1) Use the bad SD card insert to video recorder slot,the car
ignition, and close the doors (or press the manual/auto button),
waiting for the recorder automatically shutdown after over 2 0
seconds, press the "Power" button . And reboot the system.

card quickly.

long working state; Menci wiring, the one side of the Menc connect

connect to the power to prevent a short circuit occurred on Menci.

be choose 'FAT','distribut the unit size' should be choose 6 4 K

be choose 'FAT 3 2', 'distribut the unit size' should be shoose 3 2 K
(Figure 37) press the "OK"’ button began to identify format.

(5) If the SD card is the 4G or below4G,there will show a dialpg ,press
the"OK"button to show the Figure38, then press the 'OK 'button
start to format; If the SD card is the 8G or above8G , there will
show the Figure 39 , And then press the'OK' button start to
format .

Rules
1. Not allow to inset or take out the SD card when the video recorder is
working,if do that must according to the normal shutdown
recorder and then inset or take out the SDcard , because SD card is
very easy to damage and loss of the machine program.
2. The proposed use of each card after the inspection,reformat the
SD card again.
3. Attention to the SD card format correctly operation, as detailed in
the SD card format operation.
4. In accordance with the provisions of the original SD card, SD card to
protect the appearance of the plastic shell can not draw trace badly,
otherwise the manufacturer don’t supply warranty.

3-1 Mainframe fixed

the distance between Menci A and Menci B the

also Menci switch line for the power after open

to select'1 0 0 COACH 'folder, and then press the "Ok" utton again
enter into the;'1 0 0 COACH' folder inside all of the video
footage,through the up/ down button to choice which footage first
play. According to the"OK" button to start playing.

button fast-forward, every click of a speed increase, a total of 4-
speed, according to the left is a fast-forward back, every click of a
speed increase, a total of 4-speed.
4) In the fast-forward mode, press OK the fast-forward to
stop and stop playing, and then press the"OK" button again to open
as normal player; according to press the"Exit" button to stop the
broadcast and return to the 1 0 0 COACH 'folder of the directory.

4-1 The correct way to take and put the card
1. Take card
First, the car stop and non ignition,then close the door, waiting for
the system automatic shutdown (or press the manunal/auto
button), in the shutdown state, with hand to press the "SD card" by

go , and slowly took out the card, the card has finished check.

A、The Red Wire(the power of positive)
Function: The normal use of the total input power wire’s positive
for machine , the operating voltage 12 V -36 V.
Connection: Access only regular-power, that is the vehicle battery
positive electrode.
B、The Blue Wire(the power of negative)
Function:The normal use of the total input power wire’s negative
for machine.
Connection: The only grounded of vehicle, that is the vehicle battery
negative or the ground wire of vehicle.
C、The Purple Wire(ignition wire)
Function:The machine could startup and enter to the surveillance
state but don’t video ,the operating voltage 12V-36V.
Connection:Usually connect to the vehicle unlock ignition to the
first file,the file is ON shift,the machine will auto startup when
connect to the high level of above 12V.
D、The Green Wire(recorded in the wire of control)
Function: It can automatically startup and video when high level,
have the startup and video features, the operating
voltage 12V - 36 V.
Connection: To be a long time can be recorded from the car unlock
ignition to the first file, the file is ON shift.
E The Brown Wire-reversing wire(camar a signal switching)
Function:It can automat ically switching the front view and
the back view of camar a sngnal when high level.The operating voltage

12V - 36 V.
Connection:Usually connect with the video control wire on the Men ci.
When door opened will recording the coin box and door closed
recording in-vehicle
(1) Power signal bus(6-core: red black purple green brown white)、 、 、 、 、

Funtion:Have output 12V of negative wire connect to the intern al ground
wire of video recorder.
Connection:Connect to the ground wires of camara and micro phone .

C The Orange Wire (camara1 is CAM1 signal line)
Funtio n:When the video recorder is the switc hing mode,th is wire will be a
front signal wire ;But when the video recorder is 4 channel mode,th is line is
a foot- brake signal line.
Connectio n:At the video recorder switc hing mode state ,orange wire connect
to the camara1’s(CAM1) signal line.when is 4 channel mode the orange wire
will be connected to the green wire of speed foot-b rake amplifire output bus.

D The Yello w Wire(camara2 is CAM2 signal lin e)
Fountio n:When the video recorder is the switc hing mode,th is wire will be a
front signal wire;But when the video recorder is 4 channel,th is wire is a
speed signal lin e.
Connectio n:Connectio n:At the video recorder switc hing mode state ,orange
wire connect o the camara2’s( CAM2) signal lin e.when is 4 channel mode the
orange wire will be connected to the yello w wire of speed foot-brake amplifir e
output bus.

(3)MIC wire- audio signal line
A、Funct ion: Connect to the audi o signal line, the center is a signal line,
and the out side is shielded ground.
Connect ion: Aud io of the ce nter wire and the microphone center
wire connect , audi o line with the microohone shielding wire connect ion.
(4)TVOUT wire - analog video signal output line
A、Function: Output video signals line, center is the signal line,and the
outside is shielded ground.
Connection: TVOUT center line connect to the video signals center
line of external monitor , TVOUT shielded wire and monitor shielded
wire connection.

