BeBox Interface
The BeBox interface is based on the Android Operating System from Google. It
makes learning to use the BeBox easy and powerful. We have linked to several
online Android learning resources at GoMohu.com/android for more detailed tips.
To start using the BeBox press the ‘Display ON/OFF’ button on the left side of the unit.
You will be presented with a tablet lock screen. Swipe the lock icon to the right to
launch the BeBox home interface. You can choose to either download any audio or
video app directly from the Google Play store (such as Tidal, Spotify, Pandora,
YouTube, etc.) or you can choose the included player app ‘Apollo’, which you can find
on the right side of the home screen, alongside the ‘DSP Manager’ and ‘All Apps’ icons.

Inputs
Insert any microSD card into the slot on the back of the BeBox. Push it
in until it clicks and stays in place - you will see a message that the
microSD card has been connected. You will be asked if you would like to use the
microSD card as your default storage. Press cancel, unless you have run out of
internal storage and want to use the microSD card instead for your primary storage.
Use the file browser (All Apps > File Browser) and choose the microSD card. You can
play music (or videos) directly from the card in the or you can copy files to the internal
‘Music’ directory where they will be accessible in the Apollo app. For more
information, visit www.GoMohu.com
First, ensure that Bluetooth® is enabled on your tablet or smartphone device
before switching to the Bluetooth® input on the Bebox. Tap the Bluetooth® icon
on the top of the BeBox and you will hear a tone telling you the BeBox is ready
and discoverable. You will find the Bluetooth source “Bebox” on your phone or
tablet. Simply connect and start playing!

A/C Aux
11
You can switch to any analog input
with the Aux button on the top of
the BeBox, and you will see an Auxiliary Input
message on the display. Simply use the
included 3.5mm audio cable and connect it to the jack on the back of the BeBox next
to the A/C jack. Anything connected to that cable will play through the BeBox
automatically while in Aux mode. You can connect your smartphone or tablet through
the headphone jacks.
AUX
Just like the microSD card input, you will be first asked if you want to
make this USB device your new primary storage - which you will cancel
unless you have run out of internal storage space on the BeBox. You will be able to
browse the new drive - External USB Storage - and copy / paste music or videos to
the internal storage on the BeBox using the File Manager app.

If the screen on the BeBox has become inactive, simply press the “Display On/OFF”
button on top of the BeBox, and unlock the screen by swiping the lock icon to the
right. While the screen is active you may use the + and - buttons on the BeBox to
adjust the volume. You can also adjust the volume using the slider on the display.
By connecting an HDMI cable to the port on the back of the BeBox,
you can mirror the BeBox interface to your TV or display. This is
particularly useful for watching videos from Android apps while still listening to them
through the BeBox. Note: sound will not be played through the display.
