Thank you for choosing drops®, the only wearable earphones that allow you to listen to music and talk on the
phone without annoying wires.
This guide will help you make the most of your drops®, quickly and easily.
USER'S GUIDE
The earphones are associated with one another during
production.
Put both L&R headphones together and activate the earphones at the
same time by pressing the two on buttons (central button with Nilox on it) for
about 2 seconds.
Within about 20 seconds they will be associated; the led on the left
earphone will start flashing red, while the right earphone will flash blue.
Use your Bluetooth transmission device (smartphone, mp3 reader, tablet, etc.)
to search for available Bluetooth devices.
It will find “Nilox drops”; select it and, if required, enter the password (0000). You
will be notified that the device has been associated with your drops®.
You can now listen to all your favourite music.
ATTENTION: Once each earphones have been activated, the first thing they do is attempt to
associate with each other; wait for this operation to be completed before you search for drops®
from your transmission device.
WEARING YOUR EARPHONES
Your drops® can also be worn with the practical earloop provided.

USE WITH EARBAND
Insert the microUSB connector at the end of the earloop into the corresponding earphone; the
microUSB connector permits insertion in only one way; check that the plastic part of the ear band
entirely covers the earphone.
Shape the earloop as required, however seems most comfortable to you (it is completely
“foldable” and adjustable).
Hook the earloop over your ear and insert the drop.
USE WITHOUT EARLOOP
Cover the microUSB connectors on the drop
with the caps provided.
Insert the drop in your ear as shown in the figure.
Gently turn the drops®, about 30 degrees.
Do this symmetrically on both ears.
USE WITH TELEPHONE
You can also use your drops® to talk on the phone.
Answer your phone and chat, pressing just one button.
Make sure your drops® have been associated with each other and with your telephone.
To accept an incoming call, press the on button on the right drop.
To reject an incoming call, hold the same button down for 2 seconds.
You can only activate your phone with the right drop.

RESETTING DROPS
You can reset your drops® if you need to.
Turn them both off.
Turn them on again at the same time and hold the on button down for about 15 seconds.
The drops® will flash red and blue intermittently for about 3 seconds.
The drops® will then associate with one another.
Associate them with your smartphone or tablet again.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
This product may contain substances that can be harmful to the environment and to the human
health, if not disposed of properly. We therefore provide you the following information in order

BLUETOOTH DISCLOSURE
The RF for the Bluetooth is 2.4GHz band which is sharing among Bluetooth and non-Bluetooth devices. There
are potential sources of Bluetooth (wireless) interference such as WiFi, 2.4G wireless Camera, radar, microwave
oven.
Effects of interference
A decrease in the wireless range between devices
A decrease in data throughput over Bluetooth,
Intermittent or complete loss of the wireless connection
Difficulty pairing during a Bluetooth device's discovery phase
Sources of interference
Microwave ovens: Using your microwave oven near your computer, or Bluetooth device may
cause interference.
Direct Satellite Service (DSS): The coax cable and connectors used with certain types of satellite
dishes may cause interference. Check the cable for damage and obtain newer cables if you suspect
RF leakage issues.
Certain external electrical sources such as power lines, electrical railroad tracks, and power
stations.
2.4 GHz phones: A cordless telephone that operates in this range may cause interference with
wireless devices or networks when used.

Video senders (transmitters/receivers) that operate in the 2.4 GHz bandwidth.
Wireless speakers that operate in the 2.4 GHz band.
Certain external monitors and LCD displays: Certain displays may emit harmonic interference,
especially in the 2.4GHz band. This interference may be at its worst if you have a portable
computer with the lid closed and an external monitor connected to it.
Any other wireless devices that operate in the 2.4 GHz bandwidth (microwaves, cameras, baby
monitors, neighbour’s wireless devices, and so on).
Home and office environment
If possible, avoid wireless barriers, or change the placement of the Bluetooth devices for a clearer signal
path. The device's location within building and construction materials used can affect Bluetooth.
Outdoor and public area
Shopping mall, Airport or other highly populated with WiFi environment which are worst environments for the
Bluetooth communication. The BH1550 may not functioning as good as in office or at home. In the worst
occasion, the streaming audio may become choppy or even stop working.

di parlare al telefono senza alcun fastidioso cavo.
La presente guida vi permetterà, con poche e semplici operazioni, di sfruttare appieno le potenzialità di drops®.
GUIDA ALL’USO
Gli auricolari sono già associati l’uno all’altro direttamente in fase di produzione.
Avvicinare entrambe le cuffie L&R ed attivare gli auricolari
contemporaneamente, premendo i due pulsanti di accensione (tasto centrale
con scritta Nilox) per circa 2 secondi.
Entro 20 secondi circa, avverrà l’abbinamento; il led dell’auricolare di sinistra
inizierà a lampeggiare in rosso, mentre l’auricolare di destra lampeggerà in blu.
Effettuare dal proprio dispositivo di trasmissione bluetooth (Smartphone, Lettore
mp3, Tablet, ecc) la ricerca dei dispositivi bluetooth disponibili.
Verrà rilevato il dispositivo “Nilox drops”; selezionarlo ed introdurre, se richiesta, la password
(0000). Verrà segnalato l’avvenuto abbinamento fra il dispositivo e drops®.
Riproducete in piena libertà tutta la vostra musica preferita.
ATTENZIONE: Gli auricolari, una volta attivati cercano, come prima operazione, di abbinarsi
reciprocamente; attendere che l’operazione sia completata, prima di effettuare la ricerca di
drops® dal dispositivo di trasmissione.
INSERIMENTO DEGLI AURICOLARI
Le drops® possono essere utilizzate anche insieme al pratico archetto in dotazione.

