation button and the boiler activation button
and wait about 10 minutes for the SteamReady™ indicator (4) to light up. Set the
thermostatic control (C) to the position that corresponds to the fabric you wish to iron.
When the thermostat light (D) goes o, the iron is ready to use. Adjust the steam
pressure control (3) and the humidity control (7) according to the fabric you are ironing.
DRY IRONING: Press the iron activation button and set the thermostatic
control (C) to the position that corresponds to the fabric you wish to iron. When
the thermostat light (D) goes out, the iron has reached the proper temperature
and is ready to use.
NOTE:
In this position the unit will not produce steam.
NOTE: The thermostat light (D) will come on and o during use to maintain the iron plate at the optimal temperature.
IMPORTANT: Always follow the manufacturer’s ironing recommendations for the fabric.
NOTE:
Do not press the steam release button (A) to iron without steam.

RELEASING THE STEAM
Press the steam release button (A) on the iron’s handle to release steam
or press the locking button (B) for a continuous steam flow.
NOTE: The first time you use your steam generator iron, release steam for
1 minute to make sure there are no production deposit le in the iron.
NOTE: The soleplate must be hot to prevent the steam from condensing
on the soleplate and dripping onto the garment.
REFILLING WITH WATER
When the low water indicator (5) comes on during usage and you would like to continue ironing, you will need to follow these steps:
Turn the boiler activation button o
and hold the steam release button (A)
to release all steam pressure inside
the boiler.
When all steam pressure is out, wait
10 minutes and turn the iron activation
button o and open the boiler cap (6).
Using the funnel, pour 1L (34 oz)
of water inside the boiler.
Refasten the boiler cap and refer to
the Turning the Machine On section
on page 7.
IMPORTANT: Do not overfill with water. Leave space for steam!
WARNING: If all steam pressure has not been released, steam may escape from the boiler cap when opening, use caution.

TURNING THE MACHINE OFF
When you are done using your steam generator iron, turn the iron activation and the boiler
activation button to the o position and unplug the unit.
STORING YOUR STEAM GENERATOR IRON
It is safe to leave water in the boiler when the steam generator iron is not in use.
If it is for an extended period of time (months), then it is best to flush out the remaining water. To do so,
follow the water removal instructions as outlined in the maintenance of the boiler section on page 10.
IRONING TIPS
WOOL SILK / NYLON VELVET DARK COLOR FABRICS COTTON
Set the thermostatic control (C)
to the Wool setting and vaporize
steam on the fabric. Be careful
not to pull the fabric.
This setting should only be
used for dry ironing. Turn
the thermostatic control (C)
to the Silk or Nylon position.
Gently iron the fabric.
The use of the optional teflon
soleplate is recommended.
Turn the fabric over and
iron quickly and lightly
using little steam iron
from the right side barely
touching the fabric.
The use of the optional teflon
soleplate is recommended.
Turn the thermostatic control (C)
to a low temperature setting.
Set the thermostatic control (C)
to Cotton. This setting can also
be used to on fabrics requiring
more steam pressure and
higher temperature.
CAUTION:
Always follow the manufacturer’s ironing recommendations for the fabric.

MAINTENANCE
CLEANING THE BOILER
To maintain your steam generator in good condition and to ensure constant performance, we recommend
that you periodically clean the boiler aer every 50 hours of use or less depending on the water hardness.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before cleaning the boiler, please make sure that the boiler is at room temperature, that it
has not been used for at least 12 hours, and that the steam generator iron is disconnected
from the power source.
2. Unscrew and remove the boiler cap (6). Turn the steam generator iron over and empty
all the remaining water from the boiler.
3. Dissolve one package of the provided descaling solution in 0.65L (22 oz) of water or mix
equal parts of water and white vinegar, for a maximum of 0.65L (22 oz). Pour it into
the boiler using the provided funnel and leave the boiler cap open. Let sit overnight.
4. Drain the boiler and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
5. Refer to page 7 for instructions on how to refill and turn on the machine.
ATTENTION: It is not recommended that you use any other chemical to clean this product.
Doing so will automatically void the warranty.

