Push lock lever
down to lock.
Pull lock lever
up to unlock.
To recline chair back: Push button located on the inside of chair
arm, and push back against the chair back. When the desired position
is reached, release the button.
To return chair back to full upright position: Push the button and lean
forward. When the chair back stops, release the button.
Push button in
to recline.
To extend footrest: While seated in the chair, pull the lever back to
extend the footrest.
To retract footrest: Return the chair back to the upright position. Apply
downward pressure on the footrest with your legs, while at the same
time moving the lever forward to the retracted position. Continue
applying pressure on the footrest until the lever is in the full retracted
position.
Push down
to retract.
Pull lever
to extend.

Failing to follow instructions and warnings could cause an
unstable situation resulting in a fall, serious injury or death.
This product is not intended for patient transport. Transporting a
patient in the chair may result in a patient fall, causing injury.
Casters must be LOCKED at all times, except when moving chair.
Unlocked casters may allow unintended movement causing injury.
DO NOT move chair by tilting on two wheels.
Keep casters free from debris to ensure proper functioning.
DO NOT put hands, feet, or clothing into the opening between chair
seat and back or arms when changing recline position.
STAY CLEAR of reclining mechanism. Failure to do so may result in a
pinch hazard and possible injury.
DO NOT exit or enter the chair unless the back is upright and arms are
in their down position.
Allow enough room behind chair before reclining the chair. CLEAR
SPACE around the chair before extending footrest or reclining back.
Clear area under footrest when returning footrest to retracted position.
DO NOT put hands, feet, or clothing into opening between seat and
footrest when changing footrest positions.
DO NOT exit or enter the chair unless the footrest is completely
retracted.
ALWAYS close the footrest when not in use.
DO NOT sit on the footrest when fully elevated to avoid a collapse,
which may result in a fall.
NEVER allow children to play on chair or operate chair mechanisms.
If footrest is not retracted completely, the footrest may extend
unexpectedly causing injury.
Care & Maintenance:
With proper care, Nemscho furniture will provide years of superior

ensure that it is structurally intact and functioning properly. Replace
damaged or broken parts, tighten loose fasteners, and lubricate
mechanisms in accordance with maintenance protocol.
