MODES
Time
Hour, minutes, seconds, date, day, month, year.
12/24-hour format and hourly chime. Dual daily
alarm.
Stopwatch
Lap and split times measurement.
1/1000 second precision. Pause function.
Total timing: 9 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds,
999 decimals.
Chrono data
Recall Lap and Split times of latest session.
Time/date, fastest and slowest lap, average time.
Countdown
Programmable from 1/100 second to 10 hours.
1/1000 second precision.
Repeats count. Acoustic signal. Pause function.
Interval training
Exercise and rest time from 1 second to 10 hours.
Up to 30 loops.
Acoustic signal and loops count.
Pause function.
Pacer
Adjustable from 10 to 330 signals per minute.
Count of signals. Pause function.
Tally counter

BUTTONS
S1 – SPLIT/RESET
Mark Lap and Split times.
Reset stopwatch and countdown.
Browse chrono data. Enter setting mode.
S2 – MODE
Browse functions in sequence:
Time > Stopwatch > Countdown (TR) > Interval
training (INT) > Pacer > Tally counter > Alarm
(ALM)
S3 – START/STOP
Start/pause/stop stopwatch, countdown and
interval training. Browse chrono data.
S4 – Recall data of latest session.

TIME
Press MODE button and enter Time mode.
Setting
- Press and hold SPLIT/RESET button. The year
digit flashes.
- Press START/STOP to change the value.
- Press SPLIT/RESET to confirm and set month.
- Press START/STOP to change the value.
- Press SPLIT/RESET to confirm and set the next
data.
- Follow the procedure described above to set
date, 12/24-hour format, hour, minutes and
seconds.
- Press MODE button to confirm and exit setting
mode.
STOPWATCH
Press MODE button and enter Stopwatch mode.
Timing
- Press START/STOP to start the stopwatch.
- Press SPLIT/RESET to mark Lap/Split time:
Bottom line shows the total elapsed time
Middle line shows Lap time and upper line shows
Split time for about 10 seconds, then switch to
current Lap and Split timing.
Upper-left number indicates the total number of
times marked.

Press START/STOP to pause the stopwatch and
press again to restart it.
Press START/STOP and then SPLIT/RESET to reset
the stopwatch.
CHRONO DATA
Data can be recalled and viewed both during
timing and after stopwatch reset.
Data are deleted when a new timing is started
(SPLIT/RESET > START/STOP).
Data recall
- Press S4 to enter Chrono Data mode
- The display shows date and time of the stored
session for a few seconds, then shows the first
Lap/Split data
- Press S4 to browse times
- Press SPLIT/RESET to view fastest and slowest
time
- Press START/STOP to view average time
- Press MODE to get back to stopwatch

COUNTDOWN
Press MODE button and enter countdown mode
(TR).
Setting
- Press and hold SPLIT/RESET to enter setting
mode. Hour digit flashes.
- Press START/STOP to change the value.
- Press SPLIT/RESET button to confirm and set
minutes.
- Follow the procedure described above to set
minutes, seconds and decimals.
- Press MODE button to confirm and exit setting
mode.
Start
Press START/STOP to start the countdown.
Upper line shows repeats count, middle line
shows countdown time set and bottom line
shows remaining time.
Press START/STOP to pause the countdown;
press it again to restart it.
The device beeps when countdown reaches zero
and repeats count is updated.
Press START/STOP and SPLIT/RESET to reset the
timing.

INTERVAL TRAINING
Press MODE button and enter interval training
mode (INT).
Setting
Follow the steps described below to set exercise
time, rest time and number of loops.
ACT (exercise)
Press and hold SPLIT/RESET button to enter
setting mode. The hour digit flashes.
Press START/STOP to change the value.
Press SPLIT/RESET to confirm and set minutes.
Follow the procedure described above to set
minutes and seconds.
After seconds setting the device automatically
switches to rest time setting.
REST
The hour digit flashes. Press START/STOP to
change the value.
Press SPLIT/RESET to confirm and set minutes.
Follow the procedure described above to set
minutes and seconds.
After seconds setting the device automatically
switches to loops setting.

