Informationon theFrostFreeTechnology
TheFrostFreerefrigeratorsaredifferentfromtheother
static refrigeratorsintermsoftheiroperationalsystem.
In normal refrigerators,in the freezingsection,the
humidityfromthehumidfoodenteringtherefrigerator
during doorswingscausesfrosting insidethefreezing
section.Formeltingthesnow andfrostthat havebeen
formed,itisnecessaryto carryout processessuch as
poweringoff therefrigerator,takingoutthe food that
needstobekeptcoldduringthisprocess,removing
theaccumulatedfrost.
Asforthecaseinfrostfreerefrigerators,itisentirely
differentin freezercompartment.Thedryandcoldroom
isblown homogeneouslyatmanypointstothecooling
andfreezingsectionsbymeansof thefan.Thecoldair
thatis distributed homogeneouslyevenin the inter-
spacesamong shelvesnot onlymakessurethat all
yourfood is cooled equallyand properly,but italso
doesnotallowforhumidification andfrosting.Cooling
compartment iscooledstatically.
Therefore,yourFrostFreerefrigeratorthatyou have
providesyouwithgreatconveniencein useinaddition
toitslargevolumeandaestheticallook.

SafetyInstructions
•Ifthe modelcontainsR600a-seenameplateunderrefrigerant(thecoolantisobutene),
naturalsgasthat, is veryenvironmentallyfriendlybut alsocombustible.When
transportingand installingtheunitcaremustbe takentoensurethatnoneofthe
refrigerationcircuitcomponentsbecomedamaged.Intheeventofdamageavoid
nakedflamesorignitionsourcesand ventilatetheroomin whichthe unitisplaced
forafewminutes.

•Donotusemechanicaldevicesorotherartificial meanstoaccelerate thedefrosting
process.

asasafetymeasurebeforestoringit,toprotectchildren whileplayingmight lock

process,otherthan thoserecommended bythe manufacturer.Donot useelectrical
appliancesinsidethe food storagecompartmentsof theappliance,unlesstheyareofthe
type recommended bythe manufacturer.Keep ventilation openings,in the appliance
enclosureorinthebuilt-instructure,clearofobstruction. Donotdamagetherefrigerant
circuit.

•Bottlesthatcontainahighpercentageofalcohol mustbesealed
welland placedvertically in therefrigerator.
•Donottouchthecooling surfaces,especiallywithwethandsasyou
couldbe burntorhurt.
•Donot eatice,whichhave justbeen removed fromthefreezer.
•Ifthesupply cordisdamageditmustbereplacedbythemanufacturerorservice
agentorappointedqualifiedperson.
•Theapplianceisnotintended forusebypeople(includingchildren)withreduced
physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities,orlackofexperienceandknowledge,unless
theyhavebeengivensupervisionorinstructionconcerninguseoftheapplianceby
apersonresponsiblefortheirsafety.Childrenshouldbesupervised toensurethat

BeforeSwitchingOn
•Waitafter3hoursbeforeplugging theapplianceinto themainpower
toensureproperperformance.
•Therecan beanodour whenyoufirst switchon theappliance. It will
disappearaftertheappliancestartstocool.
Installation andSwitching OnTheAppliance
• This applianceis connecting to220-240Vor200-230Vand50Hz.Pleasecheck
nameplateofapplianceandbesurevoltagerange suitabletoyourmainsvoltage.
• Youcanofferhelpfromtheservicetoinstallandswitchingon theappliance.
•Beforemakingtheconnectiontothepowersupply,ensurethatthe voltageonthe
nameplatecorrespondstothe voltageofelectricalsysteminyourhome.
•Ifthesocketdoesnotmatchtherefrigeratorplug, replacetheplug with asuitableone
(atleast 16A)
• Insert theplugintoasocket withanefficientgroundconnection.
If the sockethasnogroundcontactortheplugdoesnot match,
wesuggestyoutocallanauthorised electricianforassistance.
• Theplugshouldbeaccessibleafter the applianceispositioned.
•Manufacturerisnot responsibleforfailuretocompletethe
groundconnection asdescribed inthisbooklet.
• Donot placethe applianceindirectsunlight.
•Donotuseinopenairandshall notbeexposedto therain.
•Topreventthecondenser(whichis atthe back,the black
component withfins)fromtouchingthewall,fitthe plastic
distanceguideand rotateit90°tolock inplace.
• Placethe refrigeratorfar fromheatsourcesand in awell-
ventilatedposition.The refrigeratorshould be atleast50cm
fromradiators,gasorcoalstovesand 5cm farfromelectrical
stoves.
• Keepthetopfreeforat least15cm.
• Fittheplasticwallspacersto thecondenseratthebackofthe
refrigeratorin ordertoprevent leaning tothe wall for good
performance.
• Donot placeheavy andlotsof thingson theappliance.
• Ifthe applianceisinstallednexttoanotherrefrigeratororfreezer,observeaminimum
distanceof 2cm topreventcondensation.
•Theappliance must be standfirmlyand levelonthe floorUsethe twofront levelling-
feettocompensate foranevenfloor.
•Theoutsideof theapplianceand theaccessoriesinsideshouldbe cleanedwitha
solutionof waterand liquidsoap;theinsideoftheappliancewithsodiumbicarbonate
dissolvedinlukewarmwater. Afterdryingreplacealltheaccessories.

Cooling compartment
Itensuresthat thetemperaturesettingsinthecoolingand freezing compartmentsof your
refrigeratorbeperformedautomatically.Itmaybesettoanyvaluerangingfromthevalues
1to5. Asyouturnthethermostatsettingknobfrom1to5,thecoolingdegreerises.For
saving energyin wintermonths,youmayoperateyourrefrigeratoratalowerposition.

WarningsforTemperatureSettings
•Thethermostat setting shouldbe done bytaking into considerationhowoftenthe
cooler and freezer dooris opened andclosed, howmuchfoodisstoredinitandthe
environment in whichthe refrigeratorisfound.
•Inorderfortherefrigeratortobecompletely cooledafteritsfirstconnectiontothe
socket,ithastooperateincessantlyupto 24hoursdepending ontheenvironmental
temperature.
•Throughoutthisperiodoftime,do notfrequently openandclosethedoorsof your
refrigeratorand donotfillit exceedingly.
•When youwould like to re-operateyourrefrigeratorafter disconnectingitsplug from
thesocket, waitforat least5minutestoinsertthe plug againsothatno damageis
incurredbythecompressor.
If yourfridge isnotcooling enough;
Yourfridge is designedtooperate intheambienttemperatureintervalsstatedin the
standards,accordingtotheclimateclassstatedintheinformationlabel.Wedonot
recommend operatingyourfridgeout ofstated temperaturesvaluelimitsintermsof
cooling effectiveness.

Cooling Compartment
•Toprevent humidification and odourformation, the food should beplaced in the
refrigeratorinenclosed cupsorwiththeirtop beingcovered.
•Thehotfoodanddrinksshouldalsobe cooledinthe roomtemperaturebefore being
placed in therefrigerator.
•Pleasedo notpropthepackagedfoodandcupsagainstthelampandcoverofthe
cooling compartment.
•The fruitsand vegetables maybe placed directlyin the vegetable holderwithout
beingwrapped separately.
