1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und zuverlässige
Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt nach den
technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung modernster
Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Wahrung der
höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und angefertigt.
VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG
GENAU DURCHGELESEN UND
VERSTANDEN WERDEN.
Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts muss
auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung entsprechend
den in dieser Anleitung angeführten Vorgaben geachtet
werden. Die in dieser Anleitung angegebenen technischen
Daten und die Spezikation sind aktuell. Der Hersteller
behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen der Verbesserung der
Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen.

Die originale Anweisung ist die deutschsprachige Fassung.
Sonstige Sprachfassungen sind Übersetzungen aus der
deutschen Sprache.
2. NUTZUNGSSICHERHEIT
HINWEIS! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und
alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der
Warnungen und Anweisungen kann zu schweren
Verletzungen bis hin zum Tod führen.
Original-Stecker und passende Steckdosen
vermindern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags.
b) Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür geeignet, durch
Personen, einschließlich Kindern, mit eingeschränkten
physischen, sinnlichen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten,
sowie mangelnder Erfahrung und/oder mangelndem
Wissen benutzt zu werden. Als Ausnahme gilt, wenn
diese durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person
beaufsichtigt werden, oder Gebrauchsanweisungen
erhalten haben.
c) Die Maschine darf nur durch entsprechend geschulte,
zur Bedienung geeignete und physisch gesunde
Personen bedient werden, die die vorliegende
Anleitung.
d) Wenn Beschädigungen oder Unregelmäßigkeiten
während der Arbeit des Geräts festgestellt werden,
sofort die Arbeit einstellen und den Verantwortlichen
benachrichtigen.
e) Bei Zweifel, ob das Produkt ordnungsgemäß
funktioniert oder wenn Schäden festgestellt werden,
wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendienst des
Herstellers.
f) Das Produkt darf nur vom Hersteller repariert werden.
Reparieren Sie es nicht selbst!
g) Kinder und Unbefugte dürfen am Arbeitsplatz nicht
anwesend sein. (Unachtsamkeit kann zum Verlust der
Kontrolle über das Gerät führen).
h) Während der Bearbeitung von Werkstücken auf die
Anwesenheit von Unbefugten und deren Sicherheit
achten.
i) Während der Bearbeitung das Werkstück genau
beobachten, damit bei Gefahr rechtzeitig reagiert
werden kann oder Schäden am Werkstück vermieden
werden können.
j) Ordnung halten und nach der Bearbeitung Staub,
Splitter und unnötige Teile des Werkstücks entfernen.
k) Wenn mehrere Werkstücke hergestellt werden, diese
vor und nach der Bearbeitung so lagern, damit die
Ordnung an der Arbeitsstelle garantiert wird.
HINWEIS! In der vorliegenden Anleitung sind
Beispielbilder vorhanden, die von dem tatsächlichen
Aussehen der Maschine abweichen können.
HINWEIS! Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der
Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.
2.2 PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn diese
die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränken.
b) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben des
Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit während
der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
c) Benutzen Sie persönliche Schutzausrüstung, die für
den Betrieb des Gerätes entsprechend den in Punkt
1 der Symbolerläuterungen vorgegebenen Maßgaben
erforderlich ist.
Die Verwendung geeigneter und zertizierter
persönlicher Schutzausrüstung verringert das
Verletzungsrisiko.
d) Überschätzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten nicht. Halten Sie
Balance und Gleichgewicht während der Arbeit. Dies
gibt Ihnen eine bessere Kontrolle über das Gerät im
Falle unerwarteter Situationen.
e) Tragen Sie keine lose Kleidung oder Schmuck. Halten
Sie Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe von beweglichen
Teilen fern. Lose Kleidung, Schmuck oder lange Haare
können durch bewegliche Teile ergrien werden.
Der Begri "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnungen und
Beschreibung des Handbuchs bezieht sich auf das Stauch-
und Streckgerät. Weder Hände noch andere Körperteile
zwischen Backen der Anlage legen.
2.1 Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz
a) Der Gerätestecker muss mit der Steckdose kompatibel
sein. Ändern Sie den Stecker in keiner Weise.

f) Alle Einstellwerkzeuge und Schlüssel vor dem
Gebrauch des Werkzeugs entfernen. Ein Gerät
oder ein Schlüssel, die im rotierenden Teil des
Gerätes gelassen werden, können schwere
Körperverletzungen verursachen.
g) Der zu verarbeitende Sto soll frei von
Verunreinigungen sein.
h) Während der Arbeit des Geräts in keine beweglichen
Teile oder Zubehörelemente greifen.
i) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts
einzugreifen, um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion
zu ändern.
2.3. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden Sie
geeignete Werkzeuge für die entsprechende
Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der
sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führt zu besseren
Arbeitsergebnissen.
b) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät selbst, noch
die entsprechende Anleitung kennen. In den Händen
unerfahrener Personen können derlei Geräte eine
Gefahr darstellen
c) Halten Sie das Gerät im einwandfreien Zustand.
Überprüfen Sie vor jeder Arbeit, ob allgemeine
Schäden vorliegen oder Schäden an beweglichen
Teilen (Bruch von Teilen und Komponenten oder
andere Bedingungen, die den sicheren Betrieb der
Maschine beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines
Schadens muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur
gegeben werden.
d) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.
e) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen nur
von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit Original-
Ersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Dadurch wird die
Sicherheit bei der Nutzung gewährleistet.
f) Um die vorgesehene Betriebsintegrität des Gerätes
zu gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt
werden.
g) Mit dem Gerät dürfen nur Werkstücke mit Parametern
gemäß den Daten aus der Tabelle der technischen
Daten bearbeitet werden. Das zulässige Ausmaß des
zu bearbeitenden Stoes nicht überschreiten.
h) Keine zwei Werkstücke auf einmal bearbeiten.
i) Lange Werkstücke müssen für die Bearbeitung
abgestützt und stabil sein.
j) Das Gerät stabil an die Arbeitsäche anbringen und
ausreichend viel Freiraum sicherstellen, damit der
Benutzer das Werkstück frei manipulieren kann.
k) Es ist verboten, bewegliche Teile und Zubehör der
Anlage anzufassen.
l) Das zu bearbeitende Werkstück ist auf eine solche
Weise zu halten, dass sich die Hand in einer sicheren
Entfernung von der Backe der Anlage hält. Die
Backen der Anlage nicht anfassen.
3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Das Stauch – und Streckgerät ist ein Werkzeug, das zum
Strecken und Stauchen von Blechen dient.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.

3.2. VORBEREITUNG ZUM BETRIEB
Arbeitsstelle des Geräts:
Die Anlage ist immer auf einer achen stabilen sauberen
und trockenen Fläche ohne Zugangsmöglichkeiten für
Kinder und Geisteskranken zu benutzen. Die Fläche, wo
die Anlage benutzt wird, ist imstande, das Gewicht der
bearbeiteten Gegenstände und sämtliche Zusatzwerkzeuge,
Anlagegewicht sowie die am Hebel der Anlage angewandte
Kraft zu halten.
• Dem Bediener einen ausreichenden Freiraum zur
Bedienung des Gerätes sichern.
Die Montage der Anlage auf der Arbeitsäche:
Die Anlage ist immer stabil auf der Arbeitsäche mittels
Schrauben oder in einem Schraubstock anzubauen. Sollte
die Arbeitsäche keine Schraubenönungen haben, sind
sie vorher vorzubereiten. Die Schrauben sollten mindestens
in die Höhenmitte der Önungen in der Anlage gelangen.
Die montierten Bestandteile und Schraubenstöcke werden
nicht mit der Anlage mitgeliefert.
Austausch von Backen
die Anlage kann den zu bearbeitenden Bestandteil
stauchen oder strecken, je nach der verwendeten Backe.
Um eine Backe auszutauschen:
a) den Hebel der Anlage heben.
b) 4 Schrauben abschrauben sowie Unterlagen, die das
Gehäuse der Backen im Gehäuse der Anlage halten.

c) Anhängevorrichtung der Backen vom
Nachdruckelement abschnallen
d) Backen ausschieben.
e) Anhängervorrichtung nach oben ziehen und die
obere Backe aus dem Metallgehäuse herausnehmen.
Übrige Teile der Backen sind leicht zu demontieren.
f) Die Backenteile zerlegen wie auf dem Bild unten.

