cold/warm dual nozzles bidet attachment (TP21)
Step1. Turn the TEMPURATURE CONTROL
knob to low HOT level (in case of scald)
Step2. Select the desired mode and turn the
WATER PRESSURE knob to a low pressure
BIDIT WASH, let it run around 15 seconds
(draining the cold water in the warm pipe)
Step3. Choose the most comfortable water
pressure and temperature for washing
Step4. Turn the WATER PRESSURE knob to
OFF, after using

⚫What kind of material is the bidet body made from?

⚫What’s the difference between TP20 and TP21?
TP20 features one nozzle which only have BIDET WASH mode, TP21 features
dual nozzles which have BIDET WASH and FEMALE WASH mode.
⚫If there is a gap between the toilet seat and the bowl, how to solve it？
Normally this gap is small, and it won’t influence the daily use of toilet, and users
can stick bumpers to toilet seat ring (available on Amazon-MINCOCO bumper)
⚫What’s the material of the T-adapter, it is very important in preventing water
leakage?
Both of the cold and hot water T-adapter are made from alloy material with sealing
washer, It’s strong and durable.
⚫How can this bidet spray out hot water, need plug in electricity？
The water comes out by a controlling a pressure knob, its non-electricity, but needs
to be connected to the system of domestic hot water, such as the bathroom or the
washing sink.
⚫What to do if the hot water connection is too far away or users don’t want
install hot water hose?
There is a hot water screw cap in the accessary bag, if users don’t need hot water,
just screw in this cap to the bidet hot water connection.
⚫Does this bidet work with bleach tablets put in the tank?
The supplying water is from tap water system, its fresh and clean water.