3-6 Vehicle speed signal installation and debugging
(1) Vehicle speed signal and speed amplifier
linked drawing:(Figure 8)
(2) Speed amplifier debugging:
The first is me asureme nt before start to debugging:
1) The speed sensor signal line will connect to the
voltage of ground when the vehicle stopped, and
when the vehicle is running too.
2) According to these two measure value and then
select the corresponding of adjustable means.
The first method: (Figure 9)
Use the multimeter to measure the vehicle speed

(2)SD card interface:Insert or take out the storage medium SD card.
Nose: Not allow to inset or take out the SD card when the video
recorder is working,must waiting for the host had power off just
can take out the SD card.
(3)TV out interface function: Debugging for the Procedures of manuf -
acturer.Don’t the TVOUT output video wire!
(4)Press the manual/auto button and shells up could shutdown when
the recorder is normal working. And now,the auto startup function
have been canceled. Re-boot must through the manual button next
time.
3-9 The function instruction of the video recorder
1. Setup the video quality and resolution
(1) Setup the quality of video

四、Manipulate
3-8 Host interface(Figure 17)
Functional interface that:
（1）USB interface function: Debugging for the Procedures of
manufacturer
Nose: Please don't use the USB interface connect to your computer or
any moving device, otherwise will cause the host have the
potential to a permanent death of phenomenon .
3. And then closed the door, test the host can automatically switch the
camera and video (blue character displayon the screen), and image
display also, a period of time (system latency video time) after the
upper left corner of the screen automatically red spots
disappeared,and then display video on the screen.
4. And then the door opened, it can automatically test the engines for
video (the blue screen time), and image display. Note this system is
normal.
5. To use open or close the door, adjust camera angle to survelling the
position, and colored plastic screw, cover the protection of camera
cover, closed a good seal.
6. The data bus, the total power supply are received on-board power
supply on the negative electrode , The door to switch the system to
work normally, after commissioning of the entire system.

The second mefthod: (Figure 10)
Use the multimeter to measure the vehicle speed sens
or signal line and the voltage of<0.5V when in the
absence of speed, the voltage of speed signal line
voltage of>2.5V when the vehicle is running, NO.1
And NO.4 of the DIP should be opened at this time
synchronous , debugging the adjustable resistance until
have the signal of speed, and then measuring resistor R5
close to ICpoints when driving. so that the points voltage
Less than 2.5V.
The third method: (Figure 11)
Use the multimeter to measure the vehicle speed
sensor signal line and the voltage of between 0.5V-
2.5V when in the absence of speed, the voltage of
speed signal line voltage of<2.5V when the vehicle
is running and need to open NO.2 of the DIP switch
and debugging the adjustable resistance until have
the signal of speed on the screen.

The fourth method: (Figure 12)
Use the multimeter to measuring the vehicle speed
sensor signal line and the voltage of between 0.5V-
2.5V when in the absence of speed, the vehicle
speed sensor signal when the voltage of > 2.5V and
at this time must open NO.2 and NO.4 of the DIP
switches. Adjusting resistor until have speed, and
then measuring resistor R5 close to IC points when
driving, so that the points voltage less than 2.5V.
Note:(Figure 12)
(1) Hav’t connected to the head of line must be
packed with insulation adhesive tape, avoid bare
head happed accident.
(2) If the speed amplifier failure, can be pull NO.3 of
DIP switch, and start to use the backup amplifier.
(3) When open the NO.1 switchR5 close to IC point's
voltage could be selected to debugging in the1.5V;

Host, camera, Menci switch, speed amplifier are installed,check all
the correct circuit connections, can debug the system work.
1. Inser the USB key then press the"Power" manual boot the host
,there will normally startup,press the"Power" again the host will
have a normal shutdown;
2. To open the door, use the"Power Testing" Positive connect to the
data bus of the total power positive t(red wire), the negative
electrode to connect data bus, the total power supply negative
(black wire) to test whether the host will automatically open and
automatically recording (blue character dispaly on the screen), and
image display on the monitor.
3-7 System debugging
1) Measured the distance on the ground how far will actual road test
meters , and the distance must keep a straight line. (Usually 100 or
200 meters).
3) Then the vehicle don't ignition and close the door, press the host's
Manual/ Automatic button after 20 seconds and then press the
power button reboot the machine.
4) Enter to the set interface of pulse (Figure16)
in the 'test mileage'item , using the up/down
button to select the test meters of road , and
then press the "OK" button, the host system
will automatically accumulative total of the
pulse and the cumulative. Total of the number
of auto-zero pulse.
5) Vehicle ignition, so that the vehicle driving at the end of actual
measured road in the uniform speed state .The front of vehicle must
align to the end of measured road.
7) Press the power button to shutdown, settings have been saved if the
shutdown interface display is normal, and then startup the host to
check the boot settings are saved just now.
