• What is the wireless range of the headphones from the paired device?
Up to 45 feet.
• What do the LED lights on the headphones mean?
1.) Pulsing Red = Charging 2.) Solid Yellow = Charged 3.) Pulsing Yellow = Pairing Mode 4.) Solid Yellow = Paired
• Can you listen to your headphones without a charge?
Yes you can, by using the included cable. It also functions as a microphone and control when you connect the cable directly to your smartphone.
• When listening without a charge, what functions of the headphones will work?
Gesture based swipe and capacitive touch controls from the outer ear-cup will not function when the headphones are not charged.
• What batteries are included with my headphones and do I need to purchase additional batteries?
You muzik smart on-ear headphones come equipped with an internal rechargeable lithium ion battery. No additional batteries are required.
• Do I need to use a microphone cable to make phone calls?
No you do not. We have included dual microphones on the lower part of each ear-cup that will pick up your voice and transmit for voice calls.
• Can I still listen to music while charging my headphones?
Yes you can.
• How do I properly clean my headphones?
Never use any liquids, fluids, solvents or solutions on your headphones unless expressly and officially approved by muzik. Any damage
done to your headphones during cleaning may void your warranty. It’s best to use a cleaning cloth for periodic dry cleaning.
• Why are my muzik headphones not connecting to my device?
The headphones can be paired with only 1 device at a time. If you have previously paired your muzik headphones with a different device
and are trying to connect to a new one, please be sure to unpair the other device or simply turn off the Bluetooth first.
• I connected my headphones to a second device and now I can’t seem to reconnect to the device I was originally paired to.
Turn Bluetooth off on the device you do not want to be connected and you will automatically connect to the other device. If this does not
work, go to Bluetooth Settings on the device you do not wish to use and select “forget device” to disable.
• None of my buttons work on my muzik headphones. How do I x this?
Try the following: 1.) Turn off muzik connect app 2.) Turn off your Smart Headphones
3.) Go to Bluetooth Settings and forget device 4.)Turn Bluetooth off, then back on 5.) Reconnect your Smart Headphones
• Steps to redeem your Rdio unlimited account.
1. Download the muzik connect app and login 2. Sign into your Rdio, or create a free account
3. Once logged into Rdio, proceed to rdio.com/account/redeem/ and enter in your gift card code
• Why can I only hear 30 seconds of a song with the muzik connect app?
Go to the settings of the muzik connect app and link your unlimited Rdio account.
• How do I learn how to use the muzik connect app or the muzik Smart Headphones?
Easy. Tutorials are in the Settings section of the muzik connect app.
• I found an issue with the muzik connect app. How do I let you know what it is?
Easy, just drop us an email at support@muzikofficial.com or follow these easy steps: 1.) Open the muzik connect app
2.) Click Main Menu 3.) Click Settings 4.) Click on contact muzik and send us an email.

The mandatory markings can be found below the left cushion around the speaker grid, to remove the cushion turn it clockwise then pull it off.
Plug the USB cable to DC power supply max 5V 0.5A.
Listening to music at high levels for extended periods of time may damage your hearing.

Changes or modications not expressly approved by muzik, LLC could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Never use a damaged charger. Remember to charge the device before storing for a long period of time. Do not leave your device in hot or cold areas (car in direct
sunlight or parked in a garage in winter). Always store in area where temperatures remain stable.The charger and the device can become hot during charging. Do not
cover. Do not use your device in the rain or near any damp areas.
Handle headphones with care. It is made of metal, and plastic and has sensitive electronic components inside. Headphone can be damaged if dropped, burned, punc-
tured, or crushed, or if it comes in contact with liquid. Don’t use damaged headphones.
Please wear with caution… Avoid wearing the headphones in instances in which you might become distracted and therefore endanger yourself or others. It is not
advised to wear and listen to music while operating a vehicle/heavy machinery, riding a bicycle or during any other instances that require your full attention.