g) Altschieröl säubern, Staub und Splitter von der
Anlage und Backen entfernen, dann leicht auf die
Kontaktteile der bewglichen Teile Schmiermittel
autragen. Die Arbeitsächen der Backen nicht
schmieren!
Reinigung der Backen: bei der Reinigung der
Metallsplitter aus Anlagebacken darf man
keine Schleifmaschine, Schleifpapier oder
Elektrowerkzeuge mit Metallbürste verwenden, um
Beschädigungen der Backenzähne zu vermeiden. Die
Backen in Lackbenzin einweichen, und anschlieβend
mittels Metallbürste Metallüberreste entfernen.
h) die Backen laut dem Bild zusammenlegen.
i) die zur Bearbeitung zutreenden Backen
einschieben.
j) die Verbindung zwischen dem Backengehäuse mit
dem Gehäuse mittels 4 Schrauben und Unterlagen
absichern.
Achtung: sollte die Anlage nicht verwendet werden
oder über eine längere Zeit aufbewahrt werden, ist
es dann empfehlenswert, die Backen aus der Anlage
herauszunehmen. Sollte der Hebel zufällig betätigt
werden, statt eines bearbeiteten Elements, könnte es
Beschädigungen der Backenzähne verursachen.
3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT
ACHTUNG!
• Es ist verboten, an der Anlage Elemente zu
verwenden, deren Gröβe die Ausmaße aus der
Tabelle überschreiten.
• Das zu bearbeitende Werkstück auf eine solche Art
halten, dass die Hand in einer sicheren Entfernung
von Backen der Anlage bleibt.
• Es ist empfehlenswert, Probearbeit an der Anlage
durchzuführen bevor man die Arbeit mit dem
richtigenWerkstück beginnt.
Nachdruckregelung
1. Feststellschraube am Hebel
2. Reglerönung des Begrenzers
Um den Nachdruck bei der Bearbeitung des Werkstücks
besser zu kontrollieren, ist es empfehlenswert,
die Feststellschraube am Hebel mittels des
Drehmonetschlüssels zu regeln. Dank dessen wird der
Hebel immer auf der gleichen Höhe anhalten.
Bearbeitung des Werkstücks
a) Je nach Bedarf ist die Backe zum Stauchen oder zum
Strecken zu montieren.
b) Das zu bearbeitende Werkstück in die Backe
einlegen.
c) den Hebel der Anlage nachdrücken. Der Gegenstand
wird gestaucht oder gestreckt.
d) Um eine gröβere Abrundung zu gewinnen, ist diese
Tätigket auszuüben, wobei das zu bearbeitende Teil
um ein paar Zentimeter weitergeschoben wird.
e) Nach dem Erzielen der angestrebten Form ist
der bearbeitete Gegenstand aus der Anlage
herauszunehmen und die Anlage zu putzen.
f) Nach der Beendigung der Arbeit an der Anlage ist es
empfehlenswert, die Backen zu demontieren, um die
Anlage vor Beschädigung zu schützen.
Nach der Bearbeitung können in weicheren Materialien
buckelartige Spuren sichtbar werden. Es resultiert u.a. aus
der Backenstrukturoberäche, die so gestaltet wurde, um
das Material besser anzugreifen. Die nach der Bearbeitung
gebildeten Buckel können mittels einer Schleifmaschine
entfernt werden.
ACHTUNG! Nie den Hebel der Anlage und ihre Backen ohne
das zu bearbeitende Material nachdrücken. Das direkte
Nachdrücken der oberen Backe auf die untere Backe kann
die Anlage beschädigen.
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
• Blockaden jeder Art und verklemmte Rückstände auf
dem Werkstück sollten mit geeigneten Werkzeugen
(z. B. mit einem Haken oder Holzstück) entfernt
werden.
• Nach jeder Arbeit sind der Staub, Überreste
der bearbeiteten Bestandteile sowie sämtliche
Verschmutzungen von der Anlage zu entfernen.
• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Oberäche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.
• Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut
trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
• Hinsichtlich der technischen Ezienz und eventueller
Schäden sollte eine regelmäßige Überprüfung des
Gerätes durchgeführt werden.
• Schmiermittel zur Wartung aller mechanischen
beweglichen Bestandteile der Anlage benutzen
(ausgenommen die Arbeitsäche der Backen).

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and
trouble-free use of the device. The product is designed
and manufactured in accordance with strict technical
guidelines, using state-of-the-art technologies and
components. Additionally, it is produced in compliance
with the most stringent quality standards.
b) This device is not intended to be used by persons
(including children) with limited physical, sensory
or mental aptitude or lack of experience and/or
knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or have received instruction
from this person as to how the device is used.
c) The device may be operated by physically t persons
who are properly trained and able to handle the
device and who reviewed this operating manual and
received training in occupational health and safety
d) When any device damage or abnormal operation
is found, stop its use immediately and notify an
authorised person.
e) In case of doubt whether the product operates
correctly or nding damage please contact the service
centre of the manufacturer.
f) Only the service centre of the manufacturer can make
repairs of the product Do not attempt to make repairs
yourself!
g) Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden from
entering a work station. (A distraction may result in
a loss of control over the device).
h) During workpiece working, take care of strangers and
their safety.
i) Observe the workpiece carefully during working to
avoid its damage and prevent any possible hazard.
j) Maintain order and remove any dust, debris and waste
material after working.
k) If more elements are manufactured, they should be
stored in such a way before and after working that
allows keeping order at the workstation.
2.2 PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can signicantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration whilst
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
c) Use personal protection equipment as required
for working with the device, specied in section 1
(Legend). The use of correct, approved personal
protection equipment reduces the risk of suering an
injury.
d) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.
e) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
f) Before device operation, remove all regulating tools
or wrenches. Any tool or wrench left inside a rotating
part of the device can result in injuries.
g) The material to be worked should be free of impurities.
h) Do not touch movable parts or accessories during
device operation.
i) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
2.3. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) Do not overload the device. Use appropriate tools
for the given task. A correctly selected device will
perform the task for which it was designed better
and in a safer manner.
b) It is necessary to disconnect the pressure line
before commencing any adjustment, accessories
replacement or after nishing work with the device.
Such a preventive measure reduces the risk of an
accident
c) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device, who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
d) Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
e) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
f) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualied persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
g) Use the device to work elements of parameters
conforming with the data given in the technical data
table. Do not exceed the permissible dimensions of
the worked material.
h) Do not work two workpieces at the same time.
i) Long workpieces must be supported and set stably
for working.
j) The device should be rmly attached to the working
surface and the user should have enough space to
operate the workpiece freely.
k) Do not touch any movable device parts or
accessories.
l) While holding the workpiece, your hand must
maintain a safe distance from the device jaws. Do
not touch the device jaws during working.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The Shrinker and Stretcher is a device designed for plastic
working of metal elements. During working, the materials
gain curvatures.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-
intended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
Appliance location:
The device shall always be used on an even, stable, clean
and dry surface and out of reach of children and persons
of unsound mind. The surface where the device will be
used must be able to withstand the load of workpieces, any
additional tools, the device itself and the force applied to
the device lever.
• The operator should have enough space to operate
the device.
Device installation on the working surface:
The device shall be stably attached to the working surface
using screws or placed in the vice. If there are no holes for
screws in the working surface, drill them. The screws should
be screwed at least up to the half depth of the holes in the
device. Assembly components or a vice are not included
in the delivery.
Jaw exchange
Depending on the jaw used, the device can stretch or upset
the workpiece.
Jaw exchange procedure:
a) Raise the device lever.
b) Unscrew and remove 4 screws and washers holding
the jaw housing in the device body.

c) Unfasten the jaw catch from the clamping element.
d) Put out the jaws.
e) Pull up the catch and remove the upper jaw from
the metal housing. The remaining parts of the jaws
should be easily demountable.
f) Separate the jaw parts as in the picture below.

a trouble-free operation, use it in accordance with this user
manual and regularly perform the maintenance tasks. The
technical data and specications in this user manual are

