Wire Set for Simulators
for VBar Control
With this Wire Set you can use any existing VBar main unit
or Mini VBar as well as the dedicated VBar Control Simu-
lator Interface (available early 2015) as a wireless simula-
tor interface for your favorite simulator.
☝Attention The Wireless Simulator App must be installed on
your VBar Control, and the VBar you want to use must be
updated to VSim Firmware (available on www.vstabi.info—
see manual and video tutorials there for instructions if you
are not yet familiar with the installation).
Connect the USB wire to a free USB port on your computer
and any free port on your Mini VBar (but not RX A) or VBar
main unit (but not the ports on the USB connector side of
the main unit).
Use the Audio Jack Adapter Wire to connect your sim to
RX B on a Mini VBar or to Colle/ESC on a VBar main unit.
Connect a VBar Control Receiver Satellite to your VBar
and bind with VBar Control.
You are ready to go.
⚠Warning Use the simulator’s setup to adjust VBar Control
to the simulator. Do not change basic settings on your VBar
Control, since they will also affect your real models.
⚠Warning Do not use the USB Power Supply Wire to power
servos from the USB port. USB ports in general are only
rated 500 mA. The current draw of servos can damage the
USB port of your computer permanently.
☠Danger do not connect head phones or other audio equip-
ment to the Audio Jack Adapter Wire. You risk hearing dam-
age as well as damage to the audio equipment.

Note Get this App by connecting your VBar Control
to a computer and accessing the App Store using
VBar Control Manager.
This App adds support for wireless simulator operation. A
VBar together with a VBar Control Receiver Satellite must
be bound to VBar Control, the Wire Set has to be connect-
ed to your computer.
Bind the VBar using the Bind dialog.
The main display will show Simulator and Short Range Mode
active .
In the main menu, you nd an entry Simulator Settings .
Here you can select what happens after the session has
been ended: the receiver Go to bind mode again automati-
cally, or it can stay bound to the current VBar Control . This
can be helpful if you want to share the simulator with a
buddy or if you just want to turn VBar Control off temporar-
ily and have it reconnect at once again.
☝Attention With a VSim enabled VBar, you can turn off VBar
Control even if the VBar is still powered up, e.g. to bind a
different VBar Control, or just to save juice on VBar Control
if you are away from the computer for a moment.

Mit diesem Kabelsatz können Sie jede vorhandene VStabi
Zentraleinheit oder Mini VStabi oder das dedizierte Draht-
lose Simulator Interface für VBar Control (erhältlich im
Frühjahr 2015) mit Ihrem Lieblings-Simulator verwenden.
☝Achtung Sie benötigen die Wireless Simulator App für Ihre
VBar Control, und die VStabi muss mit der VSim-Firmware
versehen sein (erhältlich auf www.vstabi.info – sollten Sie
mit der Installation noch nicht vertraut sein, nutzen Sie bitte
das Handbuch und die Videotutorials auf www.vstabi.info).
Verbinden Sie das USB-Kabel mit einem freien Anschluss
an Ihrem Computer, und mit einem freien Anschluss an
Ihrer VStabi (Mini VStabi: nicht RX A, Zentraleinheit: nicht
die Anschlüsse auf der USB-Seite des Geräts).
Verbinden Sie Ihren Simulator mit dem Klinkenstecker-
Adapter mit RX B der Mini VStabi oder Colle/ESC der VStabi.
Verbinden Sie einen VBar Control-Empfangssatelliten mit
der VStabi, und binden Sie ihn mit VBar Control.
Jetzt kann es losgehen.
⚠Warnung Verwenden Sie das Setup des Simulators zur
Einstellung der VBar Control mit Ihrem Simulator. Verän-
dern Sie keine Grundeinstellungen in VBar Control, das
würde auch ihre realen Modelle betreffen.
⚠Warnung Verwenden Sie das USB-Kabel nicht zur Span-
nungsversorgung von Servos. USB Ports sind i. d. R. nur mit
500 mA belastbar, Ihr Computer kann Schaden nehmen.
☠Gefahr Verbinden Sie keine Kopfhörer oder andere Au-
dio-Geräte mit dem Klinkenstecker-Adapter. Es besteht die
Gefahr von Hörschäden und Schäden an denAudio-Geräten.

Hinweis Laden Sie sich diese App, indem Sie VBar
Control mit dem Computer verbinden und mit dem
VBar Control Manager auf den App-Store zugreifen.
Mit dieser App bekommen Sie Unterstützung für den draht-
losen Simulator-Betrieb. Eine VStabi mit VSim-Firmware
und ein VBar Control Empfangs-Satellit müssen gebunden
werden, der Simulator-Kabelsatz muss mit der VStabi und
Ihrem Computer verbunden sein.
Binden Sie die VStabi wie gewohnt.
Das Display zeigt Simulator und Geringe Sendeleistung .
Im Hauptmenü erscheint ein neuer Unterpunkt Simulator
Einstellungen .
Hier können Sie auswählen, ob die verbundene VStabi
nach neuerlichem Einschalten wieder automatisch in den
Bindemodus geht (um einen anderen Sender zu binden, z.
B. wenn Sie die Simulator-Sitzung mit einer weiteren Per-
son teilen wollen), oder ob die Bindung mit der aktuellen
VBar Control erhalten bleiben soll.
☝Hinweis Bei verbundener VStabi mit VSim-Firmware kön-
nen Sie VBar Control auch ausschalten, solange VStabi
noch verbunden ist. Dies ist nützlich, um z. B. einen an-
deren Sender zu binden, oder um den Sender zeitweise
auszuschalten, wenn Sie den Computer kurz verlassen.
