BEFOREYOUUSENEOYOUENA
1. Remove Top Cover (d) from the Main Body (h).
2. Fill Water Tank (j) with clean tap water to no higher than Maximum Water Level (f) but over Minimum Water Level
(i).
3. Add 2 to 3 drops of essential oil to the water.
4. Replace Top Cover (d).
HOWTOUSENEOYOUENA
1. Plug the USB end of the power cord into the USB interface of your computer (or a standard Car Power Adaptor a
standard AC Adaptor). Then attach the other end into DC Power Jack (k).
2. Continuous Misting Mode:
Press Power Button (c) once, the LED Indicator (a) will indicate lit for power on and the unit starts misting
continuously. NeoYou ENA will automatically turn off in 3 hours.
3. Interval Misting Mode:
Press Power Button (c) again, the LED Indicator (a) is still lit and the unit starts misting at an interval of 30 seconds
on and 30 seconds off. NeoYou ENA will automatically turn off in 6 hours.
4. Press Light Button (B) once to turn on rotating color-changing LED lights; press button again to fix light on desired
colour. Press button again to turn off light.
IMPORTANTNEOYOUENATIPS
1. The amount of mist gradually increases as the water goes down from Maximum Water Level. However, when the
water goes down to close to Minimum Water Level, the amount of mist begins decreasing. Once the water gets to
Minimum Water Level, the mist will be off automatically and LED indicator goes off.
2. Make sure water in the tank is no higher than Maximum Water Level but over Minimum Water Level.

1.TurnoffNeoYouENAandunplugtheadaptor.
2. Remove the top cover.
3.Emptywaterfromthetank.Donotemptywaterfromtheairoutletside.
4. Use a soft cloth or clean swab to clean NeoYou ENA’s tank and transducer. Transducer should be kept clean of
mineral deposits and other debris for optimal misting. Never use any sharp objects to clean transducer.
NEOYOU ENA TROUBLESHOOTING
SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
No power The USB power cord is not properly plugged in at (k).
Plug in the cord correctly.
The control button is not depressed. Depress the button again.
No mist No water or too little water in the water tank. Fill water tank (j) to max water level but
make sure not be over min water level
Reduced or
almost no mist
when water
tank (j) is full
The transducer is dirty. Clean the transducer (g).
Water is higher than the max water level (f). Pour out the excess water.
Besides above two reasons, confirm if you can hear
the sound of fan operating and see if the vent is
obstructed.
Remove any obstacle on the vent
WARNINGSFORNEOYOUENA
Only use the USB power cord (or the car adaptor) supplied with NeoYou ENA.
Use only as described in this manual. To reduce the risk of electric shock, DO NOT ATTEMPT to service NeoYou ENA
in any way other than as described in the “MAINTENANCE” section of this manual.
Always turn off and unplug NeoYou ENA during maintenance or when not in use.
When moving the NeoYou ENA, hold the main body base View diagram ~ (h).
To prevent damage to the transducer, do not use water hotter than 55°C.
To prevent housing damage, do not leave NeoYou ENA inside a hot car that is more than 55°C in the car cabin.
To prevent clogging and damage to the transducer, always use clean water.
Do not move or shake NeoYou ENA during operation.
Do not try to remove any parts of NeoYou ENA during operation.
Do not move or tilt NeoYou ENA during operation.
Do not pour water or other liquid into the air outlet vent. View diagram ~ (I).
Do not touch the highly sensitive transducer View diagram (g) with bare fingers, or scrap it with metal tools
(otherwise mist output may be reduced).
Remove any liquid in the water tank view diagram (j) after each use.
Do not attempt to repair NeoYou ENA yourself as you will void NeoYou warranty.
Always keep NeoYou ENA out of reach of small children and pets.