LIMITED WARRANTY
We guarantee Dupray products are free from manufacturer defects, under
normal use for a reasonable period of time as follows*:
*No warranty on accessories, hoses, or consumables. Warranty only covers original purchaser.
The warranty does not cover abuse or transport to our repair center.
Please refer to the following section for details.
• For a period of thirty-six (36) months following the purchase of the Product (the “Warranty period”), if the client has used the product under normal use and in
strict conformity with the instructions and/or manual of operations provided by Dupray and discovers any defects in material or workmanship and notifies Dupray
in writing there of during the Warranty period, Dupray shall use reasonable commercial eorts to repair or replace that portion of the product found by Dupray to be
defective in material or workmanship or refund the purchase price of the Product or replace the product or a portion of same.
• The Warranty excludes; accessories, consumables, shipping and handling costs.
•
• It is understood that certain parts of the equipment are not covered by the Dupray warranty due to the fact they require replacement aer multiple use.
Such parts include, but are not limited to, buttons, hoses, seals, etc. These parts will eventually require replacement at the client’s cost.
• Dupray makes no warranty or representation that the product complies with any local laws, rules or regulations and client shall be responsible
for obtaining all permits or authorizations required by any regulatory body for installation or use of the product.
• Dupray makes no other warranties or conditions and the warranty statement is in lieu of all other w, representations, promises, or conditions, express
or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Dupray expressly disclaims all warranties
and conditions not stated here of. Any implied warranties and conditions that may be imposed by law are limited in duration to the warranty period. Dupray’s
liability for warranty claims is limited to repair or replacement as set forth here of.
• The Client represents that it shall strictly comply with the operation instructions or manual provided by Dupray in relation with the product.
Failure to do so shall exonerate dupray from any warranty and liability what so ever.
• This warranty is to benefit the original purchaser of the product. The warranty is not transferable beyond the original purchaser.
A. The damages are as result of an accident, abuse, freeze, impact,
alteration, non authorized usage, a major force, or use of other electricity
than that indicated on the product;
B. The product was used with other substances besides water in the water chamber;
C. Repairs, modifications, or alterations were done by a person not authorized by Dupray;
D. The owner or user neglected to do routine maintenance required
and the damages or problems are directly related to such neglect.
It is the Client’s responsibility to keep equipment in proper condition
and to use exclusively Dupray cleaning products
as to not damage the internal components.
The Warranty is void if:

TROUBLESHOOTING
To avoid risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit on your own. Return the unit to Dupray for examination,
repair or replacement. All service is to be performed by authorized professionals of Dupray service centers.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
No steam is released through the
steam iron.
A. Boiler activation button is not on.
B. Boiler is empty.
C. Unit is not plugged in.
D. Steam pressure is set to low.
E. Generator is not fully heated.
A. Press the boiler activation button .
B. Add 1L (34oz) of water inside the boiler.
C. Plug unit into outlet.
D. Adjust steam pressure accordingly.
E. Wait for SteamReadyTM indicator (4) to turn ON
and the thermostat light (D) to turn OFF.
The iron soleplate remains cold. A. Iron activation button is not on.
B. Thermostatic control is set at minimum.
A. Press the iron activation button .
B. Turn the thermostatic control (C) dial to the
appropriate setting.
Water drops are leaking from the
soleplate.
A. The soleplate temperature is too low to
iron with steam.
B. The steam iron is not fully heated yet.
A. Increase the temperature on the thermostatic
control (C).
B. Wait for the thermostat light (D) light to come on.
Dirty steam is coming out of iron. A. There may be scale in the boiler. A. Clean the boiler as per the
enclosed instructions in the Maintenance
section on page 10.
Yellowing and/or melting of the
plastic.
A. Leaving the iron on the iron rest at high
temperature.
A. Do not leave the iron on the iron rest for long
periods of time while it is still hot or in use.

IMPORTANTES MESURES DE SÉCURITÉ
Lorsque vous utilisez votre centrale vapeur, quelques précautions de base sont de mise. Veuillez lire attentivement les directives suivantes:
elles vous donneront des renseignements quant à l’installation, à l’utilisation et à l’entretien de votre centrale vapeur.
• LE BOUCHON DE LA BOUILLOIRE SOUS PRESSION NE DOIT
PAS ÊTRE OUVERT DURANT L’UTILISATION. POUR OUVRIR
LE BOUCHON DE LA BOUILLOIRE DE MANIÈRE SÉCURITAIRE,
RÉFÉREZ-VOUS À LA PAGE 20. N’OUVREZ PAS LA BOUILLOIRE
LORSQU’ELLE EST SOUS PRESSION.
• Utilisez la centrale vapeur uniquement pour l’utilisation à
laquelle elle est destinée.
• Pour éviter tout risque de choc électrique, ne submergez pas
l’appareil dans l’eau ni dans aucun autre liquide.
• L’appareil doit toujours être éteint avant d’être branché sur
une prise murale ou d’en être débranché. Ne tirez jamais sur
le cordon d’alimentation: empoignez plutôt la fiche et tirez
pour débrancher l’appareil.
• Ne laissez pas le cordon d’alimentation entrer en contact avec
des surfaces chaudes.
• Laissez la centrale vapeur refroidir complètement avant de
la ranger.
• Gardez les fentes d’aération propres et exemptes de poussière.
• Évitez de laisser tomber ou d’insérer des objets dans les
fentes d’aération.
• Ne faites pas fonctionner l’appareil si le cordon d’alimentation, la
fiche, un tuyau ou un dispositif de sécurité sont endommagés, si
l’appareil a été échappé ou s’il est endommagé. Cela mettra fin à la
garantie. Veuillez communiquer avec Dupray au +44 333 011 2660
pour la procédure de réparation.
• Gardez l’appareil hors de la portée des enfants.
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil en présence d’explosifs ou de
vapeurs inflammables.
• Afin d’éviter une surchaue, déroulez complètement le
cordon d’alimentation.
• N’utilisez pas l’appareil là où des produits en aérosol
(vaporisateurs) sont utilisés ni là où de l’oxygène est administré.

