3. Technical information
3.1. Overview
This machine is a fully automatic floor scrubber machine, which can be cleaned in residential or industrial environments, and can
be self-activated to wash and dry the floor.The floor scrubber can automatically distribute detergent and clean water to the floor to clean
and remove dirt.Choose the right cleaner and scrub brush.The machine has built-in water cleaning tank and sewage tank, which can
complete the function of water absorption while washing the ground. The working principle of water absorption function is to use the
water absorption motor installed in the sewage tank to form a vacuum water absorption device, and absorb the sewage on the ground
and recycle it into the sewage tank through water absorption.
As shown in FIG. B:
1. Clean water tank (FIG.2, add water cover) : carry clean water and mix it with detergent;
2. Sewage tank (FIG. 3) : recovery of sewage and sewage outlet on the ground;
3. Control panel (FIG. 1);Introduce the meeting board in detail;

3.2. The main parts of machine
1 Water tank system: When using a certified detergent, avoid spills of detergent to the eyes, skin, etc.;

2 Control panel: Danger of short circuit.

3.3. Hazardous area
Please strictly follow all instructions in this operation manual (especially the danger and warning section) and all safety warning labels on
the airframe.The manufacturer shall not be liable for damage to persons or property resulting from violation of operating instructions.
The machine must be operated and used by trained personnel who must be familiar with the operation and trained.
Minors are strictly prohibited from using the machine. The machine cannot be used for other purposes beyond the
design scope.All safety standards and regulations must be strictly adhered to when used in special circumstances
such as pharmaceuticals, hospitals, chemical industries, etc.The machine should not be used in dark and dark places,
places prone to explosions, places where there are harmful substances to human body and inappropriate environments.
The appropriate temperature of the machine is +4°C to +35°C. When the machine is at rest, the temperature is +0°C
to +50°C. The machine cannot be used to absorb inflammable and explosive liquids (such as gasoline, fuel oil, etc.)
when the atmospheric humidity of the machine is 30% to 95%.Flammable gases, dry dust, acid and soluble substances
(e.g. soluble paint, propylene copper, etc.).Objects that do not absorb the heat of combustion. Do not operate on sloping
surfaces or slopes with a gradient greater than 16%.If the machine is working on a small slope, do not use it crosswise.
Be very careful and do not retreat.When driving along the slope, pay special attention to prevent the machine from
toppling over, do not accelerate suddenly.When driving on the slope, the brush plate and suction grill must be raised.
It is forbidden to park the machine on the slope at any time. When the motor of the machine does not stop running, the
operator is forbidden to leave the machine. Before leaving the machine, switch the motor on and off

plug is in line with the current/voltage supplied by the machine.The battery must be used in accordance with the
guidelines of the battery manufacturer and local laws. The surface must be kept clean and dry to prevent surface
leakage. Batteries must be kept away from metal dust.Do not leave any tools above the battery, it will easily cause
battery short circuit and explosion.Strict safety guidelines must be followed when using acid batteries.Machines
operating in high magnetic fields can easily cause electronic control systems to fail. It is strictly prohibited to spray
and wash the machine directly with water gun.Waste water, detergent and so on recycled while the machine is
working should be treated according to local laws.
If the machine is out of control due to any malfunction during operation, please shut down the machine immediately
(unplug the main power supply), and then immediately contact the factory technician as soon as possible.All machine
maintenance operations must be performed in an adequately lit area and the battery connection must be disconnected.
All circuit parts and all maintenance operations must be performed by certified technicians.This machine can only use
the accessories and spare parts provided by the original factory to ensure the safety and operation of the machine.Do
not use spare parts that have been removed from other machines. The designed service life of the machine is 10 years.
After the service life, no matter whether the machine continues to be used or not, the machine must be scrapped
according to the local laws and regulations: the machine must be disconnected from all the power supply and drained
out all the liquid and detergent; This product is a special waste of WEEE type and is applicable to the new
environmental protection regulations.It must be separated from daily waste and sorted according to local laws..

5.1. Transportation and lifting of machines (including packaging)

During the lifting operation, the machine must be fixed safely to avoid the accident of turning over or
falling.When using forklifts to transport machinery, it must be carried out in a well-lit environment.
The machine is fixed to the wooden floor by the manufacturer when leaving the factory. It must be loaded onto the transport
vehicle with appropriate equipment (see EC Directive 89/392 and additional documents).Upon arrival at the destination, the equipment
must be loaded and unloaded using the same machine. The absorbent pick of the machine is packed with plastic protective film.When
using a forklift to move the machine, it must be operated together with the packing.During operation, care should be taken to avoid
machine collision and overturning.
5.2. Inspection of transportation process
When receiving the machine, please check whether the machine and packing are damaged during transit.If any damage is found
to the machine or packaging, please inform the shipper and fill out a claim for compensation.
5.3. Remove the packing
Important Note
When unpacking the machine, the operator must be equipped with the necessary tools (gloves, goggles, etc.)
to minimize the occurrence of accidents.
Please follow these steps to remove the machine:
Use scissors and pliers to cut open the plastic tape*
Remove the carton*
Remove the metal supports for fixing the machine from the wood floor according to the machine model*
Push the machine backward from the wooden floor using a ramp plate*
* Remove packaging for brushes and water-absorbent pickles
* Clean the surface of the machine according to safety rules
After removing the machine, the battery can be installed. If possible, please take care of the removed packaging materials so that the*
machine can be protected when it needs to be transported again or sent to the maintenance center for repair. Otherwise, please
dispose of the packaging according to local laws.

5.4. The machine may be equipped with two types of batteries
AGM/Colloidal battery: this type of battery is maintenation-free. The parameters of the battery must be within the range
specified in the technical specification of the machine. If the battery is too heavy, it will cause the machine to turn dangerously and
the motor to overheat.If the battery capacity is too small, the machine will be charged more frequently. The battery must be kept
charged regularly, the surface must be kept dry and clean, and the cable must be connected Make sure the connection is intact.

Battery model: The jumper switch for battery type setting is located behind the control panel (FIG. N), please move the jumper to make
the appropriate setting (ACID wet battery /GEL maint-free battery) according to the battery type selected.