2. USAGE SAFETY
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in serious injury or even
death.
Whenever "device" or "product" are used in the warnings
and instructions, it shall mean Shrinker and Stretcher. Do
not put your hands or another body parts between the
device jaws.
2.1 SAFETY AT THE WORKPLACE
a) Make sure the workplace is orderly and well lit.
A messy or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents.
Try to anticipate what may happen, observe what is
going on and use common sense when working with
the device.
REMEMBER! When using the device, protect children
and other bystanders.

g) Remove old grease, chips and dust from the device
and the jaws and then grease the contact surfaces
of movable components slightly. Do not grease the
work surfaces of the jaws!
Jaw cleaning: Do not use grinders, abrasive paper
or power tools with wire brush to remove metal
chips from the jaws because these can damage the

2. BEZPIECZEŃSTWO UŻYTKOWANIA

2.2 BEZPIECZEŃSTWO OSOBISTE
a) Niedozwolone jest obsługiwanie urządzenia

narkotyków lub leków, które ograniczają w istotnym
stopniu zdolności obsługi urządzenia.
b) Należy być uważnym, kierować się zdrowym

2.1 BEZPIECZEŃSTWO W MIEJSCU PRACY
a) Utrzymuj porządek w miejscu pracy i dobre
oświetlenie.
i) Insert the jaws required for the current treatment.
j) Secure the connection of the jaw housing with the
body by means of 4 screws and washers.
Note: When the device is not in use or it will be stored
for a prolonged period, it is recommended to remove
the jaws from the device. Otherwise, in case of accidental
lever pressing, the jaws can press each other instead of the
workpiece and the jaw teeth can be damaged.
3.3. DEVICE USE
CAUTION!
• Do not use the device to work elements of greater
dimensions than these given in the Technical Data
Table.
• While holding the workpiece, your hand must
maintain the safe distance from the device jaws. Do
not touch the device jaws during working.
• It is recommended to carry out some trial work with
the device before you start working with the proper
workpiece.
Pressure adjustment
CAUTION! Never press the device lever to clamp its jaws
without the material to be worked. Direct pressure of upper
jaws onto the lower ones can cause the device damage.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Any blockages and jammed residues after the
workpiece must be removed using suitable tools (e.g.
by means of a hook or piece of wood).
• After each work, remove any dust, leavings of the
workpieces and impurities from the device.
• Use cleaners without corrosive substances to clean
each surface.
• After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
before reusing it.
• Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
• Regular inspections of the device must be carried out
in terms of its technical eciency and any damages.
• All movable device parts (except the working surfaces
of jaws) shall be regularly greased with suitable
agent for mechanical elements maintenance.

For better pressure control during workpiece forming, it
is recommended to adjust the lever set screw using the
Allen wrench. Thanks to this, the lever will always stop at
the same height.
Workpiece forming
a) Depending on your needs, install the upsetting jaw
or the stretching jaw.
b) Insert the workpiece in the device jaw
c) Press the device lever. The workpiece will be upset or
stretched.
d) To obtain more curvature, repeat the activity while
moving the workpiece by several milimetres.
e) Once the desired shape is obtained, remove the
workpiece from the device and clean the device.
f) Once the work is nished, disassemble the jaws from
the device to protect them against damage.
After treatment, some hump-shaped traces can occur in
softer materials. They are caused, among others, by the
jaw surface structure designed for better material grasping.
The humps occurring after treatment can be removed by
means of a grinder.

g) Wyczyścić stary smar, wióry oraz pył z urządzenia

Czyszczenie szczęk: W trakcie usuwania metalowych
wiórów ze szczęk urządzenia zabrania się używać
szlierek, papieru ściernego lub elektronarzędzi
ze szczotką drucianą, ponieważ zęby szczęk mogą
zostać uszkodzone. Należy namoczyć szczęki
w benzynie lakowej, a następnie ręcznie przy pomocy
szczotki drucianej usunąć metalowe pozostałości.
h) Złożyć szczęki według poniższego rysunku.
i) Wsunąć szczęki odpowiednie do obecnej obróbki.
j) Zabezpieczyć połączenie obudowy szczęk
z korpusem za pomocą 4 śrub oraz podkładek.
Uwaga: Gdy urządzenie nie jest używane lub będzie
przechowywane przez dłuższy okres czasu, zaleca się aby
usunąć szczęki z narzędzia. W przypadku gdyby dźwignia
została przypadkowo pociągnięta, a szczęki nacisnęły
na siebie zamiast na element obrabiany, może dojść
uszkodzenia zębów szczęk.
3.3. PRACA Z URZĄDZENIEM
UWAGA!
• Nie wolno używać urządzenia do obróbki elementów
o wymiarach większych niż podane w tabeli danych
technicznych.
• Przedmiot obrabiany należy trzymać tak by dłoń

Regulacja nacisku

W celu lepszej kontroli nacisku podczas kształtowania
elementu obrabianego zaleca się wyregulowanie śruby
ustalającej dźwigni za pomocą klucza imbusowego. Dzięki
temu dźwignia będzie zatrzymywać się zawsze na tej samej
wysokości.
Kształtowanie elementów obrabianych
a) W zależności od potrzeby zamontować szczękę do
spęczania lub rozciągania.
b) Włożyć przedmiot obrabiany w szczękę urządzenia
c) Nacisnąć dźwignię urządzenia. Przedmiot obrabiany
zostanie spęczony lub rozciągnięty.
d) W celu uzyskania większej krzywizny należy
powtarzać czynność przesuwając przedmiot
obrabiany o kilka milimetrów.
e) Po uzyskaniu pożądanego kształtu wyjąć przedmiot
obrabiany z urządzenia i wyczyścić urządzenie.
f) Po zakończeniu pracy z urządzeniem zaleca
zdemontować szczęki z urządzenia aby zabezpieczyć
urządzenie przed uszkodzeniem.
Po obróbce urządzeniem w bardziej miękkich materiałach
mogą pozostać ślady w postaci garbów. Spowodowane
są między innymi strukturą powierzchni szczęk, które
uformowane są tak aby mogły lepiej chwytać materiał.
Garby pozostałe po obróbce urządzeniem można usunąć
za pomocą szlierki
UWAGA! Nigdy nie należy naciskać dźwigni urządzenia
i zaciskać jego szczęk bez materiału obrabianego.
Bezpośredni nacisk szczęk górnych na dolne może
uszkodzić urządzenie.
3.4. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA
• Wszelkie blokady oraz zaklinowane pozostałości po
elemencie obrabianym należy usuwać za pomocą
odpowiednich narzędzi (np. przy pomocy haczyka
lub kawałka drewna).
• Po każdej pracy należy usunąć pyły, pozostałości
elementów obrabianych oraz wszelkie
zanieczyszczenia z urządzenia.
• Do czyszczenia powierzchni należy stosować
wyłącznie środki niezawierające substancji żrących.
• Po każdym czyszczeniu wszystkie elementy należy
dobrze wysuszyć, zanim urządzenie zostanie
ponownie użyte.
• Urządzenie należy przechowywać w suchym
i chłodnym miejscu chronionym przed wilgocią
i bezpośrednim promieniowaniem słonecznym.
• Należy wykonywać regularne przeglądy urządzenia
pod kątem jego sprawności technicznej oraz
wszelkich uszkodzeń.
• Należy regularnie smarować odpowiednim
preparatem do konserwacji elementów
mechanicznych wszystkie ruchome części urządzenia
(poza powierzchniami roboczymi szczęk).

