Safety Information
General Warning
• Your robot is not a toy. Small children and pets should be supervised when your robot is operating.
• Do not sit or stand on your robot or charging station.
• Do not use unauthorized chargers. Use of an unauthorized charger could cause the battery to
generate heat, smoke, catch fire, or explode.
• Your robot comes with a region approved power supply cord and is designed to be plugged into a
standard household AC power outlet only. Do not use any other power supply cord. For replacement
cords, please contact Customer Support to ensure proper selection of country specific power supply cord.
• Do not open your robot or charging station. There are no user serviceable parts inside.Refer servicing to
qualified service personnel.
• Risk of electric shock, use indoors in dry location only.
• Do not handle your robot or charging station with wet hands.
• Store and operate your robot in room temperature environments only.
• If the room to be cleaned contains a balcony, a physical barrier should be used to prevent access
to the balcony and ensure safe operation.

Battery & Charging Warnings
• Do not use a charging station with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord or plug is damaged, it must be replaced.
• Always disconnect your robot from the charging station before maintenance.
• Charge your robot only with the power supply provided. The provided power supply delivers safety extra low
voltage corresponding to the input marking on the robot which is required to maintain safe operation.
• Do not open, crush, heat above 176°F/80°C, or incinerate. Follow manufacturer’s instructions.
• Do not short-circuit the battery by allowing metal objects to contact battery terminals or immerse in liquid.
• Do not subject batteries to mechanical shock.
Cautions
• Do not operate the robot in areas with exposed electrical outlets in the floor.
• If the device passes over a power cord and drags it, there is a chance an object could be pulled off a table or
shelf. Before using this device, pick up objects like clothing, loose papers, pull cords for blinds or curtains, power
cords, and any fragile objects.
• Be aware that the robot moves on its own. Take care when walking in the area that the robot is operating in to
avoid stepping on it.
• Do not use this device to pick up sharp objects, glass, or anything that is burning or smoking.

The dust bag is full and the light is always on. The dust bag is not installed correctly, the light flashes.
In the dust collection, the light flashes.
More than 50% of electricity, two lights are always on, less than or equal to 50%, one light is always on.

1. Get Ready
To start, you'll need your robot, self-emptying dustbin. Set other accessories aside for later.
2. Position the Self-Emptying Dustbin
• Place self-emptying dustbin near an outlet in an area with good Wifi-coverage.
• The Dustbin should be placed on flat ground more than 6cm/2.4inch away from the wall.

3. Plug in
4. Remove the Limit Bar
• Ensure there is a space of more than 1.2m/4ft at the
front, and more than 0.5m/1.6ft on both sides of the
dustbin.
Plug the power cord into the wall. Wrap the cord back so
it won't get in the way of the robot as it comes and goes.
Put the robot on the flat indoor ground, and remove the
protection device of limit bar at both ends of the front
bumper.
Note: Do not place the charging station under direct
sunlight.

5. Wake up NoMo N2
Note: Fully charge the robot before starting cleaning.
• Before starting the cleaning, tidy away the wires and articles
on the ground to avoid damage caused by winding, dragging
and hitting during cleaning.
• It is suggested to start the robot at the self-emptying dustbin.
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to start the robot,and then short press the button to make the robot
recharge automatically. The robot enters the ready state once fully charged.
• When the battery is low during the cleaning, the robot
will automatically return to the self-emptying dustbin for
charging, and automatically return to the interrupted
place to continue cleaning when the battery is full.
6. App Setup
Scan the QR code below, or search for "Neabot" in the mobile
App store to download the App.
(Please do not download the "Neabot Home" APP)

7. WiFi Connection
1. The phone is connected to WiFi.
(Doesn’t support 5GHz)
2. Register and login to the account, add device on the
home page.
3. Long press the buttons and for 3 seconds
to enter the network configuration.
4. Select the connected WiFi of the phone and enter the
WiFi password.
6. Back to the App and wait 1-2 minutes to complete
the connection. (at this time Neabot will
flash blue light quickly)
5. Go to the mobile phone WLAN list and switch your
WiFi to Neabot hotspot.
(displays as neabot_xxx_xxx)
Note: Due to the upgrade and update of the mobile APP, the actual operation may be slightly different from the above
description. Please follow the instructions in the current mobile APP.

On/Off/Pause
• Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on the machine; The power indicator flashes slowly in white, and changes
to a steady blue light after 5 seconds, and then the robot enters the standby state; Short press the button to clean all; or press
and hold the button for 3 seconds to start the spot cleaning.
• When the robot is still, press the button for 3 seconds to turn off the machine. The power indicator flashes blue quickly and
will go out after 5 seconds.
• In the process of cleaning, short press the button , then the robot will pause.
• If the robot is still and has not operated for more than 20 minutes, it will enter the hibernate state. In the hibernate state, you
can give any button a brief press to wake up the machine.
Note: During charging, the robot cannot be turned off.

8. Cleaning
Add Water to the Water Tank or Clean the Mop
Cloth Mid Way
• Short press this button , the robot will pause, remove
the mopping module, after adding water or cleaning the
mop, reinstall the mopping module, short press this button
again to continue cleaning.
Set the Cleaning Mode
• The machine is the standard mode by default; After it is
connected with App, you can select more modes in the App.
Failure State
• When the robot is abnormal. it will give a voice prompt and the
power indicator will blink in orange. Please refer to "Trouble-
shooting" for solutions.
• When there is no operation for 10 minutes under the failure
state, the robot will hibernate automatically.
• When the machine runs abnormally, the power indicator will
blink in orange, and the machine does when some faults occur.
Please refer to the table below for a solution.
Automatic Recharge/Manual Recharge
• When the battery is low during cleaning, or when the
cleaning is finished, the robot will automatically recharge.
• During cleaning, short press the button , then the robot
will return to the self-emptying dustbin to recharge.

machine back to the self-emptying dustbin for
