Safety specifications
Scope of application of this tool: Saw off tree-shaped timber, trim branches,
and cut down some small-diameter trees. It is suitable for trimming trees in
forest farms, gardens and family gardens.
Safety matters during operation
(1)The use of unmarked and unrecognized battery packs and chargers
may cause fire or explosion, which may cause serious fatal injuries
and property losses.
(2)When the chain saw is used, battery packs and chargers exceed the
design specifications of this product; it may lead to serious fatal
injuries and personal and property losses.
Correct use of charger
1) Before charging, please check whether the charger, wires and
plugs are damaged, and do not use defective chargers,so as to
ensure the safety of the product.
2) Please do not use scissors to conduct cutting operation when
charging.
3) Only use the chargers specified by the manufacturer to charge.It
is forbidden to use chargers of other brands or models for
charging,so as to prevent fire and other accidents. The
manufacturer shall bear no responsibility for any consequence
caused by failure to use the product as required. Charging shall
be carried out indoors.
4) Avoid mechanical damage to the charger.Otherwise, it may cause
internal short circuit.
5) Do not use the charger on the surface of combustible materials
(such as paper and textiles).
6) At the time of delivery, the battery of the product is not fully
charged.Therefore, the user must fully charge it before using
it for the first time.
7) After the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the
power supply and equipment respectively.
8) Do not charge the battery for a long time; otherwise it will
damage the battery.
4. Battery storage
1) If the equipment will not be used for a long time, please remove
the battery and check whether the switch is in Off status before
storage.
2) When the battery is not in use, keep it away from other metal
objects, such as paper clips, coins and keys,nails, screws, or
other small metal objects, to prevent one end from connecting
to the other. The connection shortcircuit of battery ends may
cause burningor fire.
3) The battery should be stored in a dry environment. The
recommended storage temperature is 0℃ ~ +30℃
4) Do not store the battery and inflammable or explosive materials
together.

5) In order to guarantee the service life of the battery, charge and
discharge the battery at least once every three months.
Requirements for operators
Warning!If the user fails to read and understand the contents of the
operation manual, it is forbidden to use and touch the chain saw,
battery pack and charger, otherwise it will cause serious injury or
death to the user or others. Read the operation manual to ensure
that you have understood, and keep it well for future reference.
It shall be ensured that users must fully fulfill the following
requirements:
(1) When operating chain saw, and using the battery pack charger, users
must ensure that their physical condition, mental state and
psychological state are in normal state before they are suitable for
operating the equipment. If any user is limited by above conditions, it
is strictly prohibited to use the equipment.
(2) It is strictly prohibited for minors to use the product.
(3) When users use the equipment for the first time, they must ensure
that they have read the manual of the product or professional
operation instructions before operating.
(4) Users shall not use the equipment when they are under the influence
of alcohol, medicine and drug.
Users who use the chain saw for the first time must first carry out necessary
sawing exercises on a saw frame or bracket.
Closing and protection requirements
Warning!
1 Please dress properly, don't wear loose clothes or accessories, and keep your
clothes, gloves and hair away from moving parts, accessories or long hair
may be rolled in moving parts.
2 When the chain saw is in working condition, chips or other sawdust may be
thrown out, which may cause physical injury.
a. Please wear goggles when operating.
b. It is recommended to wear safety helmet and protective mask.
c. Please wear compact clothes.
3 Broken or fallen branches may cause head and body injuries.
4 When operating, dust and sawdust will be generated, dust and sawdust
maycause poor air circulation or cause allergic reactions.
5 Improper clothes may hang on branches and crotches, which may cause
blockage and influence when using the chain saw. Improper clothes may
cause serious injury to users.
a. Please wear close-fitting and compact clothes.
b. Please remove scarves, jewelry, and other accessories.
6 Users may be close to the running saw chain when using the chain saw, which
may cause serious injury to users.
7 Users may hurt themselves when sawing wood. Especially when cleaning the
machine and the chain, the hand may touch the sharp edge of the chain
or other parts.

