Wireless Weight Scale – WS100
The WS-100 is a wireless Weight Scale device that measures, stores, and transfers the
weight data to a monitoring center using the MedicGate™ or to a PC using the MiniGate™.
Please read this booklet carefully in order to achieve optimal performance of the Wireless
Weight Scale.

Warnings & Precautions
Consult your local provider concerning any operational difficulties. Do not attempt to repair
the Wireless Weight Scale on your own. Any modifications made to the equipment void the
device warranty and service contract obligations.
Keep the Wireless Weight Scale away from electro-magnetic emitting devices.
Do not store the Wireless Weight Scale in direct sunlight, at a high temperature, or in a
location with excessive humidity.
Use of this device is not intended as a substitute for consulting with your physician, since
additional measurements to those supplied by the Wireless Weight Scale may be necessary.
Operating the Wireless Weight Scale
To initiate a measurement session:
Press the MEASUREMENT switch gently.
All display screen characters light up for several seconds. The scale then displays 0.00 Kg
(lb) and the OK mark (O).
Step on the scale gently.
Your weight is displayed. Remain still until O appears. The communication with the
MedicGate™ or MiniGate™ is activated automatically.

The device is automatically turned off after stepping off of the scale.
Do not allow anyone else to use your Wireless Weight Scale. Remember: Every time
you use the Wireless Weight Scale, the results are sent to your personal file. The use of the
device by another person will cause an accumulation of erroneous data in your personal file.
Battery Replacement
Replace all four batteries with new ones, when is displayed on the display screen.
Remove the battery compartment cover. Push the cover up and lift at the arrow indication.
Insert each battery with its positive (+) and negative (-) terminals properly aligned with the
corresponding marks on the Wireless Weight Scale.
Do not mix used and new batteries as this may cause damage to the battery or Wireless
