Dear User:
When you are using the built-in lithium-ion or lithium polymer battery as the power supply for the machine,
following situations probably occur if the battery gets low after use for a period of time:
1. Screen flickers or flashes, black screen;
2. Disc jammed and system halted, buttons acts no response.
Please turn off the machine and charge it promptly, or you may use the attached adapter as a power supply!

Thank you for purchasing this product! Please read the Operation Instructions, and save it for future
reference.
1: As the machine is equipped with laser system, you need to read the Operation Instructions thoroughly to use
this apparatus properly. If the maintenance is required, please contact with your distributor or our technical
service center. See Failure Analysis and Settlement for more details. Do not open the cabinet to prevent direct
exposure to laser radiation. Visible laser radiation emits when open the cabinet.
2: To prevent electric shock, please match wide blade of plug to wide slot fully insert.
3: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this machine to rain or moisture.
4: The machine shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with liquid such as vases,
shall be placed on the apparatus.
5: The built-in lithium-ion or lithium polymer battery shall not be replaced at your own discretion, as it may
explode if improperly replaced; replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by the
manufacturer.
WARNING: Any changes, modifications and dismantles to the machine shall not be permitted without the
approval of authorized units, and no after-sales services will be provided by Company.

●Safety Instructions
1. Read these instructions: All the safety and operating instructions should be read carefully after buying of
this product.
2. Video Disc: Do not play the broken, distorted or repaired video disc in the machine, as such disc will
cause breakdown, to the laser head, thereby reducing the reading capacity.
3. Repair: Do not attempt to dissemble the machine, as the high voltage circuit inside may cause the electric
shock; all repairs shall be entrusted to the professional personnel.
4. Water & Damp Proofing: The machine shall not be operated near water and moisture, such as bathroom,
laundry tub, humid basement, swimming pool, etc.
5. Ventilation: To ensure reliable operation of the machine, place it in a ventilated environment, prevent
overheating; do not place it on the bed, sofa, fabric or other similar materials, so that the vents will not be
blocked.
6. Heat Source: Do not place the apparatus in a place subject to direct sunlight or extreme heat, such as unit
heater, fireplace.
7. Please adjust the volume to appropriative level when using a headset, as listening to music by high volume
for long time may attribute to the hearing impairment.
8. Do not stare at the laser beam, as it harms the eyes.
9. Do not touch the machine when your hands are wet, or otherwise cause electric shock.
10. Grasp the plug when unplugging the power plug, or otherwise create an electric shock.
11. Please place the machine to horizontal ground, and never place heavy objects on top of it.
12. Keep the machine running in standby mode when it is not in use; if not used for long time, please turn off
the power, and unplug the AC adapter from the wall.

●Button Definition
Operating Panel Button Definition,Please be subject to the actual products if anything different。
1. VOL-/VOL+ Button: press this button to decrease or increase volume;
2. ▲Button: press it to play the previous song in the DVD play mode; channel up (CH+) in TV mode; and
also can be used move up in the DVD/TV/AV function setup mode.
3. ▼Button: press it to play the next song in the DVD play mode; channel down (CH-) in TV mode; and also
can be used move down in the DVD/TV/AV function setup mode.
4. ◄Button: it is used for Fast Backward in the DVD play mode; and also can be used to move left in the
DVD/TV/AV function setup mode;
5. ►Button: it is used for Fast Forward in the DVD play mode; and also can be used to move right in the
DVD/TV/AV function setup mode;
6. OK: press this button to confirm the selection. It also can be used for playback confirmation.
7. PLAY/PAUSE: press this button to play, and press it again to pause the play;
8. STOP: press this button for temporarily pause (resume playback by pressing PLAY button); press the
button twice to stop play;
9. SETUP: press this button to enter DVD/TV/AV system function setup mode, and then press it again to exit
the mode;
10. DVD/TV/AV: press this button to switch the system mode, available for DVD/TV/AV work
modes(OPTIONAL);
11. DVD/SD/USB: press this button to switch the system mode, available for DVD/SD/USB work modes;
12. MENU: Press this button for DVD menu play mode.
13. AUDIO: Select the audio channels (depends on discs) in DVD menu play mode.