a. Please wear protective gloves when you are in working state.
8 Inappropriate shoes may lead to slipping or falling. If users touch the sawchain
after falling,it will cause injury to them.
a. Please wear protective boots.
Requirements for working environment
Requirements for surrounding safety
1. Only after keeping children and bystanders away from the working area,
can users operate the electric tool, because bystanders, children and other
animals are unaware that sawdust or other debris flying out of the chain saw
will cause harm to them.
a. Please ensure that bystanders, children and animals are away from the work
area.
2. The chain saw is not waterproof. Do not expose the electric tool to rain or
damp environment. If you use it in rain or damp environment, it may cause
electric shock, the user will get hurt, and the chain saw will be damaged.
a. Do not use the chain saw in rain or damp environment.
3. It is forbidden to work in the environment with combustible or explosive
materials. The motor of chain saw may produce sparks, which may cause fire
and explosion in the environment with combustible or explosive objects.
These will lead to serious injury or death and property loss.
a. Don’t use it in the environment with combustible or explosive materials.
Requirements for machine safety
The chain saw is safe if it meets the following conditions:
1. The chain is not damaged.
2. The chain saw is clean and dry.
3. The chain saw handle is intact.
4. The trigger switch of chain saw works normally.
5. The control program works normally and has not been modified.
6. The chain saw lubricating oil supply system is normal.
7. The matched tooth groove depth of chain wheel and chain should not exceed
0. 5mm.
8. The assembly of guide plate and chain is in accordance with the instruction of
this manual.
9. The guide plate and chain are well assembled.
10. The chain is under normal tension.
11. Only accessories from the original factory can cooperate with the chain saw.
12. The fittings are assembled normally.
13. The oil pot is locked and closed.
14. The nozzle cover of the gearbox must be locked tightly.
Warning!
If the product no longer meets the safety requirements, and the parts cannot
perform their proper functions or the safety mechanism cannot work
normally, these conditions can lead to serious and fatal injuries.
1. Only a perfect chain saw can be used. If the chain saw is dirty or wet, it needs
to be cleaned and dried.
2. Do not modify your chain saw, for example, modify the guide plate and chain.
3. If the control system does not work normally, please do not use the chain
saw.

4. Only accessories and fitting parts provided by the original factory can be
used.
5. When installing the guide plate and chain, please follow the instructions of
the manual.
6. When installing the accessories, please refer to the steps in the instructions of
the manual.
7. Don't insert anything into the chain saw.
Notes of guide plate safety
The guide plate can be used safely if it meets the following conditions:
1. All functions of the guide plate can be performed.
2. The guide plate is not deformed or incomplete.
3. There is no obvious change in the groove depth of the guide plate.
4. The guide plate rail is lubricated and free of burrs.
5. There is no shrinkage or crack in the guide plate groove.
6. The oil outlet of the guide plate must be unblocked.
Warning!
If the guide plate is not in a safe state, it cannot be well matched with
the chain. The chain has the risk of jumping out of the guide plate, which
may cause serious or fatal injury.
1. Only guide plates that are not damaged can be used.
2. If the groove of guide plate is less than the minimum depth, please replace it
with a new guide plate.
3. Please remove the debris on the guide plate after operating the chain saw.
4.The oil outlet of the guide plate must be unblocked.
Notes of chain safety
The chain can be used safely if the guide plate meets the following
conditions:
1. The chain is not damaged.
2. The cutting edge of chain cutter is sharp.
3. The cutting groove depth of the cutting edge of the chain cutter head
conforms to the description of the service mark.
4. The cutting edge length of the cutter head meets the cutting standard.
Warning!
If the spare parts do not meet the safety standards, they will not be able
to perform their due functions, and the safety device will fail, resulting in
serious personal injury and even death.
1. Do not use damaged chains.
2. Grind the chain cutter head according to the standard suggested in the
manual.
3. If you have any questions, please contact the manufacturer or distributor in
time.
Operation notices

Warning!
1. Under some specific circumstances, if the operator fails to pay attention to

his work,
He may be tripped or fell on the ground, which may cause serious injury.
a. Keep calm and work in a planned way.
b. Do not use the chain saw in dim and low visibility environment.
c. Please operate your own chain saw.
d. When operating the chain saw with a single hand, the height of the chain saw
should not exceed the height of your shoulder.
e. Watch out for obstacles.
f. When you are operating the chain saw, please stand in a safe position and
keep your body balanced. If you need to work at heights, please use a
lifting ladder or safe scaffolding.
2. The running saw chain may hurt the user, and the user may be seriously
injured.
a. Do not touch the saw chain in motion.
3. When the temperature of the running chain rises, the length becomes longer.
If the chain cannot be effectively cooled and re-tensioned, the chain may
jump out of the guide plate, causing the chain to break. These will lead
to serious injury and property loss.
a. Ensure the normal lubrication of chain saw with lubricating oil.
b. Check whether the chain is properly tensioned during operation. If the chain
is not tensioned, please adjust it in time.
4. If the chain saw starts abnormally and runs abnormally during work, the
chain saw may be in an unsafe state.
a. Stop working and contact the manufacturer or distributor.
5. The chain saw would generate vibrating when it is in the running status.
a. Please wear protective gloves.
b. Please take a rest in time.
c. Consult a doctor in case that you are not in healthy status.
6. If the running chain saw touches a hard object, sparks will be generated, and
sparks can cause fires in combustible environments, which may cause
serious injury and property losses.
a. Do not use the chain saw in the environment with combustible materials.
7 When you release the trigger, the chain saw would run for a while, which may
cause serious injury.
a. You must wait for the chain saw to stop completely.
Warning!
When cutting a tree, if the tree is under tension, the guide plate may be
stuck.The user may lose control of the chain saw, resulting in serious
injury.
1. Firstly, cut relief groove from the inclined side of the tree crown (1), and then
cut the tree from the other side (2).

