Attention!
Please check before installation if the products aren’t damaged.
Check the water tightness of the drain after connecting the waste pipe.
Never install damaged products.
The drainpipe must be installed in accordance to the DIN norm.
Increase the drainpipe from Ø40 mm to 50 mm after max 0,5 m or before a bend.*(step 5)
Slope of drainpipe +/-1%.
All the products with the following icon (such as cement grout remover, drain cleaner)
can not be used in combination with our drain.
Solvents, such as acetone, are not allowed.
Opgepast!
Controleer na aansluiting van de afvoerbuis de dichtheid van de douchegoot.
Gelieve het product voor de installatie te controleren op beschadigingen.
Beschadigde producten mogen niet geïnstalleerd worden.
De afvoerleiding moet in overeenstemming met de DIN normen geïnstalleerd worden.
Ten laatste na 0,5 meter van DN40 op DN50 overgaan of voor een bocht.*(stap 5)
De afvoerbuis moet een val hebben van +/-1%.
Alle producten met het volgend symbool (zoals cementsluier-verwijderaar,
ontstopper, ...) mogen niet in contact komen met onze drain.
Ook oplosmiddelen zoals aceton, ... mogen niet gebruikt worden!
The drainpipe must be connected directly and independently into the stack ≥ Ø 110 mm.
Always use a exible, tile adhesive (NEN EN 12004C2).
If under floor heating is being installed do not install the heating pipes within 25 cm of the drain.
The drain can never be installed under a wall (see drawing).
The waterproong (membrane or liquid) must overlap the pre-mounted*(step 10)
membrane(+/-13cm)completely. The wall has to be waterproofd for min. 10cm from the floor.
Steeds direct afvoeren naar de standleiding ≥Ø 110mm
Gebruik steeds exibele tegellijm NEN EN 12004C2.
Bij gebruik van een warmtebron, moet deze altijd 25cm van de drain zitten.
De drain mag niet onder de muur geplaatst worden. (zie tek.)
De voorverlijmde waterdichtingsdoeken moeten elkaar volledig overlappen.*(stap 10)
De wand moet steeds waterdicht zijn voor min. 10cm hoog vanaf de vloer.

Screw the outer screw part on the inner screw
part hand-tight xed.
Het buitenschroefdeel met ring (blauwe siliconen
ring) op het binnenschroefdeel draaien, goed
vastdraaien.

3Positioning and leveling of the Square drain.
De Square drain positioneren in de krimpvrije mortel en
waterpas stellen.
Connect Ø40 mm waste pipe. Increase the drain-
pipe from Ø40 mm to Ø50 mm.*
De Squaredrain aansluiten.
Schuifmof– afvoerbuis Ø40 mm– afvoerbuis Ø50
mm plaatsen.

Connecting earth wire.

Spread non-shrinking mortar.
Krimpvrije mortel aanbrengen.

Slope of drainpipe min 1% - max. 2,5%.
De afvoerbuis moet een val hebben van min. 1%
en max. 2,5%.

Installation / installatie
Specievloer aanbrengen afhellend (1 – 2%) naar
de drain toe.
Check for leaks and spread the waterproof
screed with a slope (1-2%) towards the drain.

MS Polymeerlijm aanbrengen op de volledige
rand van de Square drain rondom de tegelmal.
Spread MS polymer adhesive around the tile
mold, on the entire collar/board/ … of the Square
drain.

Tegelmal wegnemen.
Remove the tile mold.

Rooster plaatsen en controleren op de correcte
hoogte.
Install the grating in the drain and check the
correct height of the grating.

Vloertegels plaatsen tot tegen de tegelmal.
Spread of tile adhesive (EN 12004 C2) on the oor
and install the oor tiles, against the tile mold.

Emulsie aanbrengen voor een waterdichte mortel
(hechtchape) m.b.v. een lijmkam.
Spread an emulsion for a waterproong mortar
with a tile comb.

Installation / installatie
Rooster wegnemen. Bereken het aantal beno-
digde verhogingsblokjes. En plaats deze dan
eventueel.
Remove the grating and calculate the required
number of rising blocks.

Rooster plaatsen en afwerkingsvoeg aanbrengen.
Position the prole in the grating. And apply an
nishing joint.
Positioneringen voor het aanbrengen van de
verhogingsblokjes.
Positioning of the riser blocks to raise the frame.