●Accessories
Before using your new portable DVD player, you should unpack the contents of the box and check to
make sure everything is present and undamaged. If any items are missing or damaged, contact the seller
immediately.

●Getting started(Preparation)
1. Open the player and peel the protective plastic cover from the screen.
2. Open the disc receptacle by pressing the OPEN button, remove the paper laser protector, and then
close the receptacle.
3. Pull the plastic tab out of the battery slot on the remote.
4. Connect to a wall socket, and the other end to the DC IN jack on the side of the player.
Note: Battery is charged approximately 60% before they are shipped. The battery should be charged for
at least 6 hours before first use. The lifetime of the battery is about 300 re-charges.
●Precautions
Use of Discs
zPlease hold the discs by the outer edge, do not touch the surface, so as to avoid damage to the surface
digital signals.
zDo not place the discs in a place subject to direct sunlight or extreme heat;
zProtect the discs properly after playing;
Cleaning Discs
●Clean the discs by using a clean cotton fabric in a straight line from the center of the disc toward the
outer edge.
●Do not use the organic solvent such as volatile gasoline and thinner, to clean discs.

●Operating the Player
★ Turning the player On and Off
Once the battery is fully charged or the player is attached to a power outlet with the power adapter, turn the
player on by sliding the POWER switch on the side of the player to the appropriate position. Once startup, it
will access the DVD startup screen. Power LED lamp flickers on startup, and no flickering when power off;
★ Adjusting the Volume
Press the volume key on the remote or button on the panel to set the appropriate volume for speaker and
headphones.
★ Using Earphone
To listen to the audio with earphone plug it into the earphone jack on the right side of the player. The
speakers will mute when headphone is plugged in.
★DVD Mode Play
1. Press the DVD/TV/AV button on the panel or MODE key on the remote to switch to the DVD mode.
2. Press the OPEN button to open the receptacle.
3. Snap the disc onto the spindle in the center.
4. Close the receptacle cover, the player will begin to play the disc automatically.
Note: Remove the laser head protective shield for the first time use.

★ISDB Mode Play
1. Press the DVD/TV/AV button on the panel or MODE key on the remote to switch to the ISDB mode.
2. Insert the antenna (included in your package) or cable TV into ANT port.
3. Press the SETUP button on the panel or SETUP key on the remote, select the item Channel Scan, press
OK key to search the ISDB program automatically.
For more detail setting, please refer to “ISDB Setup Menu”
★AV IN Mode Play
1. Press the DVD/TV/AV button on the panel or MODE key on the remote to switch to the AV mode.
2. Insert A/V Connector (included in your package) into the AV IN port.
3. Connect the lines by referring to the following diagram, and you may use the product as AV display after
input the video/audio.

from AV IN port when switch to the DVD mode or ISDB mode if you don’t need to output this
video/audio to other video/audio system!
2: The volume is set up as default and can’t be adjusted.

You can connect your audio/video directly to a television and/or stereo system for the highest audio
and video quality.

★ Charge
Connect the adaptor and charge for the built-in battery of the machine; the charging lamp is red. When the
battery is full charged, the lamp turns to green.
★ Discharge
The built-in batteries will automatically discharge for the machine if there’s no AC adaptor.
Note: If the machine only uses the built-in battery for discharging playback, it will automatically detect to
power off, enter protection mode and cannot startup when the battery is in low state; if you need to restart
the machine for playback, please just connect the AC adaptor, turn off the power switch and then reboot
it, the machine can play normally after startup.
★Play VIDEO/AUDIO/PHOTO files in U disk/Card Device
1. Insert the U disk/Card device into the player USB/Card interface when in DVD mode;
2. If there’s no disc in the tray, the player will automatically detect the USB/Card device, and play its inside
files first.
★Play Games
Put the Game disc into the player and insert the game handle into the game ports in DVD mode, after read out
the disc, you can select a game in the list by pressing the number key on remote to play with the game handle.