Notices of branches trimming
1. If the tree is cut off, and its lower side branches are cut off first, the trunk
would not be supported by the branches.
Then the tree would roll, resulting in serious or fatal injury.
a. Turn the main trunk over and trim the branches on its upper surface.
b. Don't stand on the log for trimming operation.
Notices of logging
1. Inexperienced personnel are prohibited from approaching the dangerous
logging site, otherwise, serious or fatal personal injury and property
losses may result.
a. One must pay attention to his/her own safety when logging alone.
2. Falling branches of trees or other objects may fall on bystanders, which may
cause serious or fatal personal injuryand property losses
a. Judge the correct falling direction of a tree.
b. Bystanders, children and animals are not allowed to stay in the logging site.
c. Observe its crown and the crowns of adjacent trees to ensure that the crown
will fall down smoothly.
3. When the tree falls down, the tree may break or bounce toward the operator,
which may lead to serious and fatal injuries.
a. Plan an escape route in advance.
b. Observe the falling direction of the tree and escape along the planned escape
route.
c. Don't run in the direction of uphill slope.
4. Obstacles in the workplace or escape route will hinder the escapee. The
escapee may fall down,which may lead to serious and fatal injuries.
a. Clean up obstacles in the working area and escape route during operation.
5. If there is a fixed chain or a stable rope on the tree,the tree may fall
uncontrollably or earlier, causing serious and fatal injuries and property
losses to the operator.
a. Do not use chains.
b. It is suggested to use stable ropes.
c. If the tree falls down earlier: please give up the chain saw and evacuate along
the escape route.
6. During cutting, if the guide plate first touches an object and squeezes the
chain, it may lead to rebound.
Sometimes, when the head of the guide plate touches an object first, it will
form a sudden reaction force to bounce up, and the guide plate rushes
towards the operator, causing injury to the operator.
7 If the falling direction of the tree is out of control, the operator cannot finish
logging operation in a controllable way,
a. Please stop logging and use ropes and select a suitable vehicle to pull down
the tree.
Explanation of rebound warning

The following conditions may cause the chain saw to rebound:
1. The running chain saw guide head touches a hard object.
2. The running chain saw guide head is touched by a hard object.
Explanation of drawing force warning
When cutting from top to bottom with the guide plate, the drawling
force of the chain saw is in the opposite direction to the operator. If the
running chain saw comes into contact with a hard object and is clamped,
the chain saw will suddenly break away from the operator, and the
operator will lose control of the chain saw, resulting in serious or fatal
injury.
a. Grasp the chain saw handle.
b. Operate the chain saw as described in the manual.
c. Keep the guide plate cut downward vertically.
D. Please cut at full speed when cutting.
Explanation of pushing force warning
When cutting from bottom to top with the guide plate, the pushing force
of the chain saw is toward the direction of the operator. If the running
chain saw comes into contact with a hard object and is clamped, the
chain saw will suddenly break away from the operator, and the operator
will lose control of the chain saw, resulting in serious or fatal injury.

