Very Important Instruction before use the machine
Once we assembled the lift and fill out the oil tank with hydraulic oil then we must adjust
the lift to make sure that all the cylinders have oil and without air inside. Please follow my
below steps:
1. Please check the below two pictures which show you the control panel of the lift. There
are buttons for lift up/down and buttons for lift platform adjustment if the two platforms
are not at the same level----Debug button A and 1,2,3,4.

2. Operation without the car:
(1) Press “up” to make the lift goes up to middle height around 1200mm.
(2) Press “A”+“1” together to make left platform goes up around 5cm.
(3) Press “A”+“2” together to make the right platform go up to same level as
left platform.
(4) Press “A”+“1” together to make left platform go up around 5cm.
(5) Press “A” +“2” together to make the right platform go up to same level as
left platform.
(6) Press “A” +“3” together to make the left platform go down around 5cm.
(7) Press “A” +“4” together to make the right platform go down to same level
as left platform.
(8) Press “A” +“3” together to make the left platform go down around 5cm.
(9) Press “A” +“4” together to make the right platform go down to same level
as left platform.
(10) Press “up”and “Down”to check if the two platforms are at the same level.
If it is then we can drive car onto it. Otherwise we must repeat steps from (1)
to (10).
Only by this way the lift will works well and no cylinder damage.
If we directly lift car and down without above
adjustment the cylinder will broke!

1. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The hydraulic system is installed in the control box, the pump (see fig.5) presents
immediately when opening the front cover of control box.
See fig.6-1 connection diagram of motor, integrate block, valve and cylinder, fig. 6-2
hydraulic system principle diagram, adjust “throttle” could alter lowering speed,
adjust “slipping valve” could alter system pressure (regulated before leave factory)
and loading capacity (within rated oil pressure 22Mpa).

Note:
1．If you press the UP button there will be oil out from the main oil valve
maybe 14. This one should connect with C.
2．Then for other two Oil valve maybe 12 and 13 you can connect with A or B as
you wants randomly!
3．Then for the pipe from the cylinder just connected as below:
1-----4-----C--------------Mail Oil valve-----14
2-----6-----B -------------Oil valve-----------13
3-----5-----A ------- ------Oil valve-----------12
