nstructions:
1. Refer to drawings for Bench Seat or Landing location.
2. Lift Assembled Bench Seat/Landing (1) into to position and
attach to Nutserts in the Upright using M10x25mm Torx
Bolts (4) and Flat Washers (5) under the bolt heads.
(Refer Detail A)
3. Ensure all bolts are fully tight.

Installation Instructions:
1. Refer to plan view for position of Fireman’s Pole Climber.
2. Bolt the climber overhead to the inside face of the uprights
with 25mm Torx Bolts with Flat Washers under the bolt
heads.
3. When the climber overhead is in position, slide the climber
over the pipe lug and push it all the way on and secure with a
Grub Screw. Ensure that the grub screw is done up tight.
. Secure the top and bottom of each of the handrails to the
upright with a 25mm Torx Bolt on the inside face.
5. Ensure all bolts are tight.
For Gym Set Installation Use Instructions 1 and 3.

6. All Deck edges are supplied with a 5mm pilot hole. A 12mm
hole is needed to attach components.

Installation Instr ctions:
1. Locate the item on the plan drawing & mark position.
2. Position the overhead & mark & dig footings. Lift the
Trackride into position & bolt using the M10x25mm Torx
Bolts (7) & M10 Flat Washers (8) under bolt heads.
3. Position & mark the side mount at 90o to the carriage rail &
excavate the required footing.
4. Bolt the side mount into position using the M10x40 Hex
Bolts with Washers each side & Nyloc Nuts.
5. Ensure the main carriageway is level concrete all posts &
fully tighten all bolts.
6. Remove the wheels from the carriageway & refit wheels.
Fully tighten all bolts. Do not use until concrete is cured.

1. Refer to the plan view for the position of the panel.
2. Lift the panel into position and bolt it to the inside of the
uprights with four 25mm orx Bolts and Flat Washers under
the heads.
3. Ensure all Bolts are fully tightened.

Installation Instructions:
1. Refer to the plan view for the position of the panel.
2. Attach the three Slide Bars to one of the Rung using Torx
Bolts (ensure the bolt head is inside the Rung).
3. Put three Barrels onto each Slide Bar.
4. Attach the other Rung as before and tighten all bolts.
5. Lift the panel into position and secure with Torx Bolts with
Flat Washers under the heads.
6. Ensure all Bolts are fully tightened.
