Quick Start Guide
1Plug in the charging base
Place the base 3 feet from any corner and
make sure there is space in front of the
charging base for the Neato XV-11 to
dock.
2Charge your Neato XV-11
The light around the START button will
light up when charging. When it is solid
green, it’s ready to clean.
3Press START
This will wake up the Neato XV-11.
Press START once more to vacuum your floors.

Empty the dirt bin

For best performance, empty the dirt bin after each cleaning cycle.

shows the vacuum’s status:
Status light
color Meaning
Solid green Fully charged and ready to clean
Pulsing green Charging, but ready to clean
Pulsing amber Charging, can’t clean yet
Solid amber Error, see vacuum’s LCD screen
