Application
Digital intercom is network communication system designed for harsh environments and work site with strong EMI, like
port, power plant, mining, chemical plant, hoisting machinery, railway tunnel, Steel and Iron Works, etc.
Main functions and features
• System uses two-wire non-shielded cable, each core diameter not less than 1.5mm ^ 2, easy and convenient netting.
• Using advanced OFDM jamming technology, electromagnetic compatibility and anti-jamming capability;
• PCM digital processing technology, using lossless data compression, and no sound quality loss, clear coax bright,
maintaining original characteristics of the sound quality;
• Any phone can broadcast calls for the entire region, while supporting three-way calling / broadcasting, fast and
convenient, multipurpose of one station;
• Supports point-to-point, cascade, distributed network connection;
• The radio volume can be adjusted according to circumstances at the scene and the actual needs;
• Operating voltage DC24V, centralized power supply system power system power supply AC110V ± 10% or AC220V ±
10%,System power supply equipped with a dedicated backup power supply (DC24V battery) terminals, it can
automatically switch between main power and backup power;
• Indoor station integrates telephones and speaker, new appearance, simple structure, easy installation and use;

System formation and function
• System：Indoor station DT001、Outdoor station DT002、Driver’s room station DT003、Power DT004
•Indoor station Model：DT001
Built in 8Ω5W loudspeaker, can be broadcasting and calling in 20 square meter with low noise room，if the room more
than 20 square meter, external YH102A( 8Ω 10W) loud speaker is also available. Broadcasting, calling, communication
can through the handle, push the button in the handle when broadcasting, calling and communication, off the button, the
other side off hook, then can talk
• Outdoor station Model：DT002
Waterproof, no built-in speaker, comes with external YH102A ( 8Ω 10W) loudspeaker. And the 8Ω5W built-in speaker is
optional. Broadcasting, calling, communication can through the handle, push the botton in the handle when broadcasting,
calling and communication, off the button, the other side off hook, then can talk.
• Driver’s room station Model：DT003
1- Built-in 8Ω 5W speaker，meet the requirement of dialing and calling on the driver from other party. Driver can make
the external broadcast, calling through the handle. Pressing the middle button of the handle when broadcasting. Finshing
the broadcasting, loose the button. When other people offhooks, the calling is reached.
2- Standard configuration Attachment:
1) external YH25-3 (8Ω 25W) horn speakers for external regional radio call.
2) each one of gooseneck microphone SED + Pedal switch TFS for the drivers to reach the broadcast and
conversation through the foot operation( additional pedal switch is optional for the communication between
gooseneck mircophone and other handles).
3- other optional accessories:
1) handheld microphone SS-C used for the broadcasting calling (can replace the gooseneck microphone SED +
pedal switch)
2) Deskside microphone SE-C for the broadcast call / speakerphone(can replace the gooseneck microphone SED
+ pedal switch).
3) The alarm output control uses pedal switch TFS.

