Water injection and drainage
■ Water injection
-Water injection is required when the water volume in the storage area is lower than the
minimum water level mark.
-Add drinking water into the the water storage area.
-Each water injection shall keep the water volume between the maximum and minimum
water level marks and shall not exceed the maximum water level marks.
◇Warning: Add potable water only.
■ Drainage
-Drain the machine when the water in the storage area is polluted or the inner wall of the
storage area needs to be cleaned.
-Unplug the power cord before draining the water.
-Move the machine to a position where is suitable for manual operation and storage.
-Unscrew the drain nut and remove the plug, the water will flow out automatically.
-After draining, put the plug back immediately and tighten the drain nut.
◇When injecting water and draining water, ensure that no water is injected or splashed onto
the live parts of the machine to avoid danger.
◇When used again after draining, check whether there is leakage at the drain outlet for
further use.
Kindly reminder
■ When the ice-making mode is on, avoid reaching into the ice-making area with bare hand.
■ When using purified water or distilled water to make ice, there may be a false alarm of lack of
water. Just add small amount of salt to cancel the alarm.
■ The reminder of the ice box not being placed is a protective function. In general:
-When there is ice or foreign objects blocking the rotation of the ice box, please manually
remove the ice or foreign objects.
-When the ice on the evaporator greatly affects the rotation of the water box, it is necessary
to wait for the ice to melt naturally before using. It is not allowed to forcibly remove the ice
manually.
■ To avoid contamination of food, please follow the following instructions:
-Opening the door (cover) for a long time can cause a significant increase in the tempera-
ture of the ice maker storage room.
-Regularly clean surfaces that may come in contact with food and accessible drainage
systems.Clean the water tank if it has not been used for 48 hours; If water is in the tank for
more than 5 days, flush the water circulation system connected to the water supply system.
-If the ice maker is empty for a long time, close, defrost, clean, dry, and keep the door
(cover) open to prevent mold from forming inside the ice maker.

-Make sure water does not touch the circuit.
-Use a soft towel dipped in warm water or a neutral detergent to scrub the inside and
outside surfaces of the ice maker.
-Do not clean with a detergent that contains an abrasive (such as toothpaste), an acid, a
chemical solvent (such as alcohol), or a polish.
-Do not rinse the machine with water.
Inner cleaning
Refer to the “Injection”, add the water mixed with 50% vinegar.
Open the washing mode.
After the washing mode ends, drain the water referring to the “Drainage”
Circling with adding the water, and draining the water along with washing, until the draining
water is clear.
The ice maker should be placed at the place where is dry and ventilative, to prevent the
machine from the heat source and sunshine.
The over-temperature water should be cooled down to ambient temperature for ice-making.
Reduce time of keeping the door/cover open.
■ Clear the ventilating grill at regular time.

Turn off
-Unplug the machine if you want to turn off it.
-If the machine won't be used for a long time, please work as these steps: turn off the
machine, cleaning and leave a little gap between the door and the machine.
Attention: The ice maker is not supposed to use for storing food.
Non - fault phenomenon analysis and elimination
Fog condensation appears on the housing:
-The air humidity may be too high. Please rub away the drop of water.
The size of ice tube varies too obviously
-Stop and restart, try several times. The cooling system is not stable at first several rounds.

TROUBLESHOOTING
-The ambient temperature is too low.
Ice cube is too small
Ambient temperature is too high or the water temperature is too high.
Strange noise
When the cooling system is working, the freezing medium flowing in the tube will make noise.
When the cooling system is working, the fan will make noise.
When the water box arrives at the deice place, turning on/off the solenoid valve may make noise.
When the water is injected into the inner box, the pump will make noise.
All these noise are normal.