• Pour débrancher l’appareil, éteignez le boutton d’activation
du fer et le boutton d’activation de la bouilloire , puis retirez la
fiche de l’alimentation principale.
• Ne rangez jamais votre appareil lorsqu’il est encore chaud. Il
n’est pas nécessaire de vider le réservoir, sauf si vous prévoyez
ne pas utiliser l’appareil pendant une longue période.
• Cet appareil est conçu pour un usage domestique seulement.
Veuillez suivre toutes les instructions comprises dans le
présent manuel.
• Suivez toujours les recommandations du fabricant
concernant le repassage de vos tissus.
• N’utilisez pas la vapeur sur des composantes électriques.
• Le fer à repasser doit toujours être placé sur le matelas de
caoutchouc fourni avec l’appareil, et sur une surface stable.
• Afin d’éviter tout dommage potentiel, évitez tout contact
entre la semelle du fer lorsqu’elle est chaude et les autres
pièces, comme le cordon d’alimentation, le tuyau à vapeur
et les autres composantes de l’appareil.
• L’appareil ne doit jamais être utilisé s’il est tombé ou s’il

vapeur.

INSTRUCTIONS ÉLECTRIQUES
Pour éviter toute surcharge du circuit, n’utilisez pas simultanément un autre appareil à puissance élevée sur le même circuit que votre
centrale vapeur. Si une rallonge électrique est nécessaire, utilisez une rallonge avec une intensité nominale d’au moins 13ampères. Les
rallonges ayant une intensité nominale plus basse risquent de surchauer et d’entraîner des dommages.
INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’EAU
Votre centrale vapeur est conçue pour fonctionner avec l’eau du robinet. Afin de prolonger la durée de vie de l’appareil, si l’eau de votre
municipalité a une concentration élevée en minéraux, nous recommandons d’utiliser 50% d’eau du robinet avec 50% d’eau distillée.
IMPORTANT: Ne mettez jamais de produits autres que de l’eau dans la bouilloire.
AVERTISSEMENT : Ne pas utiliser cet appareil en présence de
liquides inflammables ou de poussières dangereuses pour la santé.
AVERTISSEMENT : Les utilisateurs doivent être formés adéquatement
pour manipuler cet appareil.
ATTENTION: Cet appareil est conçu pour être utilisé à l’intérieur seulement.
ATTENTION : RISQUE DE BRÛLURES
Cet appareil produit de la vapeur à très haute température. L’appareil vapeur et ses

COMMENT UTILISER VOTRE CENTRALE VAPEUR
REMPLIR L’APPAREIL
Retirez le bouchon de la bouilloire (6) et remplissez la bouilloire avec 1L (34 oz) d’eau.
Refermez bien le bouchon.
IMPORTANT: Ne versez jamais autre chose que de l’eau propre dans la bouilloire.
IMPORTANT: Ne remplissez pas trop la bouilloire. Laissez de l’espace pour la vapeur!
BRANCHER L’APPAREIL
Déroulez complètement le cordon d’alimentation et branchez la fiche sur une prise de 13 ampères 230V
(assurez-vous que le circuit ne soit pas déjà utilisé par un autre appareil à haute puissance).
METTRE L’APPAREIL EN MARCHE
REPASSAGE À LA VAPEUR: Appuyez sur le bouton d’activation du fer et sur le
bouton d’activation de la bouilloire , puis attendez environ dix minutes que
l’indicateur SteamReady™ (4) s’allume. Réglez le contrôle thermostatique (C) à la
position correspondant au tissu à repasser. Lorsque le voyant du thermostat (D)
s’éteint, le fer est prêt à l’emploi. Ajustez le contrôle de pression de la vapeur (3)
et le contrôle d’humidité (7) selon le tissu à repasser.
NOTE: Le voyant du thermostat (D) s’allumera et s’éteindra pendant l’utilisation pour maintenir le fer à une température optimale.
IMPORTANT : Suivez toujours les recommandations du fabricant pour les tissus.
REPASSAGE À SEC : Appuyez sur le bouton d’activation du fer et réglez le contrôle
thermostatique (C) à la position correspondant au tissu à repasser. Lorsque le
voyant du thermostat (D) s’éteint, le fer a atteint la température adéquate et est
prêt à l’emploi.
NOTE: À cette position, l’appareil ne produit pas de vapeur.
NOTE: N’appuyez pas sur le bouton de relâche de la vapeur (A) lorsque
vous repassez à sec.