• Power Model：DT004
1. Major power input：AC110V / AC220V；output：DC24V，6.5A.
2. With a spare power connector can be connected to the 24V battery, battery maximum current is not less than 5A.
AC priority, a main power failure, automatically switches to standby power;, automatically switch to the main
power supply when the main power is restored. AC priority. Using backup battery power supply, when the battery
voltage is below 20V, the system stops working, in order to protect the battery.
3. Customer configure the spare battery by themselves or authorizes the factory to configure. DT004 has no charge
fucntion.
. Note：Choose the proper waterproof coil specs according to the cable specs: M20X1.5 or M25X1.5.
Installation
1. Prior to installation, it is recommonded to fix the two screws at the top and than ajust the two mounting feet at the
bottom according to the flatness of the mouting surface.
It is recommoned to add the rubber pad to amend the flatness when installation in order to avoid the deformation of
the chassis because of the unflatness of the mounting surface, moreover, affect the usage. Especially the normal
close of the outdoor chassis will affect the IP protection level.
2. The system bus uses a single core no less than 1.5mm ^ 2 two-core non-shielded wire power supply and signal
transmission. Under special circumstances, if use shielded wire, need shield layer to be vacant to avoid signal
attenuation.
3. DT001 and DT002 has the same wiring board terminals, No. 1,3 internal parallel connectivity, No. 2,4 internal
parallel connectivity.
4. DT003 wiring board is inside the metal chassis, the microphone should use shielded cable and correctly connect the
shield layer, or may affect the call quality (refer to the wiring diagram).
5. DT004 power cable adapt nonpolarized design, +24 V-marked make the maintanence easily, the output is only one
pair of terminals, just need an external extension to achieve multiple outputs.
Working status indicator
• Red indicator: power supply is normal working, this indicator is lit.
• Green indicator: 1) handle offhook or a call; 2)Step the pedal switch of the communication of the gooseneck
microphone, this light is on.
•Yellow broadcast Indicator: When system Broadcast, the broadcast light of all the phones flashes
Use and debug instruction
•Broadcast function
1.
Under the normal standby of the system, any of calling phone can broadcast by press the button in the middle of the
handle, the indicator lights on the phone panel of all the phones in the system is lit. Meanwhile, all of the speakers
(except the calling phone) broadcast. If want to communicate with a certain people, you can directly broadcast the
called one. When the called hear this ,he can choose the closest phone to respond by the offhook. When the calling
loose the broadcast button, the conservation will be normal. After talking, onhook, restor the standby.

The system supports up to tripartite online at the same time call / broadcast, the fourth side hooks, the phone
prompts busy tone,can not to join the call / broadcast.
3. The priority of broadcasting independent channel of the cab phone (gooseneck) mircrophone is unstricted.
Regardless of the order of off-hook, it can reach the broadcast/calling although 3 parties are online. Channel is
independent but can be a network for other 3 party online broadcasting/calling, reaching the interoperability.
4. For the driver’s room station, besides reaching the broadcast, talk by the handle, the gooseneck microphone and
pedal switch is convenient for the driver’s foot operation. Step the switch, gooseneck microphone broadcast to the
whole region, the external built speakers of driver’s room and all other speakers of the phones ring. The called
responds by offhooking. And step the switch to talk status, the speaker will respond the talk content.
5. The priority of one-way alarm output independent channel of the cab phone is unlimited (customized). Regardless
of the off-hook order, it can achieve alarm output although 3 parties are online.

When the cab phone outputs the alarm ( customized), the louderspeaker inside the cab does not ring, but the
loudspeaker outside the cab rings. At this time, the phone compatiable with other phones start broadcast/calling.
Alarm sound does not stop. The broadcasting content and alarm output simultaneously, meet the emergency
requirement.
• Volum adjustability
1. Remover the connection cover( see the volume adjust figure), you will see the potentiometer, adjust the volume
button with a screwdriver.
2. Clockwise adjust OUTDOOR potentiometer, the sound of the speaker strengthen, the volume of the reverse
direction dimish. Clockwise adjust INDOOR potentiometer, the sound of the speaker strengthen, the volume of the
reverse direction dimish.

SE-C usage instruction：
Switch SE-C to “ broadcast” position, can broadcast
call tothe system through the gooseneck microphone.
Switch SE-C to “ communication” position, can communicate
withother phones. The voice is spred out through the built-in 5W loudspeaker
(volume adjusable)
When Cab station receives other phone’s calling, could switch to “broadcast”
or “communication”, to do the speech communication.”
Note：
Please switch to “OFF” for closing the mircophone in
order to avoid the leakage of the cab’s sound when SE-C is
not used.
•The part of material of products is PC( like lamp cover and lamp shell ), so it cannot direct or indirect touch the organic solvent, such as
industrial alcohol, banana oil, isopropyl alcohol, carbon tetrachloride, cyclohexanone and so on, otherwise, the product will be corroision.
