2.0 TRANSMITTER SETTING STEPS
傳送器設定操作步驟說明
磁力式液位傳送器組裝 LCD 顯示。
逆時針方向轉開顯示器上蓋。

Please take off the cover of D-1000.

Please use the screwdriver to loosen the screws from the LCD plate.

Lift the LCD plate, confirm the transmitter and wires in the inner housing.

使用螺絲起子鬆開 LCD 面板左右兩側的螺絲。
鬆開螺絲後，掀開
LCD 面板，確認 Zero/Span/Light/Wire Connector
的位置。

傳送器設定操作步驟說明
輕輕取下 Wire Connector 連接客戶端的接線。

Take out of the Wire Connector lightly, and connect with your wires
by customer.

Finished the connection, put it back to the on the original position.
接線完成後，將 Wire Connector 放回原來的位置。

Red light on means the connection is ok, and the LCD display what the
level position is.
紅燈亮表示接線正常。 LCD 面板顯示目前液位。

When the color of strips are all white, the level is ZERO.
Please use the screwdriver to adjust the “zero point” on the transmitter,
then the LCD plate will display “0000.0 inch”.
液位計指示面板顯示白色時，表示無液位。請使用螺絲起子
調整傳送器上的
zero，LCD 面板即顯示 “0000.0 inch”。

When the level on the top, please use the screwdriver to adjust the
“Span point” on the transmitter, then the LCD plate will display
“0060.0 inch”. (the length in the figure is only for example)
當液位至頂點時，請使用螺絲起子調整傳送器上的 span，
LCD
面板即顯示 “0060.0 inch”。( 此數值及單位儘供參考，
依客戶需求而定
)
