been enabled in the Settings >> Units Screen

12
Readings Screen
The Readings Screen is where you will see historic readings. Each result has a time and date the torque (and
angle) and direction. The result is colour coded depending on the Target values used. So, for a Target of 50
N·m +3% / -3% where the result is 50.67 N·m the result will be green (pass). If the result was too low (43.74
N·m) the colour will be yellow and too high (53.60 N·m) will be red.
TIP: To select an item tap on it (Highlighted items have a white background)
To un-select an item tap on it again
Filter This will allow filtering of the results by port number
Delete This will delete the selected reading (selection is highlighted in white)
Delete all This will delete all the readings
Sort Readings Readings can be sorted by time, direction or result type by pressing the relevant field
on the red bar

13
File Browser
The file browser allows you to browse the system for files. You can also delete, and copy files to and from a
USB memory stick.
TIP: To select an item tap on it (Highlighted items have a light red background)
To un-select an item tap on it again
To open a folder double tap in it
TIP: You may need to scroll this screen to see the full list of folders/files

To access one of these folders, go to the file browser, use the Drive icon to select Main Storage. Then Click
‘home’. Double tap on ‘user’ and then scroll to the folder you want and double tap on it
See Example 2 (Page 31) - Copy Results Folder to Memory Stick

14
Targets Select Screen
The Targets Select Screen allows you to manage your targets. A target can be thought of as a set of
parameters that define a test e.g. I want to measure Torque Only in N·m in a Clockwise direction with a
Click wrench set to 50 N·m and an accuracy of +3% / -3%. If you are creating a New Target the menu is
designed to guide you through the steps needed to set up your target.
See Example 1 (Page 29) - Click Wrench Torque Measurement
TIP: You may need to scroll this screen to see the full list of Targets
TIP: To select an item tap on it (Highlighted items have a white background)
To un-select an item tap on it again
New This will allow you to create a new Torque, Target (see New Target)
New is only available when there are no Targets highlighted
Edit This will allow you to edit the selected Target
Duplicate This will allow you to duplicate the selected Target
Delete This will delete the selected Target

15
New Target
This will lead you through the process of creating a new target
See Example 1 (Page 29) - Click Wrench Torque Measurement
Select Units This will take you to the Select Units Screen

16
New Torque Target Screen
This is the full New Torque Targets Screen to access all of the screen use your finger to scroll up or down
See Example 1 (Page 29) - Click Wrench Torque Measurement
TIP: You may need to scroll this screen to see the full list of settings
Units This will set the units of measurement for this target
Torque Only This will set a Torque only target (no angle)
Torque Then Angle This will set a Torque then angle target
Name The name for this target
Direction You can select Clockwise Counter Clockwise or both directions for the target
Qty of Readings This is how many readings you want to take with this target
Stop Torque If you want the Ancillary line Stop Torque to activate at a certain value (set Enable
Stop too)

17
Torque Target This is the target torque you can also set the low high window by pressing Lower Limit
or Higher Limit. As well as affecting the result of a ‘pass’ condition this also affects the
ancillary port’s High, Low, Pass lines
Rate Control Rate control helps you apply Torque at a set rate by displaying a rate bar on the
measurement during a torque cycle
Torque then Angle
When a Torque then Angle target is set these additional items are available
Angle Target and Angle Trigger Source
Direction The direction of the angle measurement can be set to either Clockwise, Counter-
Clockwise or Both
Angle Target This is the Target value for the angle in degrees
Lower Limit This is the low limit value in degrees
Upper Limit This is the high limit value in degrees
Trigger Internal trigger allows angle measurement to start when the Trigger Torque value is
reached
External Trigger allows angle measurement to start when the Ancillary line ‘External
Snug Trigger Input’ is triggered
Angle Trigger Torque This sets the Trigger Torque value for Internal Trigger

18
Graph Screen
The Graph Screen allows you to record graph data from a transducer. The Graphing feature is very flexible
allowing graphs against time or graphs using 2 transducer inputs at the same time
This graph data can be saved as a CSV file for later analysis
See Example 2 (Page 31) –Copy Results Folder to Memory Stick
File Icon This allows you to change the drive/folder where the graph data is stored
Rec Starts recording data from a transducer to the graph
Clear Clears the current graph
Save Allows the current graph data to be saved as JSON or CSV
Edit XY1 / XY2 Allows you to configure which transducer to use for the graph and how the Axes are
used when graphing the data