f) Należy usunąć wszelkie narzędzia regulujące
lub klucze przed użyciem urządzenia. Narzędzie
lub klucz pozostawiony w obracającej się części
urządzenia może spowodować obrażenia ciała.
g) Materiał poddawany obróbce powinien być wolny
od zanieczyszczeń.
h) Nie wolno dotykać części lub akcesoriów ruchomych
w trakcie pracy urządzenia
i) Zabrania się ingerowania w konstrukcję urządzenia
celem zmiany jego parametrów lub budowy.
2.3. BEZPIECZNE STOSOWANIE URZĄDZENIA
a) Nie należy przeciążać urządzenia. Używać narzędzi
odpowiednich do danego zastosowania. Prawidłowo
dobrane urządzenie wykona lepiej i bezpieczniej
pracę dla którego zostało zaprojektowane.
b) Nieużywane urządzenia należy przechowywać
w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci oraz osób
nie znających urządzenia lub tej instrukcji
obsługi. Urządzenia są niebezpieczne w rękach
niedoświadczonych użytkowników.
c) Utrzymuj urządzenie w dobrym stanie technicznym.
Sprawdzaj przed każdą pracą czy nie posiada
uszkodzeń ogólnych lub związanych z elementami
ruchomymi (pęknięcia części i elementów lub
wszelkie inne warunki, które mogą mieć wpływ na
bezpieczne działanie urządzenia). W przypadku
uszkodzenia, oddaj urządzenie do naprawy przed
użyciem.

dużo miejsca aby użytkownik mógł operować
elementem obrabianym swobodnie.
k) Nie wolno dotykać części lub akcesoriów ruchomych
urządzenia.
l) Przedmiot obrabiany należy trzymać tak by dłoń

3. ZASADY UŻYTKOWANIA

do obróbki plastycznej elementów metalowych. Poprzez
obróbkę narzędziem materiał nabiera krzywizn.
Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody powstałe
w wyniku użytkowania niezgodnego z przeznaczeniem

3.2. PRZYGOTOWANIE DO PRACY
Umiejscowienie urządzenia:
Urządzenie należy zawsze użytkować na równej, stabilnej,
czystej i suchej powierzchni poza zasięgiem dzieci
i osób chorych umysłowo. Powierzchnia, na której będzie
użytkowane urządzenie musi być w stanie wytrzymać
ciężar obrabianych przedmiotów i wszelkich dodatkowych
narzędzi, ciężar urządzenia, a także przyłożonej siły na
dźwignię urządzenia.
• Należy zapewnić operatorowi wystarczającą
przestrzeń do obsługi urządzenia.
Montaż urządzenia do powierzchni roboczej:
Urządzenie należy zawsze stabilnie przytwierdzić do
powierzchni roboczej za pomocą śrub lub w imadle. Jeśli
powierzchnia robocza nie posiada otworów na śruby należy
je wywiercić. Śruby powinny wkręcić się przynajmniej do
połowy głębokości otworów w urządzeniu.
Elementy montażowe oraz imadło nie są dostarczane
w zestawie z urządzeniem.
Wymiana szczęki
Urządzenie może rozciągać obrabiany element lub go
spęczać w zależności od zastosowanej szczęki.
Aby wymienić szczękę należy:
a) Unieść dźwignię urządzenia.
b) Odkręcić 4 śruby oraz podkładki utrzymujące
obudowę szczęk w korpusie urządzenia.

c) Odpiąć zaczep szczęk od elementu dociskowego.
d) Wysunąć szczęki.
e) Pociągnąć w górę zaczep i wyciągnąć górną szczękę
z metalowej obudowy. Pozostałe części szczęk
powinny dać się łatwo zdemontować.

pohyblivých součástí. Pracovní plochy čelistí
mazivem neošetřujte!
Čištění čelistí: Během odstraňování kovových pilin
z čelistí nástroje je zakázáno používat brusku, brusný
papír nebo elektronářadí s drátěným kartáčem,
protože může dojít k poškození zubů na čelistech.
Čelisti namočte do lakového benzínu a následně
drátěným kartáčem ručně odstraňte kovové zbytky.
h) Čelisti složte podle následujícího obrázku.

žádné nebezpečí. V případě zjištění poškození
nechte zařízení opravit.
d) Udržujte zařízení mimo dosah dětí.
e) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět

originálních náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné
používání zařízení.
f) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity
zařízení neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty
nebo neuvolňujte šrouby.
g) Na zařízení obrábějte pouze obrobky, jejichž
vlastnosti jsou v souladu s údaji v technické tabulce.
Nepřekračujte maximální povolené rozměry
obráběného materiálu.
h) Je zakázáno obrábět dva obrobky současně.
i) Obráběný materiál s nadměrnou délkou musí být při
obrábění podepřený a mít stabilní pozici.
j) Zařízení umístěte na stabilní, suchou a rovnou
plochu, jejíž rozměry odpovídají rozměrům zařízení
a obráběného materiálu.
k) Je zakázáno dotýkat se pohyblivých součástí nebo
pohyblivého příslušenství nástroje.
l) Obrobek držte tak, aby se dlaň nacházela v bezpečné
vzdálenosti od čelistí nástroje. Během obrábění se
nedotýkejte čelistí.
3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ

• Zajistěte, aby operátor nástroje měl dostatečný
prostor k jeho obsluze.
Montáž nástroje k pracovní ploše:
Nástroj musíte vždy stabilně připevnit k pracovní ploše
pomocí šroubů nebo upnout do svěráku. Jestliže v pracovní
ploše nejsou otvory na šrouby, vyvrtejte je. Šrouby musíte
zašroubovat minimálně do poloviny hloubky otvorů
v nástroji. Spojovací materiál a svěrák nejsou součástí
výrobku.
Výměna čelisti
Nástroj může roztahovat nebo stahovat obrobek podle
toho, které čelisti použijete.
Chcete-li čelisti vyměnit:
a) Zvedněte páku nástroje.
b) Odšroubujte 4 šrouby a podložky, které připevňují
držák čelistí v tělese nástroje.

d) Vysuňte čelisti.
e) Zatáhněte nahoru západku a vytáhněte horní čelist
z kovového držáku. Ostatní díly čelistí by se měly dát
lehce demontovat.

d) Pokud zjistíte, že je zařízení poškozené nebo že
nepracuje správně, musíte ho okamžitě přestat
používat a oznámit to příslušné osobě.
e) Budete-li mít pochybnosti, zda výrobek funguje
správně, nebo zjistíte poškození, kontaktujte servis
výrobce.
f) Výrobek může opravovat pouze servis výrobce.
Opravy neprovádějte sami!
g) Na pracovišti se nesmí zdržovat děti a nepovolané
osoby. (Nepozornost může způsobit ztrátu kontroly
nad zařízením.)
h) Během obrábění předmětů věnujte pozornost
přítomnosti dalších osob a jejich bezpečnosti.
i) Během obrábění pečlivě sledujte obrobek tak, abyste
dokázali včas zareagovat na nebezpečí nebo předejít
poškození obrobku.
j) Udržujte pořádek na pracovišti a po skončení
práce odstraňte veškerý prach, úlomky a odpad
z obráběného materiálu.
k) Pokud obrábíte větší množství předmětů, musíte
je před obráběním a po něm skladovat tak, aby na
pracovišti byl stále pořádek.

stroje mohou lišit.
PAMATUJTE! Při práci se zařízením chraňte děti
a jiné nepovolané osoby.
2.2 OSOBNÍ BEZPEČNOST
a) Nepoužívejte elektrické nářadí, jste-li unaveni nebo
pod vlivem drog, alkoholu nebo léků, které významně
snižují schopnost ovládat zařízení.
b) Při práci se zařízením buďte pozorní, řiďte se zdravým
rozumem. Chvilka nepozornosti při práci může vést
k vážnému úrazu.
c) Používejte osobní ochranné pomůcky vyžadované pro
práci se zařízením, specikované v bodě 1 vysvětlením
symbolů. Používání vhodných, atestovaných osobních
ochranných prostředků snižuje nebezpečí úrazu.
d) Nepřeceňujte své schopnosti. Udržujte stabilní postoj
a rovnováhu po celou dobu práce. To vám umožní
lépe ovládat zařízení v neočekávaných situacích.
e) Nenoste volné oblečení nebo šperky. Vlasy, oděv
a rukavice udržujte v bezpečné vzdálenosti od
rotujících dílů. Volný oděv, šperky nebo dlouhé vlasy
mohou zachytit rotující díly.
f) Před použitím zařízení odstraňte veškeré seřizovací
nářadí nebo klíče. Nářadí nebo klíč odložený v blízkosti
pohyblivé součásti zařízení může způsobit zranění.
g) Obráběný materiál musí být zbavený nečistot.
h) Je zakázáno dotýkat se pohyblivých součástí nebo
příslušenství během práce zařízení.
i) Nezasahujte do zařízení, abyste změnili jeho
parametry nebo konstrukci.
2.3 BEZPEČNÉ POUŽÍVÁNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
a) Zařízení nepřetěžujte. Pro daný úkol používejte vždy
správný typ nářadí.
Pojem „zařízení“ nebo „výrobek“ v bezpečnostních
pokynech a návodu se vztahuje na Tvářečka plechu. Je
zakázáno vkládat mezi čelisti nástroje ruce nebo jiné části
těla.
2.1 BEZPEČNOST NA PRACOVIŠTI
a) Na pracovišti udržujte pořádek a dobré osvětlení.
Nepořádek nebo špatné osvětlení mohou vést
k úrazům. Buďte předvídaví a sledujte, co se během
práce kolem vás děje. Při práci se zařízením vždy
zachovávejte zdravý rozum.
b) Zařízení není určen k tomu, aby jej používaly osoby
(včetně dětí) s omezenými psychickými, smyslovými

