WhenyouareinstallingtheCPU, makesuretheCPUhasacoolerattached onthetop toprevent
overheating.Ifyoudonothavethecooler,contactyourdealertopurchaseandinstallthem
beforeturning on thecomputer.Meanwhile,donotforgettoapplysomesilicon heattransfer
compoundon CPUbeforeinstallingthecoolerforbetterheatdispersion.

1.The CPUsockethasaplasticcaponittoprotectthecontactfromdamage.
Beforeyou haveinstalled theCPU, alwayscoverittoprotectthesocketpin.
2. Removethecap fromleverhingeside.
3. The pinsofsocketreveal.
4. Open theloadlever.
5. Lift theloadleverupandopen theloadplate.
6.AfterconfirmingtheCPUdirection forcorrectmating,putdowntheCPUin
thesockethousingframe.Besuretograspon theedgeoftheCPUbase.Notethatthe
alignment keysarematched.
7.Visuallyinspectif theCPUisseated wellintothesocket.If not, takeout the
CPUwithpurevertical motion andreinstall.
8.Covertheloadplateontothepackage.
9.Press downtheloadleverlightlyontotheload plate,and then securethe
leverwiththehookunderretentiontab.
10.Aligntheholesonthemainboardwiththecooler.Pushdownthecooleruntil
itsfourclipsgetwedged intotheholesof themainboard.
11.Press thefourhooksdowntofasten thecooler.Then rotatethelocking
switch(refertothecorrectdirectionmarked on it)tolockthehooks.
12.Turnoverthemainboardtoconfirmthattheclip-endsare
correctlyinserted.

Installing DDRIIModules
1.The DDRIIDIMMhasonlyonenotchon thecenterofmodule.Themodulewill onlyfit inthe
rightorientation.
2.Insert theDIMMmemorymoduleverticallyintotheDIMM slot.Then pushit inuntil thegolden
fingeron thememorymoduleisdeeplyinserted inthesocket.
3.The plasticclipat eachsideoftheDIMMslot willautomaticallyclose.
Power Supply
The mainboardsupportsATXpowersupplyforthepowersystem.Beforeinsertingthepower
supplyconnector, alwaysmakesurethatallcomponentsareinstalled properlytoensurethatno
damagewill becaused.A350Worabovepowersupplyissuggested.
ATX24-PinPower Connector:ATX1
Thisconnectorallowsyou toconnectanATX24-pinpowersupply.To
connecttheATX24-pinpowersupply,makesuretheplugofthepower
supplyisinsertedintheproperorientationandthepinsarealigned.
Then pushdownthepowersupplyfirmlyintotheconnector.
Youmayusethe20-pinATXpowersupplyasyoulike.Ifyou’dliketo
