1. Important notes
- Before caryying out any operation on the pump, make sure that the air
conditioner is switch off from the power supply.
- The pump has been evaluated for use with water only
- Risk of electric shock. This pump has not been investigated for use in
swimming pool or marine areas.
- If cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a special cord or assemby
available from the manufacturer or it’s service agent.
- Do not run this pump dry.
- Always ensure that the metal magnet in the float is facing upword. Always
ensure that a tank is sitting flat and horizontal.
- The pump is ideal for most working and living environments. It is not
recommended where the environments is oily or particularly dusty.
- Acceptable indoor use only.
-This condensate pump is non-submersible.

6. Preventing siphoning advice
1 –false ceiling, 2 –end of discharge tube, 3 –Water level in drain tray,
4 –Air break, 5 –top of breather tube
Cut discharge tube above water level of evaporator tray and direct end into
large pipe, allowing air breaks (as shown on picture above).

7. Installation procedure
a. Ensure float is positioned in tank with magnet part uppermost, the
filter is in correct place and the lid is clipper firmly onto tank base.
b. Secure tank horizontally using velcro strips for the inline reservoiruse
the inlet hose to connect firmly to drainage pipe
c. Fit breather tube to tank lid.

d. Instal; pump drive unit above the ceiling where possible.
e. Anti-vibration assembly.
f. Note direction of water flow
g. Push the 9mm/6,, tube onto the tank and the pump. Secure with
cable-ties. Ensure lenght is under 2m.

h. Connect 9mm/6mm vinyl discharge tube to the outlet barb on the
pump and secure with a cable tie. Channel discharge tube to an
appropriate drain. Avoiding restrictions.
i. Power supply wiring, in order to avoid leakage of condensate pump,
please connect the signal line and the „Normally close” and
„Normally Open” signal terminals according to the requirements of
different working conditions (As shown below).
Wires description:
Power cord:
L –fire wire (brown), N –Neutral Line (blue), E –Earth (green-yollow).
Signal cord:
NC –normal close (purple), COM –common (red), NO –normal open
(green).
If the air conditioner has got an internal liquid level switch, it can also be
connected to the pump, as shown on a schema below.

If the air conditioner hasn’t got an internal liquid level switch, it can also
be connected to the pump together with a contactron, as shown on a
schema below.
j. Test ump operation by pouring water into evaporator tray. Check for
leaks.

8. Trobleshooting

9. Important service guide
Every six months or more often, the tank should be removed, cleaned, and
cleaned also the filter and float. We recommend this at the spring, and in the
autumn, using anti-bacterial wash chemically. Take a care to replace the float
with magnet facing up.
10. Gwarancja
This warranty covers all arts with material or manufacturing faults. The buyers
only remedy is the replacement or repair of the defective arts. In no case can
labour costs and any consequential damage be cited as a basis for a complaint.
Any returned units must be complete. MW POWER is unable to accept any
liability in case of nonconfirming installation or noncompliance with the
specifications or maintenance recommendations.