a. Grasp the chain saw handle tightly with two hands.
b. Operate the chain saw as described in the manual.
c. Keep the guide plate cut upward vertically.
d. Please cut at full speed when cutting.
Cleaning, maintenance and repair
1 Under the condition of cleaning, maintenance and repair, the battery pack
must be removed before the chain saw can be cleaned and repaired,
otherwise the chain saw may suddenly start,which will lead to serious injury
and property loss.
a. Turn off the power supply and remove the battery pack.
b. Remove the guide plate and chain.
2. Corrosive cleaning agents, high-pressure cleaning equipment, or sharp
cleaning tools may damage the chain saw, guide plate, chain, and battery
pack charger. If the chain saw, guide plate, chain, battery pack, and
charger cannot be cleaned in the correct way, the related parts may no
longer function as they should, or the safety device may no longer
function, which can cause serious injury.
a. Clean the chain saw, guide plate, chain, battery pack and charger according to
the instructions.
3. If the chain saw, guide plate, chain, battery pack and charger are cleaned and
maintained in the correct way, the parts cannot perform their due
function, or the safety device no longer functions, these will cause
serious injury.
a. Do not repair the chain saw, battery pack and charger by yourself without
permission.
b. If the chain saw, battery pack and charger need maintenance, please contact
the manufacturer or distributor in time.
c. Please maintain the guide plate and chain as described in the manual.
4 When cleaning and maintaining the chain saw, users may be injured by the
sharp cutting head, which may cause personal injury.
a. Please wear cut protection gloves.
Inspection items before operation
Please check whether the following items are normal before operation:
1. Ensure that the following spare parts are in the safe state:
a. Chain saw host
b. Guide plate
c. Chain
d. Battery pack
e. Charger
2. Check the battery pack
3. The battery pack should be fully charged
4. Clean the chain saw
5. Install the guide plate and chain
6. Tension the chain
7. Fill up the chain oil
8. Check the control system
9 Check the oil supply system of lubricating oil pump
If you don't understand the above operations, please don't use the chain saw,

and contact the manufacturer or distributor as soon as possible.
Chain assembly and disassembly
Please cut off the power supply when performing the following operations:
remove the battery pack!
Installation of the chain and guide plate
The parameter specifications of the guide chain and chain wheel are listed in
the parameter table
1.Turn off the power supply of the chain saw, and remove the battery pack.
2. Turn the nut counterclockwise with a hex wrench until the chain wheel cover
can be removed.
3. Remove the protective cover ②
4. Adjust the tension adjusting bolt ③, put the guide plate on the main body of
the chain saw, and observe whether the oil outlet of the guide plate is
blocked!!
Guide plate fixing column ⑤ is inserted into fixing hole ⑥ in guide plate
Note: both sides of guide plate ⑦ can be used for installation The marked
side may be on the front side or the back side.
5. Put the chain into the groove of the guide plate, and refer to the arrow mark
on the main body of the chain saw for the direction of the cutting edge;
6. Adjust the chain tension bolt ③ to the proper tightness of the chain. The
tightness of the chain needs to be adjusted again after about 1hour
working.
7. Cover the protective cover ②, lock the nut of protective cover tight.
Removal of the chain and guide plate
1. Turn the nut ① counterclockwise and remove the protective cover ②.
2. Adjust tension adjusting bolt ③ to loosen the chain.
3. Remove the chain and guide plate.
Tension the chain
When the chain saw is working, the chain may be lengthened, if necessary, it is
required to adjust the tension of the chain according to the operation
specifications.

1.Turn off the power supply of the chain saw, and remove the battery pack.
2. Turn the nut ① counterclockwise and the nut becomes loose.
3. Adjust tension adjusting bolt ③
a. The chain driving tooth is close against the bottom of guide plate groove.
B. The chain can be pulled to move easily along the guide plate groove.
4. Adjust the tension of chain, use hand to pull the chain to move, you can see
half ofchain driving tooth is outside the guide plate groove.
5. If the chain cannot be pulled to move by hand: loose the chain wheel cover
plate nut and knob, and adjust the tension bolt,until the chain can be
pulled to move easily along the guide plate groove.
6. Tighten the protective cover.
>Add chain oil.
Warning!
The oil viscosity of chain shall not be larger than 46, if it is extremely high, it
will cause the damage of the electronic oil pump!
Chain oil can be used to lubricate and cool chain:
(1)Turn off the power supply of the chain saw, and remove the battery pack.
(2)Place the oil pot opening of the chain saw upward.
(3)Use a wet cloth to clean the oil pot and its surroundings.
(4)Turn the oil pot cover anticlockwise, until it can be removed.
(5)Remove the oil pot cover.
(6)Add chain oil, be careful not to add too full to prevent overflowing.
(7)Cover the oil pot coverand tighten it.
Add lubricating grease

