Important safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be taken to
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and/or injury to persons, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before use.
2. Make sure that your outlet voltage corresponds to the voltage stated on the rating label
of the coffeemaker.
3. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons do not immerse cord, plug,
or in water or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
5. Always unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool
before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to an authorized
service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
7. The use of accessory not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire,
electric shock or injury to persons.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surface.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
11. Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use.
12. Do not clean carafe with cleansers, steel wool pads, or other abrasive materials.
13. To disconnect, turn any control to “Off”, remove plug from wall outlet. Always hold
the plug but never pull the cord.
14. Scalding may occur if the cover is removed during the brewing cycles. Be careful not
to get burned by the steam.
15. Some parts of the appliance are hot when operated, so do not touch with hand.
Use only handles or knobs.
16. Do not set a hot carafe on a hot or cold surface.
17. Do not let the coffee maker operate without water.
18.Do not use a cracked carafe or a carafe having a loose or weakened handle.
19.Make sure the carafe is placed on the warming plate correctly during the brewing.
20.WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not remove the base
panel. No user serviceable parts are inside. Repair should be done by authorized
service personnel only.
21.The carafe is designed for use with this appliance. It must never be used on a range top.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and
supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than
8 years.

accompanying the appliance.
1. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a outlet only one way.If it
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
2. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from becoming entangled in
or tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords may be used if care is exercised in their use. If
an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rating of the extension cord must be at least as
great as the electrical rating of the appliance, and the longer cord should be arranged so that it
will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped
over.

IMPORTANT UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the box on a large, sturdy, flat surface.
2. Remove the instruction book and any other literature.
3. Turn the box so that the back side of the coffeemaker is down and slide the coffeemaker from the box.
4. After the coffeemaker has been removed, place the box out of the way and remove the top and bottom
two egg tray inserts.
5. Grasp the carafe by its handle, remove it from the resting plate and remove the poly bag.
6. Remove the poly bag covering from the coffeemaker and lift the coffeemaker off the remaining two
inserts. We suggest to keep/store all packing materials in case future shipping of the machine is
needed. Keep all plastic bags away from children.

Operating Instructions
USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Before making coffee you should use the coffee maker once with water only (without coffee).
GETTING STARTED
1. Remove all packing material, any stickers, and so on.
2. Wash removable parts as instructed in CARE AND CLEANING.
3. Pour fresh cold water up to 10-cup level mark into the water tank.
4. Place filter into removable filter basket. Place basket into filter basket holder. Make sure the
placement is correct.
5. Plug cord into standard electrical outlet.
6. Brew water through appliance without adding coffee grounds. We recommend filtered water.
7. Discard water from the carafe.
8. Turn off appliance; unplug and allow to cool down.
To start function within 24-hour.
After long-pressing 'Time' button, the 'Preset' icon appears. You can program then,
to start function after a specific time. Set the required start time, coffee maker starts
working after the time is achieved and display screen will show countdown.

strongly flavored coffee to suit your personal taste. If you press the button the first time,the display
screen shows one bean, it is regular flavored coffee; If you press the button the second time, the
display screen shows two beans,it is strongly flavored coffee; If you press the button the third time,
the display screen shows three beans, it is strongly flavored coffee; Once finishing your taste choice,
remember to press (to confirm) so itflashes and starts working.
Note: If the appliance is working , you cannot change the brew strength selection, only need to press
to reset your selection.When finishing, it will enter to 'keep warm'state for 30mins.
The display screen will show the keep warm time and keep warm icon.

Descaling With Auto Clean
Over time, calcium deposits or 'scale' may build up in your brewer. Scale is non-toxic but if left
unattended can hinder brewer performance and cause premature failure. Regularly descaling your
brewer helps to maintain quality coffee as well as the lifespan of the heating element, and other
internal parts that come in contact with water throughout the brew process.
To make the descaling process as effortless as possible, an Auto Clean system has been
programmed into your coffeemaker.
How to use Auto Clean?
Follow the simple steps below. Your appliance will take care of the rest.
1. Combine 6 cups of white vinegar and 4 cups of cold water in carafe. We recommend filtered water.
2. Pour into water tank.
3. Place the filter in the removable filter basket. Insert filter basket into filter basket holder and close cover.
4. Make sure the carafe's lid is in place and place empty carafe on the warming plate.
5. Plug power cord into an outlet.
6. Press to activate cleaning cycle; “ ” is displayed and starts to auto clean.
7. When the auto clean cycle is completed, it enters in standby mode automatically.
8. Brew fresh water through appliance following instructions given in 'GETTING STARTED΄chapter
before brewing coffee again.

BREWING COFFEE
1. Open cover.
2. Fill water tank with desired amount of water. The 10 Cup line represents a full carafe of coffee. Do
not fill water tank past this 10 Cup (maximum) line.
Note: It is recommended to use spring water or filtered water. Do not use distilled water.
3. Place filter into the removable filter basket.
4. Add desired amount of ground coffee. Close cover.
5. Make sure carafe's lid is properly attached to the empty carafe. Close the lid.
Note: Coffee may overflow if carafe lid is not properly placed.
6. Place empty carafe on the warming plate.
7. If not already plugged in, plug power cord into an outlet.
8. Choose the coffee strength to suit your personal taste.
9. Press the button and brewing begins.
10. Once coffee grounds have cooled, carefully open cover and discard used grounds. Close cover.
11. The coffeemaker will keep brewed coffee warm for up to 30 mins. Then the coffeemaker
automatically turns off.
Note:To turn off the coffeemaker at any time press the button. Unplug appliance when not in use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
This product contains no user serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service personnel.
Be sure the unit is unplugged and has cooled.
1. Open the cover.
2. To remove the filter basket, grip the handle and lift straight up. Discard the coffee grounds.
3. Wash the filter basket, carafe and carafe's lid in the top rack of the dishwasher or wash by hand with hot
water and soap.
4. Wipe the appliance’s exterior surface, control panel and carafe warming plate with a soft damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleansers or scouring pads. Never immerse the coffeemaker in water.
5. To clean the inside of the cover, open the cover and leave in the open position. Wipe surfaces with a
damp cloth.