LOOPS
Loops digit flashes. Press START/STOP to change
the value (1 to 30).
Press MODE to confirm and exit setting mode.
Press S4 button to recall interval timing set:
ACT > REST > LOOPS > TOTAL
Start - Press START/STOP button to start the
timing.
The digit on top-left indicates the number of
remaining loops.
Bottom line shows countdown of exercise time
(ACT).
When zero is reached, the device beeps and
shows countdown of REST time.
When rest time reaches 5 seconds, the device
beeps each second and emits a longer signal at
zero.
Interval training proceeds according to number
of loops set.
After last loop the device beeps three times and
the timing stops.
Press START/STOP to pause the timing and press
is again to restart it.
Press START/STOP and then SPLIT/RESET to reset
the timing.

PACER
Press MODE button and enter Pacer mode
(PACE).
The pace digit flashes (e.g. F-10).
Press SPLIT/RESET to change the digit (from 10 to
330). Press START/STOP to confirm and start the
pacer. The middle line shows repeats count (C- ).
The lower line shows the pace set (F- ).
Press START/STOP button to pause and restart
the pacer. Press START/STOP and then SPLIT/
RESET to stop and reset the count.
It is also possible to enter setting mode by
pressing and holding SPLIT/RESET.
TALLY COUNTER
Press MODE button and enter “Tally Count”
mode.
Press START/STOP or SPLIT/RESET to increase
unit count.
Press and hold S4 button to reset unit count.
ALARM
Press MODE button and enter Alarm mode
(ALM).
Setting - Press and hold SPLIT/RESET to enter
setting mode. The hour digit flashes. Press
START/STOP to increase the value.

Press SPLIT/RESET to confirm and set minutes.
Press START/STOP to change the value.
Press MODE to confirm and exit setting mode.
Press S4 button to activate (On) or deactivate
(O) the alarm.
Press START/STOP to select the second alarm
(ALM-2) and follow steps above for setting.
The alarm will beep for some seconds; press one
of the buttons to turn it o.
HOURLY CHIME
In Alarm mode press START/STOP and reach
CHIME function. Press S4 button to activate (On)
or deactivate (O) hourly chime.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Unscrew battery hatch by rotating it
anticlockwise with the help of a coin.
Remove the exhausted battery and replace it
with a new one. Do not remove the rubber ring
from its place. Reposition the battery hatch and
screw it on by rotating clockwise.
Battery type: CR2032 (3V).
Use battery type as indicated on this manual and
supplied with the device.
Do not remove the rubber ring from its place.
Do not dispose of batteries in regular household
waste. Batteries have to be properly disposed of
according to current local regulations.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE - Do not attempt to disassemble
or repair the device. Protect from extreme heat or cold
temperatures, shocks and long time exposure to direct
sunlight. Store in a cool and dry place. Wipe clean with a
lightly moistened cloth. Apply mild soap to the area in case
of stubborn stains or marks. Do not expose your device to
strong chemicals such as gasoline, clean solvents, acetone,
alcohol, as they may damage the unit’s seal, case and
finish. Avoid direct contact with hairstyling products, insect
repellents, colognes, sunscreen lotions and other toiletries
which can deteriorate the plastic parts. In case, wipe the
device o with a dry and soft cloth immediately. Avoid
contact with water and do not handle the device with wet
hands. Do not press buttons and keys in case of contact
with water. The operating environment of the device must
be free from shocks, magnetic fields, electrical noise and
strong vibrations. The device and its components have to be
properly disposed of according to current local regulations.
WARRANTY - The warranty applies for 24 months from
purchase date and is limited to material and processing faults
only. The warranty applies only if the product and the
accessories have been handled carefully and according
to instruction. The warranty does not cover damage due
to misuse or non-compliance with care and maintenance
indications. Batteries are not covered by the warranty. In
case of any warranty claim, please refer to your dealer or
send the product, accessories and dated purchase bill to your
country Distributor. Before sending the device, read the user
manual carefully and check the battery charge. In case of
valid warranty claim, the repaired device or a replacement
device will be returned free of charge. For out-of-warranty
assistance, refer to your dealer or send the device to your
country Distributor.