Precautions in Use of Remote Control
1. Place the battery correctly as the positive (+)
and negative (-) terminals marked;
2. Do not use rechargeable batteries for your
remote control; the different brands and types
batteries, or the new and old batteries shall be
not mix-used for the set;
3. Remove the batteries from the remote control
unit whenever it is not to be used for a long
time, to prevent the remote control being
damaged from the leakage of battery
electrolyte;
4. Never attempt to beat the remote control, and
keep it away from high temperature and
moisture;
5. When using the remote control, hold it within
7m and 30-degree angle-off from the machine
would be the best; the batteries are in low level
if the remote control only response by holding
it close enough to the machine and you shall
replace the batteries for the same size.

TITLE Press to return to Main menu of the disc.
ANGLE Changes the filming angle when playing back a multi-angle DVD.
SUBTITLE Cycles through the available subtitles on a multi-subtitle DVD/acts as copy function for CD
ripping when playing CD disc.
REPEAT Cycles through the available repeat modes.
MODE switch the system mode, available for DVD/TV/AV work modes
SETUP Press to bring up the Setup menu

Press SETUP to call the Setup Menu in DVD mode;

1. TV Display: Enter this option, user can set screen display format (Nomal/PS,Nomal/LB,Wide)
2. Angle Mark: set the angle during playback. Optional setting: ON, OFF, The default is: ON
3. OSD Lang: set OSD menu language for DVD mode (English, French, German, etc).Default is: English
4. Captions: set the caption. Optional setting: ON/ OFF, The default is: OFF
5. Screen Saver: set whether to activate the screen saver function. The default is ON.
6. HDCD: Optional setting: Off/1X/2X, the default is: 1X.
7. Last Memory: set whether to activate the Last Memory playing function. The default is ON.

1. Sharpness: Tunable (Low, Medium, High)

●. Preference Setup menu(It is available when there is no disc or stop playing)
1. TV Type: set the DVD video system, Optional setting: PAL /Auto/NTSC , Default is NTSC.
2. Audio: Audio language setting: English, French, Spanish. etc..
3. Subtitle: Audio language setting: English, French, Spanish. etc..
4. Disc Menu: Disc menu language setting: English, French, Spanish. etc..
5. Parental: parental setting: 1. KID SAFE; 2. G; 3. PG; 4. PG13; 5. PG-R; 6. R; 7. NC-17 8. ADULT
Note: Password needs to be set accurate.
6. Password: change the password, default password is 136900.
7. Default: Select RESET, press OK button and the DVD system will restore to the factory defaults.

●Symptom and Correction
* Failed to Play
1. Check to make sure that the disc is properly placed;
2. Place the disc on the disc tray with the playback side down;
3. Clean the disc if there’s dirt on disc;
4. Check to see if the disc is broken, distorted or scratched;
5. Check to see if the disc format supports for playback mode;
* Failed to Respond to Remote Control
1. Remove the obstacles between remote control and unit;
2. Aim remote control at the sensor on the front panel;
3. Check battery and replace them if necessary;
* Failed to Play SD/MS/MMC Card or USB
1. Check to make sure that the SD/MS/MMC Card or USB is fully and accurately inserted and in place,
yet its socket contact is in good condition;
2. Whether its stored file format is supported by the unit, and correctly operated;
* Failed to Startup
1. Check to see if the switch is toggled at the ON position;
2. Whether it is caused due to the low battery level, and unit automatically run the detections to power
off.
* Picture Rolling or No Color
1. Be sure the outlet AV line is correctly connected, and its plug is inserted in place;
2. Make sure the Color System of this unit conforms to the set, and select the appropriate color system;
* Screen Mess, Disc Jamming and Halted, Buttons No Respond
1. Check to make sure that this problem is caused due to scratched, dirt and distorted of disc;
2. Or whether caused due to low battery;
3. Please restart the unit and operate the unit as the normal way.