i) Zasuňte čelisti, které budete právě potřebovat.
j) Držák čelistí připevněte 4 šrouby a podložkami
k tělesu nástroje.
Upozornění: Pokud nástroj nebudete používat nebo ho
potřebujete uskladnit na delší dobu, doporučujeme Vám,
abyste z něho vyjmuli čelisti. Jestliže by došlo k náhodnému
zatažení za páku a čelisti by narazily na sebe bez vloženého
materiálu, mohlo by dojít k poškození jejich zubů.
3.3. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM
UPOZORNĚNÍ!
• Nástroj je zakázáno používat k tváření obrobků, které
překračují rozměry uvedené v tabulce technických
údajů.
• Obrobek držte tak, aby se dlaň nacházela v bezpečné
vzdálenosti od čelistí nástroje. Během obrábění se
nedotýkejte čelistí.
• Před zahájením práce s obrobkem Vám
doporučujeme vyzkoušet si práci s nástrojem na
zkušebním vzorku.
Seřízení tlaku
Při tváření obrobků z měkčích materiálů mohou na jejich
povrchu vzniknout stopy v podobě hrbolků. Ty jsou mimo
jiné způsobené strukturou povrchu čelistí, které jsou
tvarovány tak, aby při práci docházelo k lepšímu uchopení
materiálu. Hrbolky, které vzniknou při obrábění, můžete
později odstranit bruskou.
UPOZORNĚNÍ! Nikdy netlačte na páku a nesvírejte čelisti,
pokud se mezi nimi nenachází obráběný materiál. Přímým
tlakem horní čelisti na dolní můžete nástroj poškodit.
3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA
• Veškeré překážky a zaseknuté zbytky obrobku
odstraňujte pomocí vhodných nástrojů (např.
pomocí háčku nebo kousku dřeva).
• Po každém použití nástroje z něj odstraňte prach,
zbytky obráběného materiálu a veškeré nečistoty.
• K čištění povrchů používejte výhradně prostředky
neobsahující žíravé látky.
• Po každém čištění je nutno všechny prvky dobře
osušit, než bude zařízení opět použito.
• Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,
chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu
svitu.
• Provádějte pravidelné prohlídky zařízení, zda je
technicky způsobilé a není poškozeno.
• Všechny pohyblivé části nástroje (kromě pracovních
ploch čelistí) pravidelně ošetřujte vhodným
přípravkem k údržbě mechanických dílů.

Pro lepší kontrolu tlaku během tváření obrobku
doporučujeme nastavit seřizovací šroub imbusovým
klíčem. Díky tomu se bude páka zastavovat vždy ve stejné
výšce.
Tváření obráběného materiálu
a) Podle potřeby namontujte stahovací nebo
roztahovací čelisti.
b) Mezi čelisti nástroje vložte obrobek.
c) Zatlačte na páku nástroje. Tímto krokem dojde ke
stažení nebo roztažení obrobku.
d) Pokud potřebujete dosáhnout většího zakřivení,
posuňte obrobek o několik milimetrů a zopakujte
tento krok.
e) Když dosáhnete požadovaného tvaru, vyjměte
obrobek z nástroje a nástroj očistěte.
f) Doporučujeme Vám, abyste po ukončení práce
odmontovali čelisti z nástroje a uschovali je, budou
tak lépe chráněny proti poškození.

g) Nettoyer l’appareil et les mâchoires de sorte
à éliminer la vieille graisse, les copeaux et la
poussière, puis lubriez légèrement les surfaces
de contact des pièces mobiles. Ne lubriez pas les
surfaces de travail des mâchoires!
Nettoyage des mâchoires: Lors de l’enlèvement des
copeaux métalliques des mâchoires de l’appareil,
n’utilisez aucun appareil de ponçage, papier abrasif
ou outils électriques munis d’une brosse métallique,
an d’éviter d’endommager les dents des mâchoires.
Faites tremper les mâchoires dans du white spirit,
puis retirez les résidus de métal à l’aide d’une brosse
métallique.
h) Assemblez les mâchoires comme illustré ci-dessous.
i) Insérez les mâchoires adaptées à l’usinage souhaité.
j) Fixez le boîtier des mâchoires au corps de l’appareil
à l’aide de 4 vis et de rondelles.
Attention: En cas d’inutilisation ou de stockage prolongés
de l’appareil, il est recommandé de retirer les mâchoires
de l’appareil. En cas d’actionnement accidentel du levier
en l’absence de pièce à usiner, les dents des mâchoires
pourraient être endommagées.
3.3. UTILISATION DE L’APPAREIL
ATTENTION!
• Il est défendu d’utiliser la machine pour l’usinage
d’éléments dont les dimensions sont supérieures
à celles indiquées dans le tableau Détails techniques.
• Maintenez la pièce à usiner de telle sorte que votre
main se trouve à une distance sûre des mâchoires
de l’appareil.
• Il est préférable d’eectuer un essai avec l’appareil
avant de véritablement commencer le travail sur une
pièce à usiner.
Réglage de pression

An de mieux contrôler la pression lors de la mise en forme
de la pièce à usiner, il est préférable de régler la vis de
blocage du levier à l’aide d’une clé dynamométrique. Cela
garantit que le levier s’arrête toujours à la même hauteur.
Formage de pièces à usiner
a) Selon le besoin, montez les mâchoires à refouler ou
à allonger.
b) Insérez la pièce à usiner entre les mâchoires de
l’appareil
c) Appuyez sur le levier de l’appareil. Ce dernier refoule
ou allonge la pièce à usiner.
d) Pour accroître la courbure, répétez l’étape
précédente en déplaçant la pièce à usiner de
quelques centimètres.
e) Après avoir obtenu la forme souhaitée, retirez la
pièce usinée de l’appareil et nettoyez l’appareil.
f) Une fois le travail terminé, il est recommandé de
déposer les mâchoires pour protéger l’appareil
contre d’éventuels dommages.
Après l’usinage, de petites bosses peuvent apparaître à la
surface des matériaux souples. Elles sont provoquées, entre
autres, par la structure des mâchoires, lesquelles sont
conçues pour bien saisir le matériau. Les bosses résultant
de l’usinage peuvent être éliminées à l’aide d’une ponceuse.
ATTENTION! N’appuyez jamais sur le levier de l’appareil
pour serrer les mâchoires en l’absence de pièce à usiner. Le
contact direct des mâchoires supérieure et inférieure peut
endommager l’appareil.
3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
• Éliminez les blocages de toute sorte et les débris
coincés dans l’appareil doivent à l’aide d’outils
appropriés (par exemple un crochet ou un morceau
de bois).
• Après chaque utilisation, nettoyez l’appareil pour
enlever toute poussière, résidu laissé par les pièces
et débris.
• Pour nettoyer les diérentes surfaces, n’utilisez que
des produits sans agents corrosifs.
• Laissez bien sécher tous les composants de l’appareil
après chaque nettoyage avant de le réutiliser.
• Conservez l’appareil dans un endroit frais et sec,
à l’abri de l’humidité et des rayons directs du soleil.
• Contrôlez régulièrement l’appareil pour vous assurer
qu’il fonctionne ecacement et ne présente aucun
dommage.
• Lubriez régulièrement les pièces mobiles
(à l’exception de la surface de travail des mâchoires).

