NOTE: Some Items Come with Rust Resistant Coating

03 Align the mounting holes on the Side Cover with the threaded hole on the recliner plate. Bolt through
and secure with 1 x M5 Screw. Once assembled insert Plastic Cap.
04 For the following steps it is recommended to lay the chair in a at surface as shown in the picture to
get access to underneath the chair.
01 Align the holes on the Arm Rests with the threaded inserts on the bottom of the Seat Base. Bolt
through and secure with 8 x M8 25mm Bolts and Washers.
02 Align the mounting holes on the Seat Backrest with the mounting holes on the Seat Base recliner
plates. Bolt through and secure with 4 x M8 25mm Bolts and Washers.

PARTS: • 1 x Frog Mechanism • 4 x M8 20mm Bolts and Washers PARTS: • 1 x Star Base • 5 x Castor Wheels

07 Flip the Star Base and Wheels assembly to the upright position. Install the wider end of the Gas Strut
into the Star Base Assembly. Place the Gas Strut cover over the top of the Gas Strut.
08 Install the narrow end of the Gas Strut into the Frog Mechanism by pushing into the mounting hole.
05 Align the mounting holes on the Frog Mechanism with the threaded inserts on the bottom of the Seat
Base. Bolt through and secure with 4 x M8 Bolts and Washers.
06 Install 5 x Castor Wheels in the Star Base. Push until the Castor Wheels lock in place.

NOTE: Tighten the bolts in an X pattern to
avoid cross threading.
NOTE: Place the Star Base upside down on a
at surface before installation.