Warning
Please add the special lubricating grease provided by the manufacturer.
Timely adding grease can increase the service life of the gear box.
(1)When the accumulated working time reaches 5 hours, it is necessary to
add lubricating grease to the gear box once.
(2)Use a wet cloth to clean the oil pot and the surroundings of nozzle.
(3)Turn the copper cover anticlockwise before adding.
(4)Remove the oil pot cover
(5)Take out the injector that with oil inside and screw it into the oil nozzle
clockwise.
(6)Thrust the injector, and add about 5-10g oil.
(7)Screw out the injector, and tighten the oil cover.
Inspect the chain saw
Please turn off the power supply when doing the following operations:
>Chain wheel inspection
(1)Turn off the power supply of the chain saw, and remove the battery pack.
(2)Remove the protective cover.
(3)Remove the guide plate and chain.
(4)Use a measurement tool to measure the depth of chain wheel groove.
(5)If the groove depth exceeds 0. 5mm, don't use the chain saw, please
contact the manufacturer or distributor, or change the chain wheel.
>Guide plate inspection
(1)Turn off the power supply of the chain saw, and remove the battery pack.

(2)Check the chain and guide plate.
(3)Measure the depth of the guide plate groove, it shall not be less than
3.8mm.
(4)Please replace it with a new guide plate timely when the following
conditions are met:
a. The guide plate is damaged.
b. The measured depth is less than the minimum allowable depth.
C. The chain saw groove is deformed or damaged.
(5)If you have any questions,please contact the manufacturer or distributor
in time.
Note: When using the chain saw for the first time, after adding chain oil, it takes
a certain amount of time for the electronic oil pump to suck oil in the
pipeline. Therefore, after the controller is powered on, start the oil
pump for 30S, and check whether you can hear the working sound of the
electronic oil pump. Don't operate the product until the electronic oil
pump has fully absorbed the oil.
Inspection oil pump oil output
(1)Place the chain saw guide plate above the clean ground.
(2)Start the chain saw, press the power supply button to power on the driver.
According to the requirement of oil injection amount, set the parameter
of oil output; start the electronic oil put, after 20S, press the trigger,
chain oil should be thrown out; you can see that oil is ejected out clearly
on the ground below the guide plate, which indicates that the oil output
of chain saw is normal.
If you cannot see oil output:
(3)Add chain oil.
(4)Check the chain oil outlet.
(5)Check whether the oil outlet of guide plate is blocked.
(6)If the chain saw fails to output oil, don't use the chain saw with oil output
problem, please contact the supplier timely, otherwise, the equipment
will be damaged.

Startup inspection
(1)Please ensure that there is no children or other non-working staff on the
working site, meanwhile, please observer whether there are animals
nearby.
(2)Wiring: Insert the machine plug into the socket of the controller, and insert
the plug of controller into the socket of the battery.
(3)On/off operation:
a. Start the power button
b. Push the lock pushing-knob to the side marked with “ ". Press the trigger
①, and the machine is directly controlled by the power supply,
Press the trigger to start the chain saw.
C. When the lock pushing-knob is in the motionless state, it belongs to safe
state, when pushing the lock pushing-knob to either side,the trigger
switch is open.
(4) Before starting the machine, make sure that all accessories have been
installed properly; before starting, make sure that the chain does not
touch anything. If there is any machine failure, please turn off the power
switch.
Operation of chain saw
This machine is a single-hand saw, generally, it is suitable for single-hand
operation. In addition, there is an assistant handle. During operation,
don’t let any rotating parts be close to any part of your body.
Tip: If continuous working time is too long, the chain saw would start
automatic protection. Only after the temperature reduces, it can
resume operation automatically.
>(1)Material-taking operation
Warning!
If chain saw bouncing happens, the chain saw will bounce to the operator,
which may lead to serious and fatal injuries.
a. Please cut at full speed when cutting.
b. Do not cut with the guide plate head.
c. When starting cutting, keep the chain saw at full speed and the guide plate
shall be vertical.

d. According to the length of the guide plate, the cut tree should be exposed at
the guide plate head.
e. According to the thickness of the tree to be cut, provide appropriate
pressure.
>(2)Branch trimming
a. Put the chain saw on the branches to be trimmed.
b. Chain full speed cutting.
c. Use the middle part of the guide plate to cut branches.
d. Cut the tensioned branches:
(1) 1. Firstly, cut a relief groove from the inclined side of the tree crown, and
then cut the tree from the other side (2).
>(3) Logging operation
1 Confirm the escape route
a. The escape route (B) forms an included angle of 45°with the opposite
direction (A) of the tree falling direction. (See the figure)
b. Make sure that route (B) is clear of obstacles.
c. The top of the tree can be seen.
