Immobiliser module: Prevents the engine from being started from a distance
(DEADLOCK function). In order to comply with current safety regulations, this
function is only activated when the vehicle has been stationary, with the engine
switched off, for at least 30 seconds. Warning: if there is no GSM network coverage (e.g.
underground car park), get within 5m of the vehicle and use the "Disable immobiliser"
function on the mobile application to deactivate it.
ID Tag: This hands-free badge is automatically detected when approaching the
vehicle. If an attempt is made to turn on the ignition without the tag, an
"Identification" alert is immediately sent to the owner. Make sure you always have
it with you when using the vehicle and do not hang it on your car keys.

Thank you for having chosen the protection system EasyTrak. This European-made device
has been designed and manufactured by MetaSystem Group (www.metasystem.it),
Europe's leading supplier of electronic safety and telematic systems for the automotive
industry.
For more than 40 years, MetaSystem Group has been supplying the most important car
brands with original equipment and original accessory lines as an approved supplier
according to the strictest industry standards.
In Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Mobile Systems Europe (MSE) is the
official distributor and is responsible for managing the service related to the tracking device.
YOUR INSTALLATION
EasyTrak is a recovery solution for a stolen vehicle, based on a GPS tracker,
destinated to protect the vehicle on which it has been installed.
Download the free MetaTrak Plus mobile app from Apple Store or Google Play
to stay connected in real time to your vehicle and receive notifications or alerts.
The access codes for the MetaTrak Plus mobile application are sent
automatically by SMS to the mobile number indicated in the service contract.
The contract was sent to you by email. If you have not received it, please check your
mailbox and make sure that it is not blocked in the anti-spam system. This contract should
be returned to us dully signed.
The Security Monitoring Centre (S.M.C.), ministerial approval no. 16.1027.01, is available 24
hours a day and can, in the event of theft, locate your vehicle and guide the Federal Police
forces in accordance with Belgian legislation.
EasyTrak can be extended with the following optional elements:
On request, we can link the automatic activation of the DEADLOCK to the presence of
the badge (No Tag = No Start function).

Use the vehicle normally. There is no need for any special handling.
In case of theft, notify the 24/7 alarm centre immediately.

Activate the "Transport mode" via the application if the vehicle is to be towed or moved
with the engine off (e.g. by boat, train or trailer) to avoid generating false alarms.
Activate "Service Mode" (garage mode) via the app if the vehicle is to be serviced or
bodyworked to avoid generating false alarms when disconnecting the battery.
Do not forget to deactivate these modes when they are no longer needed, otherwise
the system will not be 100% operational.
Application mobile
As this is a security system, we recommend you never to activate any functions in the
mobile application before you know how they work.

The MetaTrak Plus application provides trip history and advanced reporting functions, real-
time tracking, alerts in case of attempted sabotage or moving the vehicle with the engine
off (towing), vehicle tracking via the "Car Finder" function, and improvement of the driving
eco-score, warnings in the event of the detection of an accident (the accident report
containing the details of the accident is available in the application) and in the event of
abnormal discharge of the vehicle's battery, display of traffic in real time (source: Google
map) and management of configurable notifications (Push/SMS/e-mail in the event of
entry/exit of a guarded area, programmed speed overrun, etc.).
The majority of these functions can also be accessed via the web portal www.metatrak.be
(SMART & FLEET Subscriptions) or www.metatrak.it (FLEET subscription).
Caution: Do not attempt to start the vehicle with the immobiliser activated. In some
vehicles, this may cause error codes to appear in the instrument panel. This is not caused by
a system failure but is the result of an abnormal situation.
USE OF THE DEVICE
Do not forget to file a complaint with the police! This is an obligation for the alarm
centre to take over.

The MetaTrak Plus application uses the smartphone's push notification system. Make
sure that these are activated and that they are correctly displayed on the screen with an
audible alert (see smartphone settings). Otherwise, you may not be informed correctly
in case of an alarm
Never unplug the EasyTrak (or interrupt its power source) for more than 1 hour without
first putting the system in "maintenance" mode. Failure to do so may result in a deep
discharge of the backup battery which may cause irreversible damage not covered by
the manufacturer's warranty.
The ID-Tag has a battery and a flashing red LED. If the battery (type CR2032) is dropped
or replaced, press the button 5 times within 10 seconds to reactivate it.
The service contract (subscription) is concluded for a fixed period and is automatically
renewed, unless one of the parties objects by sending a registered letter 90 days before
the expiry of the term (conditions of service available on www.metasystem.be).
Please inform us of any changes (change of address, vehicle, mobile phone number or
email) to ensure continuity of services.
Make sure you are in order with the payment of the service contract (subscription) to
avoid any interruption of services.

responsible for it. The manufacturer reserves the right to change the features or
functionality of the system without notice or obligation.
MS Europe declines all responsibility for the non-functioning of this product if the service
contract has not been correctly registered and activated by the customer or his installer,
as well as for the non-delivery of alarm messages following the registration of incorrect
data (incorrect mobile phone number or email address).
The system is designed to operate in all countries with compatible mobile network
coverage. The dual constellation satellite receiver (GPS/GLONASS) provides greater
accuracy.
Communication and roaming costs are included in the subscription price.
The EasyTrak is certified according to the European directives RED2014/53/EU and ECE-
R10 to ensure that it does not interfere with the vehicle on which it is installed.
Nominal supply voltage 12/24 Vdc- Current consumption: <2 mA (standby) - <100 mA (full
active mode).
Temperature -25°C to +70°C - IP67 sealing according to ISO-20653.
36 months warranty on the material, against manufacturing defects, from the date of
the purchase invoice.
