3.Installing the Mouse Driver
3-1. Note this mouse and driver will function on the following operating systems:
Windows 98/2000/ME/XP.
3-2. Installation
1) Insert the driver diskette into the floppy drive of your PC.
2) 2) Explore the diskette and double click the file "Setup.exe"
3) Follow the setup instructions to complete the driver installation.
4) A Mouse Setting icon will appear in the Windows tool bar after you
successfully finish the installation.
3-3. Select Mouse Functions
1) Double click the Mouse Setting icon.
2) Follow the instructions to set the button functions.
4. Charging the Mouse
1.Connect the mouse to the DC end of the USB to DC Cable.
2. Connect the USB end to the computers USB port.
3. The mouse is now charging.
Notice: Please use rechargeable batteries for the rechargeable mouse.
5. Battery and Charging Notice
1) First time users, please charge the batteries 6 to 8 hours prior to use.
2) The LED indicator or the scroll wheel on the mouse will light when the mouse
battery is low. When this occurs change/ recharge the batteries immediately.
3) To conserve battery life, the mouse is equipped with a sleep mode. The
mouse will enter sleep mode after 10minutes of consecutive non-use. Press any
button to wake up the mouse from this mode.
4) When you are storing the mouse, remove the batteries to conserve battery life.
If the batteries are left in and the mouse button gets bumped, the mouse will
activate and lose battery life.
6. Notice to desktop users:
This mouse is designed for use with a notebook computer. If you are using the
product with a desktop unit, there is a chance for interference to occur. This
interference is caused by the power switching mechanisms between the power supply
and the desktop unit.
