The Synergy™Conveyor Toaster by Savory®utilizes the perfect combination of infrared and convection heat
to produce perfectly toasted sandwiches, chicken nuggets, pretzels, tortillas and a wide variety of appetizers.

Controls: Models available with digital
or analog controls, both located on the
front of the unit. Analog controls include
power on/off switch, conveyor speed
control, independent top and bottom heat
intensity controls, and conveyor direction.

Construction: Exterior is fabricated
from stainless steel. Conveyor belts are
manufactured from flexible stainless
steel and are available in either 10” or 14”
widths. Units feature hinged entry and exit
shelves with removable crumb trays.
Electrical Requirements: Heat is supplied
by nine (9) or twelve (12) infrared heating
elements on top and nine (9) or twelve (12)
infrared heating elements on the bottom
of the unit. Each unit is rated at 3.8 kW
or 6.6 kW. A separate circuit breaker
is required for each toaster with the
proper voltage, amperage, and hertz as
indicated by model number.
Ventilation: Ventilation is not required
but local codes prevail. These are
the “authority having jurisdiction” as
stated by the National Fire Protection
Association, Inc. in NFPA 96-1994.
Spacing: The toaster must have 6” (152
mm) of clearance from combustible
surfaces and 24” (610 mm) clearance
on both sides from other cooking
equipment.