f) Retirez tous les outils de réglage et les clés avant
d'utiliser la machine. Un outil ou une clé laissés dans
la partie mobile de la machine peuvent provoquer
des blessures.
g) Le matériau à usiner doit être exempt de
contaminants.
h) Ne touchez pas les pièces ou les accessoires mobiles
lorsque la machine est en cours de fonctionnement.
i) Il est défendu de modier l’appareil pour en changer
les paramètres ou la construction.
2.3. UTILISATION SÉCURITAIRE DE L’APPAREIL
a) Ne faites pas surchauer l’appareil. Utilisez les outils
appropriés à l’usage que vous en faites. Le choix
d’appareils appropriés et l’utilisation soigneuse de
ceux-ci produisent de meilleurs résultats.
b) Les outils qui ne sont pas en cours d’utilisation
doivent être mis hors de portée des enfants et des
personnes qui ne connaissent ni l’appareil, ni le
mode d’emploi s’y rapportant. Entre les mains de
personnes inexpérimentées, ce genre d’appareils
peut représenter un danger.
c) Maintenez l’appareil en parfait état de marche. Avant
chaque utilisation, vériez l’absence de dommages
généraux et au niveau des pièces mobiles (assurez-
vous qu’aucune pièce ni composant n’est cassé et
vériez que rien ne compromet le fonctionnement
sécuritaire de l’appareil). En cas de dommages,
l’appareil doit impérativement être réparé avant
d’être utilisé de nouveau.
d) Tenez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants.
e) La réparation et l’entretien des appareils doivent
être eectués uniquement par un personnel qualié,
à l’aide de pièces de rechange d’origine. Cela
garantit la sécurité d’utilisation.
f) Pour garantir l’intégrité opérationnelle de l’appareil,
les couvercles et les vis posés à l’usine ne doivent pas
être retirés.
g) Usinez uniquement les éléments dont les paramètres
sont conformes aux données indiquées dans le
tableau des détails techniques. Ne dépassez pas les
dimensions maximales de la pièce à usiner.
h) N'usinez pas deux pièces en même temps.
i) Les pièces longues doivent être supportées et
stabilisées pour l'usinage.
j) Fixez l'appareil solidement à la surface de travail
en vous assurant que l'utilisateur dispose de
susamment d'espace pour pouvoir manipuler la
pièce à usiner sans diculté.

3. CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION
L’appareil à refouler et à allonger est un appareil conçu
pour le formage plastique des tôles en métal. Le matériau
acquiert des courbures lors de l’usinage avec l’appareil.
L’utilisateur porte l’entière responsabilité en cas de
dommages attribuables à un usage inapproprié.

3.2. PRÉPARATION À L’UTILISATION
Choix de l’emplacement de l’appareil:
Utilisez toujours l’appareil sur une surface plane, stable,
propre et sèche, hors de portée des enfants et des
personnes sourant de décience mentale. La surface sur
laquelle repose l’appareil doit pouvoir supporter le poids
des pièces à usiner, de tous les outils supplémentaires
utilisés, de l’appareil, ainsi que la force appliquée sur le
levier de l’appareil.
• Assurez-vous que l'opérateur dispose de
susamment d’espace pour utiliser la machine.
Montage de l’appareil sur la surface de travail:
Fixez toujours l’appareil à la surface de travail de manière
stable, à l’aide de vis ou d’un étau. Si la surface de travail
est exempte de perforations permettant le vissage, percez-
en. Les vis doivent posséder une longueur susante pour
pénétrer au moins jusqu’à la mi-hauteur des perforations
de l’appareil. Les éléments de montage et l’étau ne sont
pas fournis avec l’appareil.
Remplacement des mâchoires
L’appareil peut allonger la pièce ou la refouler en fonction
de la mâchoire utilisée.
Pour remplacer la mâchoire:
a) Soulevez le levier de l’appareil.
b) Déposer les 4 vis et les rondelles qui maintiennent le
boîtier des mâchoires dans le corps de l’appareil.

c) Détachez le dispositif d’accrochage des mâchoires
xé à l’élément de pression.
d) Poussez les mâchoires vers l’extérieur.
e) Tirez le dispositif d’accrochage vers le haut et
retirez la mâchoire supérieure du boîtier métallique.
Les parties restantes des mâchoires sont faciles
à démonter.
f) Désassemblez les composants des mâchoires
comme illustré ci-dessous.

h) Durante la lavorazione degli elementi bisogna
prestare attenzione alla presenza di persone estranee
e alla loro sicurezza.
i) Bisogna osservare attentamente l’elemento durante
la lavorazione in modo da reagire in tempo debito al
pericolo o prevenire il danneggiamento dell’elemento.
j) Mantenere l’ordine e rimuovere dopo la lavorazione
tutta la polvere, i resti e le parti superue del materiale
lavorato.
k) Nel caso di una produzione eccessiva di elementi,
gli elementi prima e dopo la lavorazione devono
essere stoccati in modo da mantenere l’ordine sulla
postazione di lavoro.
2.2 SICUREZZA PERSONALE
a) Non è consentito l'uso del dispositivo in uno stato
di aaticamento, malattia, sotto l'inuenza di alcol,
droghe o farmaci, se questi limitano la capacità di
utilizzare il dispositivo.
b) Fare attenzione e usare il buon senso quando si
utilizza il dispositivo. Un momento di disattenzione
durante il lavoro può causare gravi lesioni.
c) Utilizzare i dispositivi di protezione individuale
necessari per il funzionamento dell'apparecchio
conformemente alle speciche indicate nella
spiegazione dei simboli al punto 1. L'uso di dispositivi
di protezione individuale adeguati e certicati riduce il
rischio di lesioni.
d) Non sopravvalutare le proprie abilità. Mantenere
l'equilibrio durante il lavoro. In questo modo
è possibile controllare meglio il dispositivo in caso di
situazioni impreviste.
e) Non indossare indumenti larghi o gioielli. Tenere
capelli, indumenti e guanti lontano da parti in
movimento. Vestiti sciolti, gioielli o capelli lunghi
possono impigliarsi nelle parti in movimento.
ATTENZIONE! Quando si lavora con questo
dispositivo, i bambini e le persone non coinvolte
devono essere protetti.
f) Bisogna rimuovere tutti gli strumenti di regolazione
o le chiavi prima dell’uso del dispositivo. Lo
strumento o la chiave lasciata nella parte rotante del
dispositivo può causare lesioni.
g) Il materiale soggetto alla lavorazione dovrebbe
essere libero da impurità.
h) Non toccare le parti in movimento o gli accessori
mobili durante il funzionamento del dispositivo.
i) È vietato intervenire sulla costruzione del dispositivo
per modicare i suoi parametri o la sua costruzione.
2.3. USO SICURO DEL DISPOSITIVO
a) Non far surriscaldare il dispositivo. Utilizzare
strumenti appropriati. Dispositivi scelti correttamente
e un attento utilizzo degli stessi portano a risultati
migliori.
b) Gli strumenti inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori
dalla portata dei bambini e delle persone che non
hanno familiarità con l'unità e le istruzioni. Nelle
mani di persone inesperte, questo apparecchio può
rappresentare un pericolo.
c) Mantenere l'apparecchio in perfette condizioni.
Prima di ogni utilizzo, vericare che non vi siano
danni generali o danni alle parti mobili (frattura
di parti e componenti o altre condizioni che
potrebbero compromettere il funzionamento sicuro
della macchina). In caso di danni, l'unità deve essere
riparata prima dell'uso.
d) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
e) La riparazione e la manutenzione dell'attrezzatura
devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale
specializzato qualicato e con pezzi di ricambio
originali. Ciò garantisce la sicurezza durante l'uso.
f) Per garantire l'integrità di funzionamento
dell'apparecchio, i coperchi o le viti installati in
fabbrica non devono essere rimossi.
g) Nel dispositivo bisogna lavorare gli elementi con
parametri conformi alle informazioni indicate nella
tabella dei dati tecnici. Non superare le misure
consentite del materiale lavorato.
h) Non lavorare due oggetti contemporaneamente.
i) Gli oggetti lunghi in lavorazione vanno appoggiati
e posizionati in modo stabile per la lavorazione.
j) Fissare saldamente il dispositivo alla supercie
d’esercizio e assicurare abbastanza spazio alle
manovre libere dell’operatore con l’elemento
lavorato.
k) Non toccare le parti o gli accessori in movimento.
l) Tenere l’oggetto lavorato in modo tale che la mano
si trovi sempre a distanza sicura dalle pinze del
dispositivo. Non toccare le pinze del dispositivo
durante la lavorazione.
3. CONDIZIONI D'USO
Il dispositivo shrinker e stretcher serve per la lavorazione
plastica di elementi di metallo. Grazie alla lavorazione
eseguita con il dispositivo, il materiale ottiene le curvature.
L'operatore è responsabile di tutti i danni derivanti da
un uso improprio.

