7. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The blowing unit is fed by a single-phase electric voltage between 220-230/240W and 50/60Hz. The fan
coupled motor generates an air flow which, canalized into the feed pipe, reaches the spray gun nozzle. The
high volume at low pressure provides the pulverization of the disinfection product and, wrapped at the same
time by the air blast, deposits it in a “soft” and precise way on the support which has to be treated. Therefore
the system allows to prevent or restrict the “fog effect”, thus reducing the dispersal of the sprayed materials
in the air. The performance is therefore improved, and this also helps the operator’s health and the
environment. The machine also produces hot and dry air (by reducing the relative humidity of about 40%),
thus providing a better and faster drying of the material, especially in case of synthetic enamels.
ll components are of high quality and purpose-made.
8. IDENTIFICATION
The manufacturer identification and CE conformity plate is placed on the front panel.
The pl te must not be removed for ny re son.

- The operators must wear the special protective devices during the spraying operations (masks, gloves,
protecting clothing, etc.)
- Use only original spare parts.
Our company declines any responsibility if the above-mentioned safety standards are not observed, and is
also not responsible for any incorrect use of the equipment or tempering.
10. STARTING UP
I. Insert the conical pipe union into the handle.
II. Fill the tank with the properly pre-diluted sanitizing / disinfectant liquid.
III. djust the quantity and finish of the covering product according to its density / viscosity by acting on
the air tap located on the tank lid (Position 10) and if necessary on the adjustment screw (Figure B).
IV. 3 different types of spray can be obtained by rotating the cap: vertical oval, horizontal oval or round
(Figure D).
V. To obtain uniform sanitization, it is recommended to start the movement of the arm before operating
the dispensing lever and to keep the spray gun perpendicular to the surface to be treated by
performing crossed passes.
VI. To optimize spraying, we recommend keeping a distance of 1.5 m from the treated surface. by acting
on the adjustment on the lid (pos. 10) it is possible to adjust the intensity of the nebulization (quantity
of liquid dispensed) and reducing it it is possible to approach the treated surface without the risk of
letting the nebulized liquid run off. The excessive proximity of the spray gun to the treated surface
will cause the liquid to pour out.
11. MAINTENANCE
To ensure flawless operation of the spray gun over time, it is necessary to clean it at each end of the work to
prevent product residues from drying inside.
