Writing
Offset
Values
Since
the
sensors
of
the
lens
plates
and
lenses
are
not
fixed,
they
may
not
be
positioned
correctly.
Therefore,
the
amount
of
dislocation,
a
offset
value,
must
be
written
to
the
test
program
to
make
that
program
correct
the
position
of
the
lens
plates
and
lenses.
Offset
values
are
written
to
the
memory
EEPROM.
To
write
offset
values,
perform
fine
adjustment
of
the
position
of
the
lens
plates
and
lenses
in
pulse
mode
[FAR2],
then
complete
the
following
steps.
You
may
not
write
compensation
values
without
doing
fine
adjustment.
Since
the
displayed
offset
values
are
stored
in
memory,
they
cannot
be
verified
during
fine
adjustment.
When
you
write
or
delete
offset
values
to
or
from
memory
(EEPROM),
set
DIP
switches
Nos.
1
and
2,
located
on
the
CPU
board
in
the
lens
chamber,
to
ON.
When
you
complete
the
writing
or
deletion,
reset
DIP
switches
Nos.
1
and
2
to
OFF.
(1)
To
delete
all
data
from
memory
(EEPROM),
press
the
following
keys
in
sequence:
[LM],
[CLEA],
[CLEA]
and
[ENTE].
This
sets
each
offset
value
to
"0".