3.2. PREPARAZIONE AL FUNZIONAMENTO
Posizionamento del dispositivo:
Utilizzare sempre il dispositivo sulla superce piatta,
stabile, pulita e asciutta, lontano dalla portata dei bambini
o persone con disturbi mentali. La supercie sulla quale sarà
utilizzato il dispositivo deve essere in grado di sostenere
il peso degli oggetti lavorati e di tutta l’attrezzatura
addizionale, il peso del dispositivo e la forza applicata sulla
leva dispositivo.
• Garantire all’operatore lo spazio suciente alla
conduzione del dispositivo.
Montaggio del dispositivo sulla supercie di lavoro:
Sempre ssare saldamente il dispositivo alla supercie di
lavoro tramite le viti o la morsa. Se la supercie di lavoro
non è dotata dei fori per le viti, forarla in modo adeguato.
Le viti dovranno essere avvitate almeno no alla metà
della profondità dei fori nel dispositivo. Gli elementi
di montaggio e la morsa non sono forniti a corredo del
dispositivo.
Sostituzione della pinza
Il dispositivo può stendere l’elemento lavorato o stamparlo
a seconda della pinza utilizzata.
Al ne di sostituire la pinza occorre:
a) Alzare la leva del dispositivo.
b) Svitare le 4 viti e le rondelle di sostegno dell’involucro
delle pinze nel corpo del dispositivo.

c) Staccare l’aggancio delle pinze dall’elemento di
spinta.
d) Slare le pinze.
e) Tirare l’aggancio in alto e togliere la pinza superiore
dall’involucro di metallo. Ora le parti rimanenti delle
pinze dovranno essere facili da smontare.
f) Disporre le parti delle pinze come mostrato in gura
sottostante.

2. SICUREZZA NELL'IMPIEGO

2.1. Sicurezza sul lavoro
a) Mantenere il posto di lavoro pulito e ben illuminato. Il
disordine o una scarsa illuminazione possono portare
a incidenti. Prestare sempre attenzione, osservare che
cosa viene fatto e utilizzare il buon senso quando si
adopera il dispositivo.

g) Rimuovere il grasso vecchio, i trucioli e la polvere dal
dispositivo e dalle pinze, poi ingrassare leggermente
le superci di contatto degli elementi mobili. Non
ingrassare le superci di esercizio delle pinze!
Pulizia delle pinze: Durante la rimozione dei trucioli
di metallo dalle pinze è vietato l’uso di smerigliatrici,
carta abrasiva o elettrostrumenti con spazzola
con setole metalliche per non danneggiare i denti
delle pinze. Immergere le pinze in acquaragia, poi
rimuovere a mano i residui di metallo, utilizzando la
spazzola con setole metalliche.
h) Assemblare le pinze come mostrato nella gura
sottostante.
i) Inlare le pinze idonee alla lavorazione desiderata.
j) Proteggere il collegamento dell’involucro delle pinze
con il corpo tramite 4 viti con rondelle.
Attenzione: Si raccomanda di togliere le pinze dallo
strumento quando il dispositivo non è in uso o sarà
stoccato per il periodo prolungato. Nel caso in cui la leva
fosse accidentalmente tirata e le pinze si premessero
a vicenda invece di premere l’elemento lavorato, esiste il
rischio di danneggiare i denti delle pinze.
3.3. LAVORARE CON IL DISPOSITIVO
ATTENZIONE!
• E’ vietato impiegare il dispositivo per la lavorazione
di elementi con dimensioni superiori a quelli indicati
nella tabella dei dati tecnici.
• Tenere l’oggetto lavorato in modo tale che la mano
si trovi sempre a distanza sicura dalle pinze del
dispositivo. Non toccare le pinze del dispositivo
durante la lavorazione.
• Si raccomanda di eseguire le lavorazioni di prova
con l’impiego del dispositivo prima di procedere alla
lavorazione dell’elemento denitivo.
Regolazione della pressione

Al ne di ottenere il migliore controllo della pressione
durante la formatura dell’elemento lavorato, si consiglia di
regolare la vite di registro della leva utilizzando la chiave
a brugola. Così la leva si fermerà sempre alla stessa altezza.
Formatura degli elementi lavorati
a) A seconda del bisogno, montare la pinza di
stampaggio o di estensione.
b) Inserire l’oggetto in lavorazione nella pinza del
dispositivo.
c) Premere la leva del dispositivo. L’elemento lavorato
sarà soggetto allo stampaggio o all’estensione.
d) Per ottenere una maggiore curvatura, ripetere
l’operazione spostando l’oggetto lavorato di alcuni
millimetri.
e) Ottenuta la forma desiderata, togliere l’oggetto
lavorato dal dispositivo e pulire il dispositivo.
f) Compiuto il lavoro con il dispositivo, si consiglia di
smontare le pinze dal dispositivo per proteggerlo
contro il danneggiamento.
Quando il dispositivo viene impiegato per la lavorazione
di materiali più morbidi, nel materiale possono presentarsi
dei rilievi. Queste tracce sono causate, tra l’altro dalla
struttura della supercie delle pinze, formata in modo
tale da aerrare meglio il materiale. I rilievi rimasti
dopo la lavorazione possono essere rimossi tramite una
smerigliatrice.
ATTENZIONE! Non premere mai la leva del dispositivo né
stringere le pinze senza il materiale lavorato. La pressione
diretta della pinza superiore alla pinza inferiore può
danneggiare il dispositivo.
3.4. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
• Rimuovere eventuali ostruzioni di qualsiasi tipo
e residui incastrati sul pezzo impiegando strumenti
adeguati (come ad esempio un gancio o un pezzo
di legno).
• Dopo ogni lavorazione rimuovere le polveri, i residui
degli elementi lavorati e tutte le impurità dal
dispositivo.
• Per pulire la supercie utilizzare solo detergenti
senza ingredienti corrosivi.
• Dopo la pulizia, prima di riutilizzare l'apparecchio,
asciugare tutte le parti.
• Tenere l'apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco,
protetto dall'umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.
• Eettuare controlli regolari del dispositivo per
mantenerlo eciente e privo di danni.
• Ingrassare con frequenza regolare tutte le parti
del dispositivo (tranne le superci di esercizio
delle pinze) utilizzando il preparato idoneo alla
manutenzione di elementi meccanici.

i) Observar con atención el perl durante su doblado
para reaccionar adecuadamente en el momento
preciso en caso de un riesgo o evitar daños en la pieza.
j) Mantener la limpieza, eliminar polvo, suciedad
y fragmentos del material doblado después de
terminar la tarea.
k) En el caso de procesar varias piezas de trabajo, estas
deben colocarse antes y después de su doblado de
forma que el orden en el lugar de trabajo quede
garantizado.
2.2 SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
a) No está permitido utilizar el aparato en estado de
fatiga, enfermedad, bajo la inuencia del alcohol,
drogas o medicamentos, ya que estos limitan la
capacidad de manejo del aparato.
b) Actúe con precaución y use el sentido común cuando
maneje este producto. La más breve falta de atención
durante el trabajo puede causar lesiones graves.
c) Utilice el equipo de protección personal necesario
para el empleo de este dispositivo, de acuerdo con las
especicaciones del punto 1 de las explicaciones de
los símbolos.
El uso de un equipo de protección personal apropiado
y certicado reduce el riesgo de lesiones.
d) No sobreestime sus habilidades. Mantenga el
equilibrio durante el trabajo. Esto le da un mejor
control sobre el dispositivo en caso de situaciones
inesperadas.
e) No utilice ropa holgada o adornos, tales como joyas.
Mantenga el cabello, la ropa y los guantes alejados
de las piezas móviles. La ropa holgada, las joyas o el
cabello largo pueden quedar atrapados en las piezas