UTILIZZO CON ARCHETTO
Inserire il connettore microUSB presente nella parte finale dell’archetto nel corrispettivo
auricolare; il connettore microUSB permette l’inserimento in un solo modo; verificare che la parte
in plastica dell’archetto copra interamente l’auricolare.
Sagomare, in funzione delle proprie esigenze e della forma dell’orecchio, l’archetto
(completamente “ripiegabile” e regolabile).
Agganciare l’archetto all’orecchio ed inserire l’auricolare.
UTILIZZO SENZA ARCHETTO
Coprire i connettori microUSB sull’auricolare con gli
appositi tappini in dotazione.
Inserire l’auricolare nel padiglione auricolare come
mostrato in figura.
Ruotare la drops® delicatamente di circa 30 gradi.
L’operazione deve essere effettuata in modo speculare per entrambi gli auricolari.
UTILIZZO TELEFONICO
Le drops® possono essere utilizzate anche per conversazioni telefoniche.
E’ possibile rispondere al telefono e conversare con la pressione di un semplice tasto.
Assicurarsi che le drops® siano abbinate fra loro e al dispositivo telefonico.
Per accettare una chiamata premere il pulsante di accensione dell’auricolare destro.
Per rifiutare una chiamata premere per 2 secondi lo stesso pulsante. Il telefono è attivabile
unicamente mediante l’auricolare destro.

RESET DEGLI AURICOLARI
In caso di necessità è possibile resettare gli auricolari.
Spegnere entrambi gli auricolari.
Accendere nuovamente gli auricolari in contemporanea e tenere premuto il pulsante di accensione
per circa 15 secondi.
Gli auricolari lampeggeranno ad intermittenza fra il rosso ed il blu per circa 3 secondi.
A seguire drops® si abbineranno reciprocamente.
Eseguire nuovamente l’accoppiamento con Smartphone o Tablet.

Il prodotto contiene una batteria che potrebbe essere sostituita nel corso della vita utile del
prodotto medesimo.
A fine vita della batterie (non eseguono la ricarica) contenute nel prodotto, queste devono
essere smaltite separatamente dai rifiuti generici indifferenziati. Gettare negli appositi
contenitori per lo smaltimento batterie.
La raccolta e il riciclaggio delle batterie contribuiscono alla tutela dell’ambiente e alla conservazione delle risorse
materiali, e permettono il recupero di materiali preziosi.

Forni a microonde: non utilizzare apparecchi bluetooth vicino a forni a microonde
Antenne satellitari:: Il cavo coassiale e connettori utilizzati con alcuni tipi di antenne satellitari può
causare interferenze. Controllare che il cavo non sia danneggiato. sospetta che i problemi di
dispersione RF.
Fonti elettriche esterne
Telefoni cordless operanti in un range di 2,4 GHz.
Altoparlanti wireless che operano nella banda dei 2,4 GHz.
Alcuni monitor esterni e display LCD: Questa interferenza può manifestarsi in particolar modo
peggio, se si dispone di un computer portatile con il coperchio chiuso e su un monitor esterno
collegato ad esso.
Tutti gli altri dispositivi wireless che operano nella banda a 2,4 GHz (forni a microonde, macchine
fotografiche, baby monitor, dispositivi wireless vicini, e così via).

Barriere architettoniche
Se possibile, operare in ambiente aperto; La posizione del dispositivo in un interno può influenzare la corretta
ricezione del segnale.
Esterno ed aree pubbliche
Centri commerciali, aeroporti o ambienti ad alta densità di apparecchiature Wi-Fi possono causare
malfunzionamenti nelle apparecchiature Bluetooth.

Muchas gracias por haber elegido drops®, los únicos auriculares que le permiten escuchar música y hablar por
teléfono sin ningún cable molesto.
Esta guía le permitirá, con unas pocas y simples operaciones, explotar plenamente las características de drops®.
GUÍA PARA EL USO
Los auriculares ya están emparejados uno con otro directamente en la fase de
producción.
Acerque ambos auriculares L&R y actívelos simultáneamente, pulsando los dos
botones de encendido (botón central con escrito Nilox) durante
aproximadamente 2 segundos.
Dentro de 20 segundos aproximadamente tendrá lugar el emparejamiento; el
LED del auricular de la izquierda empezará a parpadear en color rojo, mientras
que el auricular de la derecha parpadeará en color azul.
Desde el propio dispositivo de transmisión Bluetooth (smartphone, reproductor mp3, tablet, etc.)
efectúe la búsqueda de los dispositivos Bluetooth disponibles.
El dispositivo “Nilox drops” será reconocido; selecciónelo e introduzca, si se pide, la contraseña
(0000). Se indicará que ha sido efectuado el emparejamiento entre el dispositivo y drops®.
Ahora puede reproducir con toda libertad toda su música preferida
ATENCIÓN: Los auriculares, al activarlos intentan, como primera operación, emparejarse
recíprocamente; espere que termine la operación antes de que el dispositivo empiece a buscar
