
Ensure that the electricity meets the requirements of equipment before startup. Confirm that the
hoops of all fasteners are locked and the discharge valve under the solvent recovery tank is closed
Connect the main inlet to reliable inert gas. Adjust the atomization pressure to 0.1-0.3Mpa and the
pressure of nozzle cleaner to 0.3Mpa
Connect the condenser’s inlet and outlet to reliable coolant. During the experiment, the、3
temperature of the entering coolant shall be kept below -15℃(If equipped with the circulating
pump valve for low temperature coolant, it is necessary to open the refrigeration switch and
(cycling switch
Turn on the main power switch and start the fan from the Manual screen until the oxygen
concentration drops below 3% (the warning for very high oxygen concentration on the panel will
disappear). If the oxygen concentration remains too high, check whether all connecting hoops are
well sealed andthe valve of solvent recovery tank is closed
Run the fan in a continuous loop. Set the temperature and start heating
Do not feed if the temperature does not reach the set value
Start the peristaltic pump to feed when the inlet temperature of hot airreaches the set value and is
kept at the value
After the feed is sprayed, switch the feed solution to the solvent and spray for about 1 minute.
Close the feed pump andthe electric heating system. When the inlet temperature decreases to90
close the fan and the inlet of coolant (If the low temperature coolant circulating pump is used, ,℃
(the refrigeration switch and circulation switch on the refrigerator shall be turned off
Close the nitrogen inlet valve. Open the hoops and collect the material
Open the discharge valve under the solvent recovery tank to release the solvent. The discharge
valve shall remain open when the equipment is not in use
Power off the equipment
Remove the bagfilter. Clean the powder andthe bag filter. The filter must be cleaned after each
experiment
