一、适用范围与用途 Application Scope and Purpose
电子式过载继电器适用于交流 50Hz/60Hz、额定电压至 690V、电流至 95A 的电路中，作三相交流
电动机的过载、断相和三相电流不平衡保护之用，能够与适当的交流接触器组合成电机起动器。
Electronic overload relays apply to the overload, open-phase and three-phase current unbalance
protection of three-phase AC motors in the circuit with the AC 50Hz/60Hz, the rated voltage to 690V
and the current to 95A; they can be used as motor starters with the appropriateAC contactors.

●整定电流刻度盘旋钮“1”，可进行调节。
The dial knob “1”of the setting current can be adjusted.
仅允许在箭头所示角度范围内旋转整定电流旋钮，否则会造成旋钮损坏。
Only rotate the setting current knob in the angle range indicated by the arrow; otherwise the knob will
be damaged.
●红色停止按钮“2” Red stop button “2”
1）主回路及外接电源通电情况下，按下按钮，NC 触头立马断开，NO 触头接通，松开按钮，NC 触头恢
复到原来的状态（停止用）。
In case the main circuit and the external power supply are connected, press the button to immediately
disconnect the NC contact; in case the NO contact is connected, NC contact reverts to its original state
(disabled) by releasing the button（for stop）.
2）仅外接电源通电情况下，按下按钮约 6-7s，NC 触头断开，NO 触头接通.(测试用)。
In case only the external power supply is connected, press the button for about 6-7s to disconnect the
NC contact and connect the NO contact (for test).
●绿色指示 LED 灯“3”，在正常使用中可指示继电器正常工作、 过载、缺相、相不平衡、锁定、脱扣状
态（具体见表 4）。

●复位按钮“4”可实现手动复位功能。可使 NC、NO 触头切换。
Reset button “4”for the manual reset function. To switch between NC and NO contacts.
●手自动转换拨码开关“5”，在箭头方向可使产品处于手动(M)或自动(A)复位的状态。
Manual/automatic transfer dial switch“5”, to make the product in the manual (M) or automatic (A) reset
status in the arrow direction.
1）处于自动复位状态时，产品在脱扣后120s 内会自动复位，LED 会重新亮起。
In the automatic reset status, the product can reset automatically within 120s after tripping and LED will
be on again.
2）处于手动复位状态时，脱扣后，产品保持脱扣后的状态，按下按钮 4后可使产品复位。
In the manual reset status, the product remains the tripped status after tripping and press the button 4
to reset the product.
四、工作环境 Operating Environment
4.1 环境温度： 储存-40℃~+70℃；运行-25℃～+60℃，24h 的平均值不超过+35℃，环境温度低于-25℃
使用时，用户应与制造厂协商。
Ambient temperature: Storage: -40℃~+70℃; operating: -25℃~+60℃, the average within 24 h shall
not exceed +35℃; the user shall negotiate with the factory in case the ambient temperature is lower
than -25℃.
4.2 海拔：安装地点的海拔不超过 3000m。
