Placement for all-day wear vs exercise:
For optimized heart-rate tracking while exercising:
· Try wearing Sage higher on your wrist during exercise for an
improved fit and more accurate heart-rate reading. Many exer-
cises, such as bike riding or weight lifting, cause you to bend
your wrist frequently, which can interfere with the heart-rate
signal if the tracker is lower on your wrist.
When you're not exercising, wear Sage a finger's width above
your wrist bone.

· Make sure the tracker is in contact with your skin.
· Don't wear your tracker too tight; a tight wristband restricts
blood flow, potentially affecting the heart-rate signal. The
tracker should be slightly tighter (snug but not constricting)
during exercise.
With high-intensity interval training or other activities where
your wrist is moving vigorously and non-rhythmically, the
movement may limit the sensor's ability to provide a heart-rate
reading. If your tracker doesn't show a heart-rate reading, try
relaxing your wrist and staying still briefly.

Note: Please don't pair the tracker from bluetooth list directly.
1). Make sure your phone bluetooth is ON.
2). Open "VeryFitPro" App, on the bottom toolbar, go to "Device" tab.
3). Select "Bind Device", search the device named ID151 and tap to
connect,then click "Confirm Device"
4).Keep your tracker awake while searching, the tracker vibrates and
synchronize time with your phone after paired.

Reminder of exiting from sports mode
upon a period of no activity.
Matters Reminder in Sports Mode
Reminder of full-ram force quit
When the memory of fitness tracker is full of
sports data, the user will be reminded of exiting
from the Sports Mode.
Reminder of force quit for low-battery
During the sports activities, when the power
is too low, the sport mode will pause, and remind
the user of force quit from the sports mode.
