VR13 IP Camera
Step by Step Operating Manual
Step 1: AC Power Supplies
VR13 IP Camera is powered by AC using an adaptor, and rechargeable battery is not required. After power
connecting is ready, the indicating light will display blue color.
Step 2: App Download
There are two options for APP Download to your smart devices. You can download the V380 APP by QR
code scan or searching “V380” in App Stores for IOS or Android.

Step 3: Camera Resetting
on the camera.it will have a prompt tone.You can see the light turned into blue.Use the bar reset the
camera,Long Time press until the prompt tone.
2、WLAN setting of your phone and connect with the wifi start with MV+(camera ID) wifi.
3,open the app named V380,add a new device and type the ID on the back of the camera.
4、you can make a password or not , both ok. Here is the ID on the back of the camera.（or you can click LAN
search and add device directly）
Choose ‘Station mode’
You can see below there are so many names of wifi,choose the one of yours
(for example,my wifi is ‘gooddayzastone’ so i need to choose this one then fill the password of it.)
Finally,click SAVE.
then you will find that your phone already changed to the wifi of yours(before you connected with the wifi named
MV+ID of the camera)
Now you can watch video through wifi.
If you want to watch video when you far away from home ,please just change wifi to cellular network.
There are some tips for you.
If you do all these steps but you still can’t load video,please try to install the app again,maybe your version is too
old.
This camera doesn’t support 5G wifi.
Your wifi name better is letters or numbers.
