Note: Position leg block as shown
in the image to support side panel.
• Fix the Leg bases by aligning them on the base panel as shown.
• Ensure dowels in the blocks line up with the holes when you hammer it with a
rubber mallet or a hammer with a block of wood in between to prevent damage.
• Lay the back at down as shown.
• Use 50mm Cabinet Screws to x the
bottom panel with the back panel.

Inserting the Dowels
• While the side panels are laying at, insert the dowels
into the correct holes marked in the image with arrows.

Fixing Side Panels to Bottom, Base & Shelf.

• Cabinet Feet: Join the supplied leg into the foot and then insert
it into the block attached to the base panel.
• Inner Front Panel: Fix the Inner Front Panel using 50mm Cabinet
Screws as shown.
• Height of the Adj Legs = ±150mm
• Height of the cabinet = 1936mm
• Height of cabinet + foot = 2086mm
Note: Max. Height of end panels is 2086mm.
• Align the base, top and back panel onto the dowels on the side panel.
Then, align the xed shelf panel onto the correct dowels as shown here.
• Fix the hinges using Screws as shown.
• Clip doors onto the pantry. See hinge installation for details below.
• Insert the supplied shelf studs to the corresponding holes on the
side panel to achieve the desired shelf height.
• Adjustable shelves simply rest on top of the pins.
Hinge Installation & Adjustments.
• Hook the hinge into the front of the mount.
• Push the back down onto the hinge mount
until you hear a click.
• Push this button to release the
hinge from the mount.
• Use these screws to adjust door up / down.
• Use these screws to
adjust door in/out.
• Use these screws to adjust door right / left.

Fixing Hinge Mounts to Side Panels
• Fix the hinge mounts onto the return panel as shown.
FRONT EDGE
• Lift and align the second side panel to ensure dowels are aligned with
the corresponding holes. Use 50mm Cabinet screws to x the top,
back, bottom and xed shelf to the side panel.
• Flip the cabinet to secure the other side panel with back, base, top and
xed shelf panel using 50mm cabinet screws.
• Screw x the big return panel to the carcase using 29 mm screws.
• Fix the front ller panel as per requirement.