2.1. Seguridad en el puesto de trabajo
a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado.
El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden provocar
accidentes. Tenga cuidado, preste atención al trabajo
que está realizando y use el sentido común cuando
utilice el dispositivo.

g) Eliminar la grasa vieja, las virutas y el polvo
acumulados en la máquina y las mordazas y,
a continuación, engrasar ligeramente las supercies
de contacto de las partes móviles. ¡No lubricar las
supercies de trabajo de las mordazas! Limpieza de
las mordazas: Para la eliminación de virutas metálicas
acumuladas en las mordazas queda prohibido
utilizar amoladoras, papel de lija o herramientas
eléctricas con un cepillo de alambre, ya que esto
puede causar daños a las mordazas. Humedecer las
mordazas con éter de petróleo y, a continuación,
eliminar manualmente los residuos metálicos con un
cepillo de alambre.
h) Ensamblar las mordazas según la imagen
a continuación.
i) Colocar las mordazas apropiadas conforme al
trabajo a realizar.
j) Fijar la carcasa de las mordazas al cuerpo con 4
tornillos y arandelas.
Atención: Si la máquina no se va a utilizar o se va a almacenar
durante un tiempo prolongado, es recomendable retirar
las mordazas. En el caso de que las mordazas se cierren
sin pieza a causa de un accionamiento accidental de la
palanca, los dientes de las mordazas pueden dañarse.
3.3. MANEJO DEL APARATO
¡ATENCIÓN!
• Queda prohibido utilizar la máquina para el
tratamiento de elementos con dimensiones
superiores a las especicadas en la tabla de datos
técnicos.
• La pieza a tratar debe sostenerse de tal manera
que la mano se encuentre a una distancia segura
de las mordazas. No tocar las mordazas durante el
tratamiento.
• Es recomendable realizar algunas pruebas antes de
proceder al trabajo con la pieza a tratar.
Ajuste de presión
1. Tornillo de jación de la palanca
2. Agujero de ajuste del tope.
Para un mejor control de la presión durante el curvado de
la pieza, es recomendable ajustar el tornillo de jación de la
palanca con una llave allen. Esto asegurará que la palanca
siempre se detenga a la misma altura.
Curvado de las piezas
a) Según las necesidades, colocar la mordaza de
recalcado o la de estirado.
b) Introducir la pieza a tratar en la mordaza.
c) Presionar la palanca. La pieza será recalcada
o estirada.
d) Para obtener un mayor curvado, repetir la operación
cada vez desplazando la pieza un par de centímetros.
e) Una vez conseguida la forma deseada, retirar la pieza
y limpiar la máquina.
f) Después del trabajo, es recomendable quitar las
mordazas para evitar daños a la máquina.
Después del tratamiento, ciertos materiales blandos pueden
presentar ondulaciones. Esto se debe, entre otras razones,
a la estructura supercial de las mordazas que tiene por
objeto proporcionar un mejor agarre del material. Dichas
ondulaciones pueden eliminarse con una amoladora.
¡ATENCIÓN! Nunca debe presionarse la palanca y cerrar
las mordazas sin pieza a tratar. La presión directa de la
mordaza superior en la inferior puede causar daños a la
máquina.
3.4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
• Las obstrucciones de cualquier tipo y los residuos
atascados en la pieza de trabajo deben eliminarse
con herramientas adecuadas (por ejemplo, con un
gancho o un trozo de madera).
• Cada vez que termine el trabajo, eliminar el polvo,
los desechos de piezas, así como cualquier impureza.
• Para limpiar la supercie, utilice solo productos que
no contengan sustancias corrosivas.
• Después de cada limpieza, deje secar bien todas las
piezas antes de volver a utilizar el aparato.
• Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco y protegido
de la humedad y la radiación solar directa.
• En lo que respecta a la eciencia técnica y posibles
daños, el dispositivo debe ser revisado regularmente.
• Regularmente engrasar todas las partes móviles
(excepto las supercies de trabajo de las mordazas)
con un producto destinado al mantenimiento de
elementos mecánicos.

f) Antes de operar la máquina, quitar cualquier
herramienta o llave de ajuste. Una herramienta
o una llave que permanezca en la parte giratoria de
la máquina puede causar lesiones.
g) El material a tratar debe estar libre de suciedad.
h) No tocar elementos o accesorios móviles de la
máquina durante su trabajo.
i) Se prohíbe realizar cambios en la construcción del
dispositivo para modicar sus parámetros o diseño.
2.3. MANEJO SEGURO DEL APARATO
a) No permita que el aparato se sobrecargue. Utilice
las herramientas apropiadas para cada trabajo.
Debe seleccionarse el aparato adecuado para cada
aplicación y utilizarse conforme al n para el que
ha sido diseñado, para conseguir así los mejores
resultados.
b) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los
niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas
con el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido instrucciones
pertinentes para su uso. En manos de personas
inexpertas este equipo puede representar un peligro.
c) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado
de funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo,
compruébelo en busca de daños generales o en
piezas móviles (fractura de piezas y componentes
u otras condiciones que puedan perjudicar el
funcionamiento seguro de la máquina). En caso de
daños, el aparato debe ser reparado antes de volver
a ponerse en funcionamiento.
d) Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.
e) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos
solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado
y siempre empleando piezas de repuesto originales.
Esto garantiza la seguridad durante el uso.
f) A n de asegurar la integridad operativa del
dispositivo, no se deben retirar las cubiertas o los
tornillos instalados de fábrica.
g) Los perles a doblar deben tener los parámetros
indicados en la tabla de datos técnicos. Los
perles a doblar no deben superar las dimensiones
admisibles para su material.
h) Está prohibido trabajar con dos elementos a la vez.
i) Las piezas largas deben estar apoyadas de manera
estable durante el tratamiento.
j) Fijar la máquina rmemente a la supercie de
trabajo y proporcionar el espacio suciente para
que el operador pueda manipular la pieza a tratar
libremente.
k) No tocar las partes o accesorios móviles de la
máquina.
l) La pieza a tratar debe sostenerse de tal manera
que la mano se encuentre a una distancia segura
de las mordazas. No tocar las mordazas durante el
tratamiento.
3. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
La recalcadora estiradora es una máquina diseñada para la
estirar y comprimir chapas de metal. Las piezas se curvan
durante el tratamiento.
El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un
uso inadecuado del aparato.

3.2. PREPARACIÓN PARA LA PUESTA EN MARCHA
Lugar de trabajo:
La máquina siempre debe utilizarse sobre una supercie
plana, estable, limpia y seca, fuera del alcance de niños
y personas con trastornos mentales. La supercie en la
que se va a utilizar la máquina debe ser capaz de soportar
el peso de las piezas a tratar y todas las herramientas
adicionales, el peso propio de la máquina, así como la
fuerza ejercida en la palanca.
• Proporcionar al operador el espacio suciente para
la operación de la máquina.
Fijación de la máquina a la supercie de trabajo:
Fijar la máquina rmemente a la supercie de trabajo con
tornillos o un tornillo de banco. Si la supercie carece de
agujeros para los tornillos, éstos deben perforarse. Los
tornillos deben enroscarse al menos hasta la mitad de la
profundidad de los agujeros en la máquina. Los accesorios
de montaje y el tornillo de banco no se suministran junto
con la máquina.
Sustitución de la mordaza
La mandíbula puede estirar o recalcar la pieza en función
de la mordaza instalada.
Para sustituir la mordaza:
a) Levantar la palanca de la máquina.
b) Desenroscar 4 tornillos y arandelas que sostienen la
carcasa de las mordazas en el cuerpo de la máquina.

c) Liberar el retén de las mordazas del elemento de
apriete.
d) Extraer las mordazas.
e) Tirar del retén hacia arriba y extraer la mordaza
